Why in the world...
...does the iPod not actually play the video on a music video when it comes up on shuffle during music playing or when it is part of an album or whatever? I thought, I have all these music video DVD's, let's convert the Beastie Boys Video Anthology and Talking Heads Stop Making Sense to music videos and replace the simple mp3's I have on the iPod, then when I'm listening to full iPod shuffle and one of these songs comes up, it would be cool to have the video play, oh look, I could even record it with subtitles on to get the lyrics at the same time! Sadly it just showed me a still picture
A music video will only play as a video when it is selected from the "Videos" menu. It will play just the audio portion when selected during "Shuffle" play or selected from a music menu/playlist. You will also most likely notice a slight delay when going from a regular music MP3 to a video during "Shuffle" play. This is because iPod HD has to tell itself to only play the audio portion of that file.

I have recently started having this problem in PSE8. The Adobe workaround
did work, but I don't fancy having to re register each time I use it.
What I have discovered is that it's nothing to do with the image metadata as it occurs before any image is opened.
It SEEMS to only occur if you use file/open with to open an image in the editor - IE start PSE with that command.
If you close elements down, and start it using programs/PSE/Elements (or your desktop shortcut) - the panorama feature magically works.
Each time I've opened the editor 'automatically' using image/open with, it seems to create the problem.

As if apple hasn't made enough money to allow some people to save some money..Do you think Apple should reward your clumsiness or lack of caution by giving you a logic board for free, or at cost? Come to think of it, shouldn't they just give you a free new computer, and be grateful to you for taking it off their hands?

Why am I unable to delete multiple emails at once from my new iphone 4s. I could easily select all emails and delete them from my old blackberry.
The process of choosing one at a time and then deleting is crazy and very time consuming. Please help.......is there a hidden method or some add on I need?I want to select all with one button and then select delete all with another button.
The iPhone currently cannot do that. The best you can do from the iPhone is Edit, select the emails to delete and then Delete.
Another option is to use webmail (browser) and use that interface to delete mail

I'm having some trobble of my using my ipad. You see I love to wacht youtube video for draw and someday I'd be the best at it but I cant download it because of the Autherize only five pc so it gave me the opion of deleting one so I was like ok. so I try but it told me I had a year without a time and date, beside of wait a year WHY SO LONG? T-T can it be a month or a couble of week it take the interest of buy one if I can't you it PLZ out of you niceness I'm mean if you have the golden Apple power like the xbox poeple with sweet kindness who came famous for being really helpful just hoping like that you HELP ME

Explain to me why you can't download free apps if you do not have a lot of money on your credit card, someone help me with this.
The iPhone 3G was discontinued 2 1/2 years ago. It maxed out at iOS 4.2.1 and can't run anything higher.
Apple isn't making your phone useless for apps, the app developers are doing so by not supporting a version of iOS that old. -
used to be firefox and hulu got along just fine, never had my computer get retarded slow or any of the other things its currently doing while there's a tab open with hulu... but here lately its been eating the snot outta my processor (between firefox.exe and plugin container the two are consistently using 100% of my processor... most of it being firefox.exe itself)
and tonight i cant watch hulu at all. the video shows a frame then its another 10-15 seconds before another single frame is showed.
my firefox is the most current version.
my adobe flash player plugin is the most current version.
there's no reason this should be happening but it is happening and its friggin annoying

this happens anytime i'm in the part of hulu that has the player for showing whatever episode i'm attempting to watch. when i attempt to watch hulu i have no other tabs open and no other excess programs running on my computer, and firefox+plugincontainer run my CPU to 100% just between those two processes. i can browse around the internet just fine (like checking my email, or even getting to my queue list on hulu, which i have my homepage set as.. the queue list loads fine but the player part of hulu is when things go to crap)
and i just tried the exact same episode of lie to me that i couldnt watch on firefox.... tried watching it on internet explorer and its playing perfextly fine EVEN WHILE FIREFOX IS OPEN.

I think having the aux on the bottom of the phone totally blows. I can't balance it on my self when lying down and half the apps don't rotate so km left with numb hands from carrying it. I just want to understand the benefits of moving the plug from top to the bottom. It doesn't make sense and is totally not user friendly I'm very disappointed, I thought apple had their product/user relation on lock down. Doesn't seem like it anymore.

Why in the world did update 1.4 start turning off WiFi in sleep mode again?
This time, we werent even given a choice. It just turns off by design. Thats not cool! I really solely on WiFi at home because my EV connection at home is close to nothing. You guys can ask Sprint to put a tower in New City, NY.

I have the same problem now: twitter messages don't come in anymore when phone is in sleep mode.
Before they always came in directly when sent.
Apple should give us more options so we choose for ourselfves what we want.
It must be very hard to create an option: wifi off when in sleep mode yes/no ?
Also making a real copy of a picture that you have taken would be nice.
So when you delete the original, the copy keeps existing ! -

my pretty pink ipod mini is in trouble...it won't charge! i kept it in my bag for about 2 weeks without being recharged...then i plugged it into my computer and left it overnight. it didn't respond AT ALL. i then tried the 5 R's. those didn't help either. is there something simple that i'm totally overlooking? i can't live without my ipod...please don't say i have to send it away!

The problem is new with the 11.0.3 update and may be related to Mountain Lion (I finally updated).
If I quit iTunes, restart, and enter the password, it recognizes the password and continues. If I do the password reset routine (I have now created FIVE new passwords since the 11.0.3 update!), it accepts the new password. I suspect it's a poor coding practice inside iTunes, aggrevated by the address space randomisation added in Mountain Lion.
