Why is Aruba not in the countries list?

There are a considerable number of iPad users in Aruba. While there is an iStore here, Aruba is not listed in the countries list. Ergo my credit card information does not coincide with my bank information. Cannot make purchases online.
Any suggestions??

I'm not offended at all and certainly do not wish to start an argument. I hope I can explain this in a way so you can understand. It is similar but slightly different than the USA.
There have been many constitutional changes in the relations between Holland and it's former colonies thru the years - 1954, 1975, 1986, and the last one on October 10, 2010.
As of this last date the (equal) partners in the Kingdom of the Netherlands are Holland, Aruba, Curaçao and St. Maarten. The other Dutch Caribbean islands of Bonaire, Saba, and St. Eustatius have become "special municipalities" of Holland.
Now, while each partner has it's own Goverment and completely takes care of it's own affairs, a limited number of affairs are delegated to the Kingdom Government. These are defense, foreign affairs and nationality.
Each partner (Holland, Aruba, Curacao and St. Maarten) has representation in the Kingdom Government.
All of us, residents of these countries carry a European Passport (because the Kingdom is member of the European Union), can freely travel to and reside in any European Union country and can freely make use of the Netherlands Embassies and Consulates all over the world. The Royal Netherlands Navy is present on each of our islands.
With exception of the three affairs mentioned above, our Goverment (Parliament and the Council of Ministers) handle all other affairs. We do not know a Federal Government as was the case before 1986 when the Netherlands Antilles still existed.
You may ask yourself what happened to Bonaire, Saba, and St. Eustatius? Well, they are now a part of Holland, which was there own choice.
Hopefully this entire constitutional situation is now clear to you. Leave it to the Dutch to create complicated but effective situations.

Remember the good old days when ToDo Lists where automatically related to a specific calendar? I want that back. Why can I not name a Reminder List and a Calendar with identical titles? Precisely. How is "loss of functionality" progress or an upgrade? Why should I have to install an extension just to get a "reload" button? What a pile of crap. I can not get the firefox window to ask me if I want my password remembered. I am not in private browsing. The site is not on the exception list in the security box where all the other passwords sites are stored.

If the ID is yours but you don't know the password, you'll have to reset it (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5787). If the ID belongs to a previous ownder of the phone, you'll have to either get the ID and password from them, or have them erase the phone and remove it from their account as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4515.

Vendor Invoices due were not in the proposal list.

Hi Experts,
I ran the F110 first, on 03.12.2007 with posting date = 03.12.2007 docs posted up to = 04.12.2007 customers due up to 09.12.2007 next payment date = 04.12.2007.
After processing the above, all invoices due up to 30.11.2007 for a particular vendor were not in the proposal list. That vendor is not blocked for posting.
But when i rerun the F110 on 14.12.2007, I have able to see those invoices in the proposal.
Can anyone know the reason why such things happen?

Hi,
It might have been put in a different payment proposal run, for which reason, it might not appear in a different proposal run. Subseqntly, the first proposal might not have crystallised enabling it to appear when you ran finally.

I'm new to this stuff so I may sound stupid here. I'm looking for an artist in my list of artist on the IPod itself, and it's not showing. However, if I look under the songs list, the songs that I'm looking for are there. So, why is it not showing the artist in the artist list, but it shows the songs with the correct artist name in the songs list. It also shows the albums by this artist. Any ideas?

Is it a song on a compilation CD you burned? That might be the case.
If it's an artist album, you probably need to make sure that Artist and Album Artist have the same information.
Song: Mercy
Album Artist: Duffy
Artist: Duffy
Would be an example.

Is this a problem with only one order? or with all the Orders of the same "Order Type".
If this is with only one Order, check goods movements actually done or not?
If this problem is with other Orders as well (same Order Type), then with the T.Code; OPL8.
In the 2nd Tab Page (Implemenation) - Whether the Check boxes are filled for Documented Goods Movements??

There is no 'Advanced' option at icloud.com. Is this a question of changing the default email address? I quote:

And Apple won't tell you. All they will tell you is what countries are supported for LTE right now. You can express your interest to Apple via their feedback pages, if you wish:

but you will not receive a reply. It may be waiting on Telcel to approve. They may not feel that their LTE network is robust enough to handle that much load yet. But I'm just guessing. We'll just have to wait and see what develops.

Go to transaction OBD4, and check whether the field "Tax category" is suppressed in group "Account control" for your GL account group.
If not, then go to OB26 and check the field status for the same field for create, change activity.

Why can I not disable the guest user in the 10.8.2 update? I have never enabled the guest user, but after the update, it was automatically enabled with a "managed" tag. It is not selectable even after entering my admin password to unlock the options.

SOLVED Ok. I actually was able to disable it. I had to actually log in as the guest user to make it accessible in the preference window. Then I disabled it and logged out. Apologies if this was obvious for some people, but I have had some sort of issue with something every update since Snow Leopard.
