Why is iDVD not available in the apple app store?

i wonder why iDVD is not available in the App-Store.
are the functions from iDVD part of Final Cut Pro - or is there a other official program for creating DVDs out of iMovie films?

Apple has stopped development and support of iDVD and iWeb. They are currently only available via the boxed iLife 11 disk from Amazon.com: iLife 11 or maybe eBay.com.

You will not be able to buy an App if it available in the App Store of another country unless you have a billing address and a bank card/credit card issued in that country.

You could physically move to the U.S. apply for and recieve a U.S credit card billed to your new U.S address, then you could use the U.S app store as long as you were inside the birders of the U.S.

Apple typically only has the current operating system available on it's web site. Kurt Lang provided the number to order 10.6 from Apple in the US.

I can't get iPhoto back. Where has it gone?
Go to the App Store and check out the Purchases List. If iPhoto is there then it will be v9.6.1
If it is there, then drag your existing iPhoto app (not the library, just the app) to the trash
Install the App from the App Store.
Sometimes iPhoto is not visible on the Purchases List. it may be hidden. See this article for details on how to unhide it.

iPhoto the application and the iPhoto Library are two different parts of the iPhoto programme. So, reinstalling the app should not affect the Library. BUT you should always have a back up before doing this kind of work. Always. -
Two times now, I've tried to download and install something (Adobe flash-player up-date AND DIRECTV so I can watch TV channels on my computer) and each time I get a caution symbol and it says that the software cannot be opened by Safari BECAUSE it was not from the App Store. Why can't i buy the song Shakara by Fela Kuti from the American store if its not available from the South African store? Why is it not being made available in South Africa? It does not make sense to me, especially from such a top company that is priding itself with improving accessibility.
It's not Apple's choice, they can only sell content where the content providers grant them licenses to sell it, so if the record company hasn't granted Apple a license to sell that song in South Africa then Apple can't sell it there. You can try requesting that it be added, but it won't be able to happen without the record company's agreement : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html
You can also only buy content from your own country's store, you won't be able to buy it from the US store unless you are in the US with a US billing address on your account. -

On i-pad, when I try to enable itunes match, it says, "you are not currently subscribed to iTunes Match. Use iTunes on your computer to subscribe." I am subscribed though! Then it says no to my request and, "item not available in the U.S. store." My Mac will not use update iTunes to any later version than the one I have because my os is also out of date, but when I try to update that i cant, so what do I have to do? Please don't tell me I have to buy a new Mac to be up to date.
On the iOS device you must be logged into the store with the exact same Apple ID you used to originally purchase the service. Go to Setting > iTunes & App Stores and if necessary sign out/in and then enable iTM.
