Why is creative cloud not responding on my mac?

How can I uninstall all of my creative cloud files and reinstall them. nothing is responding...I can't even get back to my uninstall folder.

    A12E5 is a download error. Please follow the mentioned steps:
    Mac:
    Navigate to Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE and rename to OOBE.old .
    Navigate to Applications/Utilities and trash Application Manager and Creative Cloud desktop folder.
    Download and install CC desktop again. If still the issue persists then restart Mac in safe boot and try installing again: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/start-safe-boot-mode-mac.htm l .

  • Why will Creative Cloud not update on my laptop?

    When I open the Creative Cloud app, I receive the message an update is available, and have the choice of updating or immediately quitting the app. So I choose update, and halfway through, receive a message that another version of creative cloud is running and needs to be terminated to continue. However, it seems according to my icons, and task manager, only the installer is running. Yet when I hit retry, nothing happens, and of course when I close the installer, everything closes. If I choose not to update, the CC app does immediately quit, so at the moment it is completely non-functional.
    Is this a bug? Any suggestions?

    Please follow this step to fix the issue.
    When you launch Task manager please look for AAM Updater Notifier and quit that process. Once done then please try updating AAM to CC Desktop App and it should work.
    In case if the above mentioned step doesnt work then please rename OOBE folder to OOBE.old from this location.
    Windows:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
    C:\Users\(Your Username)\Appdata\Local\Adobe
    Mac:
    Library\Application Support\Adobe
    ~\Library\Application Support\Adobe
    Please download CC Desktop App from https://creative.adobe.com and it should work.

  • Why is Creative cloud not allowing us to open any programs in CS6?

    Recently we have tried to open Photoshop CS6 and it is asking to renew our Creative cloud subscription. We no longer have a CC subscription. That was only opened for a short time on a completely separate computer. The computer we are speaking of has had CS6 installed for about 2 years now without any problems. Now all of a sudden when you launch the program it connects online to verify the subscription, and it then says that we need to renew the CC subscription. We've tried using Creative cloud cleaner tool but it still doesn't help. Does anyone know of a solution?

    Solution #1
    Check the 'hosts" file for adobe entries. if you could see adobe entries there follow the below mentioned steps.
    1. Go to the 'Hosts' file location.
    WIN : C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
    MAC: Go to finder menu on the top  > go to folders > type '/etc', hit return.
    2. move the hosts file to the desktop.
    3. Open it.
    WIN: open it with notepad.
    MAC: double click it.
    4. Delete all the adobe entries, as they are blocking your machine to connect to Adobe Activation Server.
    5. Move it back to '/etc' folder.
    Solution # 2
    1. Check if you are working under any sort of firewall (system/network) / proxy.
    2. Disable firewall /  proxy.
    Solution #3 (Should work)

    I subscribed to the photobundle of creative cloud.
    I clicked on the download button, creative cloud is opening but nothing is happening.
    Computer has rebooted already, but still don't get more then this...

    Lightroom Mobile is not a cloud storage service. You shouldn't treat it as a way of backing up your files. You are merely storing Smart Previews of your files in the cloud space, high-quality JPEGs of your files regardless of their original format on your desktop. The point is that they are there so you can continue editing them in a Lightroom-like environment even while away from your desktop/laptop computer. The files in Lightroom Mobile can only be used in Lightroom Mobile.
    This is very different from what is offered by the Creative Cloud storage, which can be used to synchronize your files between any device (that can support the individual files).
    The vast difference in how each service works and its intended use is why they are separate.
