why ipad new dont have clock icon and app? i have ipad new and also i have iphone 4s but idont have a clock app in my ipad

The iPad does not come with a clock app or the weather app either. There are lots of clock and weather apps in the app store, and many are free.

This is an ipad2, just updated it yesterday to 5.1.1.
There are photos that ended up in the photos page that no longer have a delete icon associated with them. These photos came from photo stream, and were taken with an iphone. The photos were deleted from the iphone, but the photos did not get removed from the ipad photos (they are not in the ipad photo stream album).
So how do i get rid of photos on the photo's page, that dont have a delete icon and are no longer in photostream (anywhere)?

Ave been using an ipad for si have been uongs, and app purchases, using my wifes apple id. now i have a new apple lap top, i am wondering why would i get my own id as opposed to keeping "ours"

i have been using an ipad for songs, apps, etc, i now am migrating to a mac book, my question is, i have been using my wifes apple id for all of our purchases, sharing, etc. now that i have a laptop, i am wondering, why should i get my own user id or why would i not just continue on using our common id?
she worries about us taking up too much space in the cloud, which i am not using yet but will learn

i dont know why you would make a separate account either if you have been getting on fine before, unless you need to talk to your wife with iMessage or something
if you do run out of cloud storage it's probably cheaper to just upgrade it than make your own apple id and have to buy everything again

Hi guys... The notifications i'm speaking about are everything that happens on our facebook. The only exception where i get notifications is if someone actually use my name on a post, then i have a notification. Now, if it is a post on my wall, a comment on one of my photos or even a like, there is no sound or vibration at all.
Also, when i say "We" is bacause there are a few users complaining about the same. There are some other forums, specially on facebook about this. What happens is that facebook blocks some of those groups.
One more thing is i did try all possible things to make sure i was doing the right things in order to have notifications. Slider is obviously not in mute position, notifications sounds are on on facebook settings on main settings and also inside the app they are on. Did try to switch everything off and reboot then change again. Did restore the iPhone as new a couple of times. And like i said, if someone actually write my name i will have sound notification...

If you mean iTunes in the Cloud, this is totally separate from your iCloud account. There isn't an iCloud, but it allows you to download certain previously purchased media from the iTunes and App stores, as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519.

Thanks for the help, but i've actually done that before.
It does not help, because it only shows the photos on the camera roll and do not show the photos synchronized with that pc that i dont have access anymore.
The photos/albums all appear on the ipad, i can see it without problems but i cant get them out of the ipad to save onto pc for backup.
And i reaaly need it, as it is the only place that i actually have these photos now...

You are confusing Free Disc Space with RAM.

Have you tried a Reset...
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.
If no joy... Try a Restore...
1: Connect the device to your computer and open iTunes.
2: If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane.
3: If the device doesn't appear in iTunes, try using the steps in this article to force the device into recovery mode.

This typically happens when some apps on the phone were interrupted by the upgrade. When it comes back up the app tries to resume and can not. You have to find and kill that app(s).
Do you have an Exchange account?
That is usually the culprit. Go into Settings and turn off all of the toggles for the Exchange account. Then reset the phone (hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons and don’t let go until the screen goes dark and the Apple logo appears). When the phone powers back on, turn the toggles back on.
Do the same for all mail accounts if you don't have Exchange or that doesn't resolve the issue.
If it is not Exchange/Mail then it could be another app(s).
With iOS 7 you can control what apps run in the background. Go to Settings > General > Background App Refresh. This will list all of the apps that can run in background. Turn them all off and restart. If this fixes the problem turn on a few at a time until you find the one causing the trouble.

Well when you download the update with iTunes it will always download the whole new version (in your case 7.0.2) even if its just an bug fix. If you already have 7.0 download the update over-the-air.
You already wrote that the update is only 21 MB, so its not the whole firmware package of 7.0.2 you get with iTunes.

I belive I had Face Time icon on my Italian iPhone4 (Vodafone IT). Later I loaded FaceDial but I do not know if it worked (I am not so interested in it). I have FaceTime on my Mac and I use it from there
Yesterday I bought e new iPod Touch 4 for my wife and she has Face Time. Do not know if it works, will check.
I have noticed that on my iPhone FaceTime has disappeared and was guessing may be FaceDial killed it.
Deleted FaceDial. Nothing, no FaceTime Icon. THen I relized I have to activate it in the Preferences as reported here in the forum. I did. THer iPhone connected to Vodafone adn apparently Face Time is activated (the Phone even displays a message about the possible cost of the SMS activation by Vodafone). But still no FaceTime Icon.
Then I decided to install FaceDial again and ... IT WORKS.
It connects on WiFi even with Phone Off...
I would like to know wich is the part played by the Telephone company in all this if the connection is over WiFi and in my case not the same telefone company of iPhone contract..

Yes indeed, any Apple remote will do.
When a remote and an Apple TV are paired, the instruction is stored on the Apple TV and not the remote. So you should be able to use the remote that now controls your girlfriend's Apple TV without any un-pairing. However if your your Apple TV has been paired with another remote. Hold the remote close to and pointed at the Apple TV, hold down the menu and Rewind buttons together for 6 seconds or until you see a broken chain icon on screen.
