Why in the (firefox) world I get an error message "firefox an error occured during loading please make sure you have microsoft internet explorer at least version 4 installed and properly configured"??
I'm using latest version of FF (9.0.1). But when opening a certain page of my company's website, I get this error message. Just curious why FF need to depend on IE at all...
May be this is coming from our company's plugin. Nevertheless, if anybody else has encountered this weird error message, and you have found a solution, please feel free to share. Thank you.
This is not a normal message from a standard Firefox installation so this is probably a problem with you company's plugin or your company's webwerver. Firefox does not depend on IE in any way.

Yesterday, I downloaded the twoignite app. When I went to open the app to use, this error message appeared: An error occurred connecting to the server. Please make sure you have an internet connection. I checked my connection and found I had a solid connection. I get the message listed above when I try to email pics. It asked me to set up an email account. I chose gmail. It asked for a password. I'm assuming it was asking for my email password. And yes I may have typed it in wrong, but how do I "please make sure you have entered the email account and password correctly" ??? I can't find out how to get back to that point?

Please help I am suddenly getting the following from my calendar The server did not recognize your user name or password for account “...” Make sure you enter them correctly.I have even tried changing the password and no luck. I depend on it syncing with mobile me and my phone and I need it for work.
I have been having the same issue but I think I fixed my problem. In iCal, click iCal, Preferences, Accounts and retype your password. That seems to have done the trick for me as far as I can tell.

My nook app keeps telling me "Please be sure you have internet connectivity, then try again." I am currently connected to wifi and it seems that all my other apps that need to be connect to the internet are properly working. I have turn off my phone, signed off my wifi, installed a new app, but nothing is working. My friend is having similar issues. My phone is up to date. I even tried taking off the wifi in hopes that it could just connect to the 3g but nothing. Not sure if anyone else is experiencieng this issue or knows what I can do. I think that it may be an app problem that needs fixed, but not sure. Help!
Maybe its a Viber problem. As that is not an Apple product, why don't you try and contact the developer?

Using Windows 8.1 with Directx11, when I lauch Photoshop Elements 12 Organizer, I see the error message "DirectX could not be initialized. Please be sure that it is installed on your system. You can download the latest DirectX installer from:[URL] I have the latest version, Directx11, as verified by running dxdiag.
Maybe you need to enable Direct Play under Legacy Components in the Turn Windows Features on or off dialog.
1. Right click on the windows start Logo on the taskbar, select Control Panel and click on Programs

I have the latest iTunes 12.1.2.27. However, I am unable to restore my iphone4s. iTunes was able to detect an iPhone in recovery mode.
The error is something like "Unable to restore the iphone. Make sure you have the latest iTunes and try again." This is the latest version that exists currently.
I am using MAC OS X 10.7.5.
Please advise.
I have tried all the steps in the apple support.There is nothing to backup.
If the device is showing the Connect to iTunes screen, there is nothing on the device to backup.
The first step in the update process is a backup... restore the device using that backup and try again. -

I can not update my version of itunes. When I install the message "Could not open key UNKNOW \ Instaler \ Products \ E84E5F4E55179FC488DCF773E79CCA45 \ SourceList \ Media. Make sure you have sufficient access to that key or contact the support team." Any tips on how to solve this problem?
If doesn't work try use the instructions below BUT in BOTH folders, first in SourceList and after in the Media.
Start>Run put regedit and press Ok.
1. Go to the key: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products\9B00314CD581E574FBCE93FE37F2911B\SourceLis t\Media
2. Right click in Media folder, select Permissions from the menu.
3. You will see that is no user, on the "Permissions for..." dialog box which appears next, press the "Add.." button and add in the "All"
4. Back on the first "Permissions for..." dialog box, click on each account in the top-list and make sure each has the "Full Control = Allow" and "Read = Allow" permissions
5. Click the "Advanced" button and the "Advanced Security Settings" dialog box appears
6. On the "Permissions tab" enable the checkmark box named "Replace all child object permissions with inheritable permissions from this object", then press the "Apply" button
7. On the "Owner" tab, highlight the "Administrators" name in the lower listbox, enable the checkmark box called "Replace owner on subcontainers and objects" and press the "Apply Button" -

I have a window desktop and have had itunes for ever. The latest update failed and I am getting a strange error message. "Apple mobile Device failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privledges to start system service."
I have iphones and I am wondering if a sync of iphone and I tunes has somehow screwed up everything.
The update will not load. I have even tried uninstalling itunes and reinstalling.
I get the same exact message as before.

I just upgraded to 15.0.1. Firefox will not let me type in data in data boxes such as a dictionary lookup or even the question box within the Firefox Help. The box usually comes up with the type of sinformation needed within the box, such as "word lookup" but I cannot type over the words, delete them, erase them. The box will not allow data input.
Totally unrelated to my problem with Firefox I got hit with a virus/malware problem which my virus protection failed to catch/stop. I was forced to go to safe mode in Windows and restore my system to a few hours earlier. That got me back to Firefox 14 and there are no issues with Firefox 14 with me entering data as there is in Firefox 15. I am ignoring Firefox's offer to upgrade for a while as I cannot believe that I would be the only one with the issue I described in Firefox 15. Thank you both for your input on how to correct the problem. I will try them out if I find the same problem later on when I "upgrade" to Firefox 15.
