Why is in creative cloud "test" and "install" mixed up?

Hi all,
maybe one of you can give me an advice.
A few weeks ago i have extended my creative cloud membership, but if i open the cloud application under: (OS X 10 / Yosemite) i can see the following:
Some Products (like Lightroom 5 or After Effects CC 2014) are marked as "TESTEN" but on the other hand Products like: Scout CC labeled with: "INSTALL" .. (?)
So, my Question if one of you can give me an advice to solve this problem.

You may need to uninstall the Cloud (not just stop using it) and then run the Cleaner to remove all vestiges... and then reinstall Acrobat

Why won't Creative Cloud load and open properly?

I have installed creative cloud on my desktop but when I open the application it looks like it is going to load but never does. I am left with an empty window and a timer icon rotating. I am not being impatient- it never loads! It did this previously so I uninstalled everything and re-downloaded. Please help!
Thought I'd add eventually the timer disappears and the window turns black. .

Downloading trial version of Photoshop to a MacBook Air OS X Yosemite 10.10.
Getting the following notice when trying to open app from doc,
"Not all components downloaded. Reinstall."
Reinstall but get the same notice when trying to open again.?. Suggestions?

Erind29176797 what steps did you perform to reinstall Photoshop? What version of Photoshop are you utilizing?

every time i try to install it, the board loads up a 10th of a way and then fades away.

Creative cloud will not instal on Mac. Does nothing. Just sits there.

Trying to download Creative cloud but it does nothing. I can see the installer and Creative Cloud on my Mac but nothing will open. It just hour glasses the installer. Makes it hard to download any product when step one wont work. Any feedback would be appreciated. Its on a iMac 2008 model.

Why does my Creative Cloud app only list 5 apps as installed when I have installed 9 apps?

I originally installed the Creative Cloud app and all the software I needed (Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Fireworks, Muse, Edge, Acrobat, InCopy, Bridge, Extension Manager, Lightroom) sometime in 2014. Now my Cloud app displays only 5 of the software as installed and the rest can be installed. I have never uninstalled any of the software.
So my question is why have some of the installed software disappeared from the Creative Cloud app?

Please follow the mentioned steps:
1. Navigate to Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE and rename it to OOBE.old
2. Enable root account: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1528 and log on to root
3. Disable any security software if installed on Mac
4.Delete opm.db file located at :MAC : ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe
(opm.db file is present in your user library.This library is hidden from MAC 10.7 onwards.
So in order to locate that,
Click on Go at the top
Select Go to folder
type ~/library/
This will take you to the library folder and then you can locate opm.db file at Application Support/Adobe)
5. Download CC desktop from www.creative.adobe.com and try to install it. Incase you are not successfull then please Check the Activity Monitor and see if AAM process is running, if yes then try to kill the process.opm.db file needs to be deleted in order to process further. WIN 7 and 8 (64 bit):
Rename OOBE to OOBE_old located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
Relaunch the Browser
Go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
Sign in with Adobe ID and password and download CC desktop app.

A Cloud subscription provides for installing working installations on two machines. You can have mixed operating systems (both Windows and Apple's OX).

That is true - I apologize for not being specific - what I was mainly referring to is iLife applications. I have a notice on the App Store that says 3 apps need updates, I look at the apps and they are huge so since my connection is so slow I use my work connection and d'load the files from support to my Windows machine and carry them home, once d'loaded my MacAir states it cannot install, the update must come from the App Store.
I do the same thing for large Leopard and Lion files and I can install them without error, it is just the App Store files that the system stops.
