Why is an obscene album now on my itunes list that I don't want?
after my itunes turned "red", an album appeared (obscene cover) and I have no idea where it came from. I do not know how to get rid of it and it stays on my page waiting for me to download the songs from the album. I do not know what to do to get rid of this album.

Drag the app icon out of the Apps folder and drop it in the Trash. If you want to make sure that you got all associated files use a deletion app such as AppCleaner.

I read your advice to uninstall an app.using AppCleaner.This seems confusing.When I check the file location to see the total package contents,the file shows considerable more MB's than when I use AppCleaner and not near as much.Using AppCleaner would mean I would be leaving a considerable amount of residual garbage.Why is the AppCleaner not cleaning everything out.If i was to delete from the file location and send it to trash,would I be deleting support files.

If you sync with the new computer it will erase the current content from the iphone and replace with the selected content of the new computer.
The pics that you have taken with the iphone should be imported regularly to your computer as you would with any digital camera. You can then organize them and sync them back to the iphone if you wish.
If you have had itunes perform a backup on the new computer, you should get the pics taken with the iphone back, but I would import them before trying anything. -

My children just got iPods touch. I registered them on my account so they can have acces to my I tunes Acc. Now they have all my list of contacts receive my messages have my music my pics, also when they install an app like pandora they have all my stations, things that they don't want. How can I fix this.
As for iMessage, you do Settings -> Messages (scroll down) -> where it says iMessage, turn the switch to off.
As for pictures, you do Settings -> iCloud -> Photo Stream -> My Photo Stream -> turn switch off.
As for apps, you do Settings -> iTunes & App Stores (scroll down alot) -> Music, Apps, Books are all swtiched off.
If you want to the delete the music, you go onto the music app and slide your finger from right to left on the song. -
Stop and refresh buttons (one will disappear while the other is active). I have found numerous websites that just don't want to load on the first try, now I am unable to refresh it (usually in a new tab) because the button disappears. BTW 255 limit is BS.
You can try to press the ESC key to stop loading the page if you see the Stop button instead of the Reload button. You can also reload the page via F5 or Ctrl + F5 (cache bypass).
Firefox 4.0 has a combined Reload and Stop and Go button that appears at the right end of the location bar.
To restore the Firefox 3 appearance you can use these steps:
* Open the "View > Toolbars > Customize" window to move the Stop and Reload button out of the location bar.
* Move the Reload and Stop buttons to their previous position at the left side of the location bar.
* Set the order to "Reload - Stop" to get a combined "Reload/Stop" button.
* Set the order to "Stop - Reload" or separate them otherwise to get two distinct buttons. -

Where are the pictures coming from? I would more likely believe that your system has a virus than photoshop, but without more information, I could be misinterpreting your post.

On itunes I have a mix of albums I purcahesd from itunes, and those uploaded from original CD's. I now have an Apple TV with itunes match, but only when the computer and itunes are on, are all albums are visable and playable on the Apple Tv. When itunes and computer is off, only albums purchased from itunes are visable in my music on the Apple TV. However, on my iPad, all albums are visable and playable, (cloud icon with down arrow next to track). I am on home sharing, and I thought Match would alllow playing of albums without the computer and itunes running, as on the iPad. I must have missed something somewhere? so a hit of guidance required plesase.Thanks
Hi again. Yes I did try turning match on and off both in the Apple Tv and itunes several time to no availaile.
However!!! I turned off home sharing and Match on itunes and shut it down. On the Apple TV I did a complete restart, which led to a lengthy period to carry out an upgrade. once completed I set up the Apple TV turned on Match, and lo and behold all the albums now appear in My Music!. Also confirm they are on computers by turning on itunes and home sharing and match. Everything appears to be OK now. -
Why is Remote app album view different than iTunes?
I use the Remote app on my iPad to control the streaming of my PC's iTunes music library to my stereo. I like the Album view because I can see most of the album covers. In iTunes 11.1 on my PC, album view displays the albums alphabetically by artist. i.e. all Beatles albums are listed before any Rolling Stones albums. But when viewing the same library on my iPad using the Remote app, the albums are listed alphabetically by album title, not by artist. So each artist's albums are scattered all over. I don't know about you, but when I'm looking for an album to play, I think about artists, not titles of albums. But there doesn't seem to be any way to change the way the Remote app orders albums. Am I missing something? Is there any way to configure the Remote app to display albums in artist order?

My PC died and in turn so did my main iTunes library. My iPhone was synced to the library that is gone. Now when I try to connect to another library, it tells me the phone must be wiped clean before I can manage music with new library. Any way around that? I don't want to lose the music that is on my phone. I am looking for a way to tell the phone to "forget" the old library and let me start working with a new library.
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for just such an occasion.
Use your backup copy of your computer to put everything on the new one.
It sounds like you have failed to do this, which is not good at all.
You will have to transfer your itunes purchases from your iphone. Authorize your computer for your itunes account
About iTunes Store authorization and deauthorization
Open itunes, plug in iphone, do NOT sync, click File>Transfer Purchases
When you do sync you will lose your pics ( photo library - synced from your old computer), your itunes content ( music, apps, videos,etc) , your contacts and your calendars. So do NOT sync yet. This is why a backup copy is so important.
Enter one unique contact and calendar entry on your computer.
When you first sync, you should get the option to merger the data. Choose it.
If you want your pics, then you will need to e-mail them to yourself before you sync. They will not be of the original quality as they are reduced when synced to iphone.
When all is as goos as it can be, then backup your computer, and always maintain the backup. -

I strongly agree. I hate tabs and don't understand why decisions are made to FORCE everyone to use them when the option to either have them or not was previously available. Anyone who likes them can turn them on but there is no reason to force us all to use tabs, or alternatively, go through hoops of finding some obscure add-on to remove them. Trying to make Firefox more dummy proof (you said it was done so folks would not harm their Firefox software) is a noble idea, but there must be a better way than forcing something like tabs on everyone when we don't want them. Really bad call, Firefox.

I really have liked Firefox but now I am having a lot of problems with "myinfotopic" and all the adds that pop up unwanted. I don't know how it got in my computer and I can find no way to get rid of it. I have a service called Answers by Technical Support and they say the problem comes from your website and they can't fix it. There is an add the runs across the bottom of the screen and before I updated Firefox it would just stay on the screen and obscure whatever I was looking at. There would also be adds that would slip out from the side of the screen on each website I went to. Both types of adds could be removed but there was always another one that popped up when I went to a new site. Also, before I updated Firefox pages would just start opening automatically and I have no idea where they were coming from.
On your browser I also have the security warning coming up 2 times every time I go to my start page to try a new search for something..

Open the Add-ons page using:
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Extensions. If they can be removed great, if they can only be disabled, disable them for the moment.
Usually a link will appear above a disabled extension to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the add-ons page and click the link as the last step.

Why does Mail keep creating a Junk folder that I don't want
I don't want Mail to filter for Junk because it always gets it wrong. I have another, better filter. I have unchecked the box. Nevertheless, Mail persists in creating a Junk folder and occasionally putting messages into it. Many of these messages are perfectly good and go unnoticed for a few days before I notice them in the new Junk folder. I keep deleting the folder, but eventually it comes back again.
Why is it doing this, and how can I stop it??Thanks for your interest, but unchecking 'Enable junk mail filtering' hides the junk folder, and it will not be regenerated unless Apple Mail unilaterally decides it wants to put something in it. This problem only started for me last year, and for years before that, I did not have a Junk folder. My own spam filter (Spamsieve) works perfectly well.
As I have unchecked 'Enable junk mail filtering', the two options you mention do not exist: they are greyed out. -
