Why is icloud making life so difficult?

I have snow leopard and since the change of icloud apple has made everything complicated and difficult!! Why??
I have no support for icloud on my macbook using snow leopard. I had installed Lion on it but it slowed my mac considerably so changed back to SL.
I live in europe but I am in Brazil at the moment and i cant download any apps because I am registered in the UK, i go into my account and try to change it to Brazil but to no avail!
It is really annoying!!!
Can anyone help or if someone that works at apple is reading this, you guys are sucking!!! I have been an Apple user for 10 years and always proud but you guys have disappointed me big time!!!

Lion never got full iCloud functionality, but in a late update most features were implemented. Unfortunately you seem to be unable to get hold of that update...
If I remember correctly, MobileMe stayed among the Prefs... or was it replaced by iCloud? Ah, who cares.
I cannot download apps on my mac because it says i cant!! I went into my account and tried to change my location/country but to no avail.
So, what is the exact error you're getting when trying to log into the App Store?
Like i said, i have been using apple for many years and never, ever, had a complain, but ever since lion.... it has been down hill.

When you are running on the battery, you want to make sure you are using the "Integrated" graphics unit, as it is more power efficient.
You might also want to run Applications -> Utilities -> Activity Monitor and see if there are any processes which are consuming an excess amount of CPU non-stop.

If you have updated to 6.1.1 and your phone is outside the warrenty perios, then you WILL have issues, so you take your phone to Apple and they will give you a replacement for £139 and they will also say its much cheaper what you paid for your handset!!!!
Just wait for the next update - If they have a heart and care for the 4s users, they will fix the battery issue too

if you have checked the specs and it all works out, you can do a number of things. first i would suggest that for a dat you turn off 3G and cellular data to see if your service is running it down. you can do thing by going to settings-general-network-then turning them off. if this still doesn't work then try running it all the way down to 0% then giving it a full charge. i noticed that if regularly if you run the app Battery Pro Boost Magic to see whats taking up so much of your battery. if all of this fails to work then your battery might be defective so contact apple and try to get it replaced.

Why is icloud not listed in my updated macbook pro's systems preferences, there is mobileme instead?

I use a Samsung Android, two mac book pros, a large desktop mac, a Kindle Fire, and recently bought a preowned iphone 5; want to synch it with my mac book pro. I have an icloud email but nothing from my macbook is connected with it except maybe itunes. icloud is not the way I sign on when pening my personal macbook. But the only id I could use to get into the iphone was my icloud id. I want to get "Everything" together but when attempting to set up icloud in my personal macbk at system pref.s there is no icloud listed only the ancient "Mobilme" . I have done all the updates, why is icloud not in there and what can I do to set it up?

If you are seeing mobile me, then you are running 10.6.8 or earlier. iCloud came out in 10.7. So your device "may" be updated as far as it can, but it is not far enough to use iCloud. You can try to upgrade to 10.10 (which is free), or if your system is not capable, you may have to pay for lion or mountain lion.

Here is the best troubleshooting resource to go through when experiencing issues with iCloud mail.
If you experience issues sending or receiving mail on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Check the System Status page to find out whether any known issues are affecting iCloud Mail.
Make sure that you're connected to the Internet: try opening a webpage such as apple.com in Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
Go to iCloud.com on a Mac or PC to verify that you can receive email for your iCloud account.
Make sure that Mail is turned on in Settings > iCloud.
Make sure that Push is turned on for your device in Settings > Mail, Contacts, and Calendars > Fetch New Data. Then send an email to your account to verify that Push is working correctly.
Make sure that Push is turned on for your iCloud account in Settings > Mail, Contacts, and Calendars > Fetch New Data. If you are using iOS 6, tap Advanced. If those multiple computers are all setup to use the same iCloud account, then it is working exactly as intended. That's what iCloud does. Keeps your email, contacts, calendars, bookmarks, tasks etc. in sync across all devices/computers that the same iCloud account is setup on.
If you want independent email on each device/computer, you need to setup independent email accounts for each device/computer.

What is the MAAssetSharing plug in and why is it making logic crash?

I keep having crashing problems when I load a new instrument. Then logic blames it on the MAAssetSharing plugin but I can't find it on my computer to delete it. What is it for and why is it making logic crash. Thanks in advance

I don't know what this plug does, but it is inside the Logic.app package, so deleting it would probably break more than it'll fix. There is a whole series of MA-things inside Logic Pro.

Have you tried refreshing the preferences ? (Quit Logic, move the file com.apple.logic.pro.plist from Users/'you'/Library/Preferences to the Desktop, start Logic and see if the problem's gone. If it didn't help, you can quit Logic again and put the old .plist file back. If it did work, in Logic set all the preferences as you want them, check everything still works, then quit Logic and make a copy of the .plist file and keep that in your documents folder. You now have an uncorrupted fresh .plist file with all your personal settings, that you can now use to replace the active file, in case of future trouble.
If refreshing prefs doesn't help, reinstall just the Logic application. Download & install AppCleaner http://www.pure-mac.com/diag.html#appcleaner and drop the Logic application on it, empty your trash and reinstall Logic.

Why start iCloud drive when Yosemite is not ready? Once accidental start iCloud drive, no downgrade option?

When IOS8 is release there is a simple switch to start iCloud Drive. It is a nightmare. My iWork field can no longer be sync with my Mac and Mac Air.
There is no downgrade method to resume the usual iCloud support. Yosemite is not ready now.
There should be a warning for anyone who may not know the link between iCloud drive and Yosemite.

Unfortunately the iOS 8 release was made fully functional even though some of the functions are not useable at this time. That should have been clearer so the user knew not to activate a function that would not work fully.
