Why is CS 6 cc single app not able to verify my membership?

I have a cc single app cs6 membership. Everything has been working good until a few days ago. Now when I open cs6 a window pops up saying "We are having trouble verifying your membership". I have clicked the retry button repeatly with no success. My membership is good until April, but the window informs me that I only have 1 day left. My internet connection is working fine, so what is going on? Wayne

    As long as you can't get a hold of the device, you can't do anything more than talking to your daughter about it.
    Erasing the device could also be an option to keep her from using apps you don't want her to have on her device.

  • I am not able to verify my MAC HD Volume.

    Mac keeps powering down on startup.  I am able to get to the Lion Recovery and verify the physical disk but I am not able to verify the volume "MAC HD"  I get errors.  The physical disk verify looks good.  Anyone have any ideas on what I can do?

    Don't verify it, repair it. See:
    Repair the Hard Drive - Lion
    Boot from your Lion Recovery HD. When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list.  In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive.  If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported, then quit DU and return to the main menu. Select Restart from the Apple menu.
    Boot to the Recovery HD:
    Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.

    Thank you for responding. I did not create a new ID. I went to Manage Your ID when changing my email. However, my problem is resolved. I called support and recieved help there.
    Somehow my Ipod either wasn't registered to my Apple ID (even though I bought it from the Apple Store) or the registration didn't transfer with the email address change.
    For some reason, though, I did lose all of my previous imessage conversations just because I switched my Apple ID email address. I also had to resync my Google accounts to Mail, Contacts, and Calendar.
    Strange, but everything seems to be relatively back to normal now.

    Do you mean that (a) you do not receive the the verifcation email, (b) the verifcation email does not have a working link in it, (c) the webpage at the address of the link in the verification email is not responding, (d) after typing in your Apple ID and password to verify your email address, the webpage does not respond, or (e) the Apple ID and password combination you are using to verify your email address does not match what Apple has on records.
    (1) If (a), check your junk folder for the email. If it is not there, see 2..
    (2) If (b, c, or d), then you might simply try later. The webpage could be have a temporary issue.
    (3) If (e) use the expresslane to resolve password issue: https://expresslane.apple.com/GetCountriesDetails.do

    The verification email will have been sent to the email account that you put as the primary email address on the account - log into that email account as you usually do and you should have an email from Apple.

    Hi, I have an InDesign and a Photoshop single-app membership but I want Illustrator too. So I was going to upgrade to a Creative Cloud plan - kind of merge the memberships together. The FAQ says to go to My Account and follow the steps but there are no steps. When I just clicked on one of the single-app plans and tried to edit the single-app subscription plan to a Creative Cloud year long plan and try to submit, the webpage thinks about it forever and then timesout.
    What am I doing wrong or what can I do?

    Depends on how long you have been a single app subscriber.

    Yup I'm in the iBooks app not the Newsstand app .
    I only have one iTunes account.
    Actually when I started the iBooks app after upgrading ti iOS 5,ALL my purchases of iBooks AND my PDF files were there then they began to disappear 1 by 1..and soon all that was left was am EMPTY iBook shelf !!!
    I checked on my MBP but couldn't find any of them but when I went to the iTunes account and only the book purchases was found in the iCloud even though I didn't request the use of the iCloud facility.
    Despite all that my PDF files are still missing...

  • Acct charged for an app not able to use

    I'm new to the "ipod world".  I got a 4th gen ipod touch for my child for christmas.  We are trying to learn how to use the ipod to the best capabilities.  He got an app gift card loaded to his acct just fine.  When he tries to download a Adventures of Tin Tin game it pops up that there is not enough memory for the game to download but his acct was already charged for the game.  He is not able to play the game and I believe that his acct was charged twice because he tried to download again.  How or what do I need to do to correct this?  It doesn't seem fair for him to be charged for an app twice that he can't even use.

    - If he was signed into he same iTuns account that originally purchased the app he will not be charfged again for a redownload,.
    - To downloag and install an app there must be storage space available on the iPod that is over two times greaer than the app download fle size. The error message yu are getting is tell you that there is not sufficient storage space.  Items need to be deleted from the iPod to free up storage space.

  • Created an app not able to see it on iPhone Apple Support is REALLY POOR

    My company created an iPhone application about 2-3 months ago. It has been accepted by Apple Online (where you submit it) but it is not viewable in any iPhone. When you ask apple support they just send you a reply back with a link that does NOT help.
    You will not believe I have sent approximately 20 emails to ALL of Apple's support email and even rang them a couple of times but there is no one who knows what they are doing. No one helps, everyone replies back with that link in the email. Even if you tell them what you have done and ask them for what else is requored as the link is not able to help us they will still reply you back wit the same email.
    I was hoping that with such a big company like Apple they would have hired some educated people who know what they are doing or at least reply you back with some helpful solutions.
    For the past 2 months they have given me a run around and no help at all. Does anyone know where I can complaint about Apple? Or does anyone know who can help me out with this type of a problem. I mean come on, the application was developed by my professional IT team who has been in IT for over 10 years and have developed numerous applications.
    Please someone help me out on this one. This is very important. I am very tired of emailing Apple over and over again and getting EXACTLY the same reply back all the time. I mean do they even read your emails or do they just send you back like a ROBOT what is already in the system i.e. Automatically Set Emails.
    I am sorry If I am rude but even the director of the company had a good run around because of this. Is this really professional of apple support team?
    I am asking again please help me out check our account all the codes are absolutely perfect we have checked over 100 times or at least tell us what else we can do to improve this. It's urgent now!

    I'd recommend you contact Adobe directly about this. In the mean time consider copy/pasting the text to Word, if the searching in Adobe Reader isn't enough.

    we use a pc to hold all of our media but are two ppl in the household.  we both log into itunes and apple store using our own passwords.  recently on my ipad i was no longer able to upgrade/log in the apple store because when it asks for my password it prompts for my partners password and it doesn't recognize me.  also, oddly, my partner added an app that i also want to add on his ipad.  when i attempted to add that app using my apple id log in it thinks i'm him and prompts for his password on my ipad therefore leaving me no way to have that app.  how do i get my app store to function again (recognize me) and how can we finally figure out how to separate the media so i don't get his apps on my devices and mine on his (and then not be able to access them b/c we don't share passwords)?  please help.

    Open the App Store app, go to the Featured pane, swipe to the bottom, tap the Apple ID and sign out. Tap again and sign in with the Apple ID of your choosing.
