Why is Encore not listed at the creative cloud website?

I launched Encore and discovered that the Libray templates and styles were missing.

  • I didn't receive the licence code i was supposed to receive after signing in on the creative cloud website

    I have been given a code from school to fill in on the creative cloud website (along with my own information), and was supposed to receive a new licence code in my mails.
    I never received this code. I tried to fill in my information on the creative cloud website again, but it said i already had an account.
    after downloading creative cloud i was able to use it with the 30 day trial,
    but now it's over and I can't figure out how to fix this.
    Can someone help?

  • Why does Premiere Pro not show in the Creative Cloud

    I just bought the montly membership, paid, got the confirmation, but still Premiere Pro does not show in my Creative Cloud options - under audio/video it only shows  and Photoshop, Prelude and Audition.
    When I use the link in the email confirmation that I received I can press 'getting started'.
    This leads me to the online Creative Cload Download - when I scroll to Premiere Pro, click on download I go to the next page, but still the program does not show?
    What should I do differently? I am logged in already.
    Please help me!

    Do you have a 64-bit machine?  Normally the listing will only include programs that your machine is capable of running.  Check your machine capabilities against the requirements for Premiere Pro and see if it comes up short.

    Now if you have volume license and you are trying to buy Creative cloud for individual then you might get the above error message or
    If you have a retail license and you are trying to purchase the Creative cloud team.
    You can please check the kind of license you have and then accordingly you can purchase the subscription.

  • Wow, why does Creative Cloud suck so bad?   Why are there no FAQs in the Creative Cloud FAQ?

    I am new to Creative Cloud.   I found some PSD event poster templates on line and I would like to be able to download some of these templates to create event posters.   I have modest goals.  
    1) I found a link on the Adobe site for $9.99 monthly fee for photoshop + lightroom.   ok, seems reasonable to spend $10 for a month to see how it goes, I think
    2)  Once I get my CC account set up, there is no upgrade option or the $10 / month deal... only options are more expensive than $10 / month... but I can try it free for some time... ok I'll do that.  Hopefully, I will be able to do what I want to do with the free services?  
    3)  Install create cloud app on my computer
    4)  click on install photoshop...   after 20 minutes only 3% downloaded.   darn!   Looks like I am not going to be creating any flyers tonight!
    5)   Is there something wrong?   Maybe I have done something stupid (I mean besides signing up for CC)... lemme check the Creative Cloud FAQ.   Oh!   There are no questions in the Creative Cloud FAQ.   Excellent...

    I just want to say congrats!

    That's the page from which I started this troubled journey.  I clicked on "purchase"  and since I didn't have an account yet, it took me off to some other page to create an account, verify my email and all of that and then finally to a blank page... seemed like there was some delay from the time I created the account until the account became useable.   In the meantime I was continuously directed to a blank page every time I tried to log in.   After some time I was able to look at upgrade options, but the $10 offer was not one of my options.   Now, if I go back to the original page which had the $10 option and click on purchase, it seems like it is giving me the option to purchase.   The whole process seems very poorly designed and poorly executed.   Does the software work any better?
    In any case, what I am looking to do is download some of the cheap or low cost event poster templates on the internet and edit them to create my own event posters.    I am not sure which Adobe application I need to do this.

    I am logged into the Creative Cloud but when I  run my Photoshop program it tells me I need to log into the creative cloud to access my library.

  • WHY AM I HAVING TROUBLE DOWNLOADING THE CREATIVE CLOUD APP?

    Hi folks,
    I purchased the creative cloud desktop app through a university web site.  The app is on my desktop but when I try to download it, it freezes about 1/16th of the way through. I've restarted my computer and tried it multiple times.  No error message---it just freezes. 
    I have a 40year old Macbook Pro, 4 GB memory and 2.4 GHz processor.   I MAY be close to my storage limit but have received no messages to that effect.
    Any advice?

    I have some of my assets organized into collections (folders), and now I want to move an item into one of the folders.  How do i do that?

    To move a file into a folder in the Creative Cloud, do the following:
    Select the file, and then click the move icon (the icon to the left of the trash can) in the toolbar.
    In the Select A Destination Collection dialog box, select a folder.
    Click Move.

    Title says it all realy. Is this a bug, or a feature regression? How should extensions for Bridge be installed? Back to the manual and error prone way?

    Starting from CS6, Bridge is not supported by Extension Manager anymore. That is why you cannot see it in Extension Manager.

    Because Bridge CS6 is not supported by Extension Manager anymore, you have to install them manually.
    For MXP extension, you can convert it to ZXP extensions with Extension Manager CS6. Then try steps below.
    For ZXP extension, use utility software such as 7-zip, WinZip or WinRAR to extract it to a folder.If there is no mxi file after extraction, then it is a CSXS extension.
    For CSXS ZXP extension,  move the folder to following folder.
        Windows: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CS6ServiceManager\extensions\"
        Mac: "/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CS6ServiceManager/extensions/"
    For non-CSXS ZXP extension, check the content of the MXI file. Copy all source files defined in "..." to the corresponding destination folders manually. If you are not sure where these files should be copied, please paste the mxi file here.

    when I go to: http://help.adobe.com/en_US/FlashPlatform/reference/actionscript/3/all-index-S.html ,'Script' is not listed.
    ideally I would like to see both the mx and the s versions so that I can compare them.
    when I search it does show the mxml-only fx version, but that is not consistent with the rest of the documentation ( or as much as I have seen so far ) where seemingly all classes are indexed.
