Why is How I Met Your Mother Season 3 "Episode Only" when every other season has the option to buy the entire season?
Seems rather unfair to pay nearly £40 for each individual episode when each other season has the option to buy the entire season for £9.99 (including seasons after season 3)

This solves the issue. I have filed a request to get the music video added to the iTunes which hopefully it does, completing Season 3 of How I Met Your Mother.

How i met your mother season 1 & 2 in HD

Any idea when/if this show will be available in HD for the full run? I'm close to buying it, just to support the show itself, but I'm unwilling to pay for an SD version and maybe have to re-buy it in HD at a later date.

I find it hard to believe that Apple has no skin in this game. Surely they get HD content from the producer/distributor whenever they can, and have the ability to request it when they don't. I'm not the TV company's customer, I'm Apple's customer. If I'm dissatisfied with the product they have available, I have to let them know that.

This can be done with a series of photographs with the people masked out. You apply color effects or color overlays to the images, arrange them in 3D space, and then animate a camera move through the maze of photographs. The color effects could be achieved using different blend modes and a color gradient over each photo combined with levels and saturation effects to give the photos that old faded photo look. It would probably be easier to do the color effects in Photoshop first. The flash between frames could be accomplished with a solid colored layer with the blend mode set to add and animated opacity.
To figure something like this out try and look at one element at a time. Try a few things to achieve that effect on a single layer. When you have the look you like, start animating.
If all of that was Greek and you're thoroughly confused search AE help for Animating Cameras, Blend Modes, Masking, Working in 3D space, and color balance.
These suggestions should get you started.

Reboot device by pressing both the home button and sleep/wake (power) buttons at the same time for 10-15 seconds until the apple logo appears on the screen, then let go.
If that doesn't work then reset the device by going to settings/general/reset/reset all settings (or for network connection issues 'reset network settings').
(no media or data will be deleted from the device, this will only take a minute).

Instead of removing the music from the cloud or the iTunes library why not shuffle your music using a Smart Playlist which excludes the holiday music, or tracks that are not checked. For example, use this very simple Smart Playlist:

I live out in the country and have slow broadband. The download took a few minutes short of 12 hours. I have 3 Macs to upgrade to Mavericks and read that I could copy the installation file to an external drive and use that to upgrade the others.
Before the first installation, I checked the Downloads folder for the file but couldn't see it. I though ok, I'll run the install and look for it afterwards. Still couldn't find it afterwards so have googled and found that the installation file is deleted automatically after the installation. Bloody brilliant. I now have another 12 hour download to run.

If Apple were to bring up a dialog explaining all the consequences of running the installer and asking for your confirmation of each one, that would be frustrating and confusing. Most people have one Mac, they install the OS and it is not needed again. It just takes up space. If you want to create an installer disk, there are instructions for doing so.
Congratulations. You have learnt how the installer works through your own experience! All it cost you was your time. Not all experience is so easily gained.

You can connect the iPad to your Mac's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases, that should copy it over to the Movies part of your library.
Depending upon what country that you are in, and whether the film studio allows it, you might also be able to re-download it on your Mac via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page.
