Why is Entourage opening my Pages docs and how do I fix it?

I have a program called Entourage. Lately whenever I click on a Pages document to open it, Entourage launches and tries to open the Pages doc as an email attachment. I'd love it if when I clicked on a Pages document, Pages actually opened it and Entoruage would mind its own business.
Any ideas?

Does anyone have this problem with Pages? and how do i fix it?

Whenever i open a document that i've made in pages, i get a yellow box around the pages that i have made (say page 1 - 4) and it won't let me insert another page in between them. I then have to start a whole new document and copy past my information into the new document.
Does anyone know how to get the yellow box to sit only around 1 page like its meant to?

Why is my itunes missing text? and how can I fix it?

A couple of months ago I upgraded to Itunes 10.5 and ever since, I have had no text across the top (where it would usually say file, edit, view, ect.) and also when I plug in my iphone or ipad and click on them in order to sync or back them up, all of the buttons that I usually could choose from are blank. The default picture of my iphone will appear but I cannot see the text in the buttons in order to choose what I want to do with it. I just got a new iphone yesterday and would like to back it up from my old phone but I can't because I havent memorized what buttons I would need to press for that and there is no text whatsoever to guide me. I have a PC with windows 7 64-bit, but that is about all i could tell you, i have very limited knowledge about computers. I have done some research and it appears to be a font issue in which windows isn't recognizing the font and therefore not displaying it, but all the ways to fix it are way over my head. I need a very basic step by step solution. I called apple care a month ago and was on the phone with two different techs for over 3 hours and no one could help me. PLEASE HELP!!!

I actually have a fairly simple solution to this for Windows 7. Don't mess with your registry or delete other fonts. Go into c:/windows/fonts. Check to see that you have the set of fonts "Segoe UI". Inside this set are 6 Segoe fonts:
Regular (segoeui)
Regular Italic (segoeuii)
Bold (segoeuib)
Bold Italic (segoeuiz)
Semi Bold (seguisb)
Light (segoeuil)
You may not have them arranged in a set, but just check that you have all of them.
Make sure programs (i.e iTunes) are closed.
If you don't have the fonts, find them on the internet, ask a friend to copy and paste them, send them to you etc. They are easy and free to get. Download them to your desktop. Right click each one and "Install".
If you already have them in your fonts folder (my problem) do this: COPY (not cut) them from your c:/windows/fonts folder to your desktop. Close windows explorer. From your desktop, right click each one and "Install". You will get a message that they are already installed and do you want to install a newer version or some such. Say "Yes". They will get re-installed.
Open iTunes and you should have all your text back!
*Based on a sample of one - hopefully it works for you.

Why is firefox extending below the taskbar and how do I fix it?

Just tonight Firefox only has started extending below the task bar so the bottom of the window/webpage isn't visible. I have had to Not use full size in order to see the whole window/webpage. This isn't happening with any other browser or program and didn't start until tonight. No new hardware or software had been installed recently.

Several users have reported problems over the past year with the bottom of the Firefox window going either behind or in front of the Windows task bar. Obviously the correct behavior for a maximized window is to fill all the space above the Windows task bar. I haven't seen a definitive cause and solution in the threads I checked, so here are some things to try.
First, you may want to shut down and restart Windows in case it is a temporary glitch.
Second, you may want to try disabling hardware acceleration of graphics, in case a graphics card driver update has tripped an incompatibility in Firefox. You will need to restart Firefox in order for this to take effect, so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.).

On the "General" mini-tab, uncheck the box for "Use hardware acceleration when available"
Third, the file that stores the size and position of Firefox windows might have become corrupted. You can delete or rename it to resolve that issue, but you will have to re-customize your toolbars. Here's how:
Open your current Firefox settings folder (AKA Firefox profile folder) using
Help > Troubleshooting Information > "Show Folder" button
Switch back to Firefox and Exit
Pause while Firefox finishes its cleanup, then rename '''localstore.rdf''' to something like localstore.old
Restart Firefox.

Why does Teamspeex don't work anymore and how can I fix it?

At my university we use a Teamspeak2 Server for our online lectures. Last friday i tried to attend one of those lectures. I can still connect properly and see all participants but the is no sound at all. I can't hear anyone talking and the microphone don;t work. I checked the settings and it seems the client can not detect any of the devices (speaker nor microphone). But I am not sure if this is the only problem, because i don't even see the visuals indicating if someone speaaks.
I've a Mac Book Pro 2011 and I got it when it was out. Till the end of last semester it worked without any problems using Teamspeex Beta 4.06. I've updated to 408 but still the same problem. The only new is a MacOs upgrade to Mountain Lion.
Can I fix this somehow or do I need to install a bootcamp?

Have you ever done a bump charge??? If not, to do a bump charge, wait until the indicator is green, then power down the device. the indicator will change back to orange.... Let it charge until the indicator is green again. If you have never done this, you may need to do so three days straight or so.

TS1307 Why does send mail just stop working and how do you fix it?

Using MacBook Pro bought last Chrismas and its mail client 5.2
In the last 2 weeks send mail has stopped working for both my wife and myself (we have different logins / accounts / email address providers)
We have tried different wifi / isp providers
rebuilding the mail database
accessing preferences and changing the default ports to specified port 25 and then back again
taking the mail accounts off-line and then back on again
deleting the accounts and then creating just one simple one (GMail)
no change - send mail still does not go.
What should we do now?
What have we done wrong to cause this to fail in the first place?
It was working fine, but now it is not.
It is quite worryingand a fix would be greatly appreciated

Here are two steps that have come in handy in related situations
1) login to gmail on your computer or device via a web browser
2) once logged in successfully, go to this URL to unlock:

Is your gMail POP or IMAP?
If IMAP...
Is the Outgoing server smtp.gmail.com, port 25, SSL on, & Authentication = Password

Why is my macbook not charging? And how do I fix it?

I bought my macbook in 2008, so it is 5 years old. Recently, it started to not charge when it is plugged in. If I hold the charger firm to the side of the port, it charges, but otherwise, it will charge for a few minutes and then quit. I am not sure what is going on. I use my computer a lot for school, so I am frantically trying to find a solution for this problem. Any advice?

Sounds to me like you have a dirty connection between the charger and the macbook. First check that out. Cleaning electronic contacts is best done with a suitable spray cleaner, like this one (no endorsement implied, this link is to clarify not to promote a specific product):

this morning my windows vista performed some updates. Afterwards the text in Firefix is bad, sometimes even unreadable, se exampe attached. The text is not bad in IE, but a change back is not desireble. Text was OK before Windows Update Restart. Disabling ClearType makes problem worse. I tried to reset as described on https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-preferences-fix-problems, no help.
Data:
Acer Travelmate laptop (+6 years), running fully updated Windows Vista, danish language. Firefix 35.0.1.
What to do next?

Have used cloud with CS5.5. Not longer have cloud can not open any of my creative CS5.5 folders. Why? and how do I fix it?

As a student enrolled and used the Cloud. already had CS5.5 Creative suite installed on computer. Now that I'm no longer a student and No Longer have Cloud I can not open any of my folders with work in them. It wants me to up dated my subscription. I cant afford it right now.
I want to use the programs I have already paid for. . Creative Suite CS 5.5.
