Why is Adobe Creative Suite asking me to renew my subscription
I have the Creative Suite installed on 2 different Operatin Systems. Usually I use it on windows. Today I would like to use it on my Mac but I'm getting a notice telling me to renew my subscription. It is working fine on Windows.
Click on Application Manager and hit Update. That usually synchs products to the Cloud membership verification.

Adobe CC keeps asking me to renew subscription
I'm unable to use my programs because Adobe CC keeps asking me to renew my subscription, although I already did about an hour ago. It says that my Student edition is expired, although I've only purchased it in March. My Credit card was expired so I updated that, assuming it was the reason, but it hasn't fixed the problem. Very frustrating!!

I have an old version Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Premium. I uninstalled it from my old computer and was trying to install it on my new computer. It copied all the files but I cant open them and it doesn't ask me for my registration info, which I have. What shall I do to get Adobe up and running?
when you were install your cs3 you should have been prompted for you serial number. were you?
if not, you probably didn't properly install cs3. copying/migrating/moving etc is problematic.
if yes, did you see any error messages during installation?
if yes, attach a screenshot of the error message.
if not, check you install logs, Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6, CC -

Yes I had a problem! I upgraded from CS3 to Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Web Premium. I Installed but I could not register it to use it! ADOBE Software License Agreement kept on returning. The technical people had me delete a file and then it worked! But still no Acrobat! Please can you help! -
I am trying to install Adobe Creative Suite CS2 and I am at the last stage of installation but the pop up window is asking that I insert CD #2 but, of course, there is no cd! I tried clicking okay and double clicking the image for CD #2 or file #2 but nothing works - Help!

I have had to reinstall my Adobe creative suite 6 Standard but when I key in the serial number it asked for the serial number of a qualifying product?
It's asking you or prompting you to input the old serial number of the version that you used to upgrade to your new version.

If you're on a Macinotosh, it would be installed in the Applications folder.

Hi-I have a MacOSX 10.6.8 laptop with decent internet service.I started downloading the trial for the Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Standard in the morning and it is now 8:59 p.m. and it still says 20 hours left.This trial is only for 30 days-a day has gone by-that has taken away from my trial and learning this with the intention to buy after.What is the possible reason for this and do I get a day back in my trial?
