Please help! I purchased Photoshop ELements 12 in Dec 2013. I registered it and used it happily. About 6 months in, Adobe started asking for the serial number again. I put it in once again and it was accepted and I was once again able to use my Photoshop Elements. Tonight I have sat down to use Photoshop Elements 12 and once again it is saying I don't own it and only entitled to a 30 day trial. When I access my account I can see Photoshop Elements 12 there and valid but when I sign in at the trial page it doesn't seem to recognise that I own this product already! Im a very frustrated person right now as I have wasted 2 hours on something that shouldn't have been a problem! Thanks

Can only hope that apple either allows an app like f.lux or implements their own version. I am sure millions of people have developed vary degrees of sleep disorders because of using their iPads and iPhones before bed... I know, the disciplined thing would be to switch off electronic devices like these some time before bed, but the practical reality is that many people use these devices for winding down with some reading before bed (I use the kindle app)

If you have purchases on your iPod Shuffle that you want to sync back to iTunes, but are under the Apple ID you no longer have access to, you'll need to reset that account information. You can use this link to reset your password.

If that doesn' work or help, you'll need to contact iTunes support and have them walk you through the process of resetting the older account information. Once you know the email and password again, you can authorize your new computer and transfer any purchases from this account back to iTunes.
For all non-iTunes purchased content, you'll need to the assistance of some sort of third party software that is not supported by Apple. See this older post from another forum member Zevoneer covering the different methods and software available to assist you with the task of copying content from your iPod back to your PC and into iTunes.

The Elements 12 shortcut can't find the Elements12.0.exe file so the program will not load. I can load the editor from its .exe file but not the organizer.

Have you tried logging out of your account via Settings > Store and tapping on your account id on the right-hand side, and the logging back in to see if that makes any difference ?
You could also try a reset and see if you can then download them after the iPad has restarted : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
A third option is to download one of the updates to your computer's iTunes and connect your iPad to it and sync it across, and then see if you can download the other apps/updates directly on the iPad.

The computer has to be authorized for the account that purcchased the media.
What error message are you getting when you try to lauthorize the computer for that account?

I assume these are POP accounts and all computers are set to remove from Server after downloading.
So on the non dominant ones... Mail Preferences>Accounts, highlight an account, Advanced tab, uncheck remove from Server, just have the main dominant one remove from server.
Or get/setup IMAP accounts.

mine did the same thing. What I did was hold the home and power button down for 10 seconds but that did not work. I figured out that I just had to hold them down for a long time like 15 to 45 seconds. Then it finally turned on. You may have to do it a couple of time. But if this does not work send it in to the apple company they fixed mine completly free they even sent me a box to send it in. I hope my answer helps you fix it.

I suspect that you are saying that you can't download/install the latest version of iTunes.
All I can say is try removing and reinstalling the Apple software using the following:
Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7
If you have further problems with installing Itunes I suggest you post in the iTunes forum since you have an iTunes problem, not an iPod problem. Also report the wording of any error messages. What they say is importent on resolving them.

Brooks lansing if you create a new Administrator account does the same issue occur? If so then it is likely that there is a file permission failure and file permissions have been set for the existing Users instead of the groups they belong to.
Have you removed and reinstalled Photoshop Elements 11? This may reset the file permissions to the correct state to allow it to work under new accounts.

if you have a win os you should have dl'd an exe and a 7z file.
put both in the same directory and double click the exe.
