Why is it in the Apple store in Fresno, Ca there are no scheduled one on one sessions in Aperture, Iphoto, Pages, motion, and several other programs. I purchased two for $200.00 and wonder what's happening

1. I've purchased two one on one training cards in the Fresno Apple Store.
2. For the past week and a half I've tried to schedule a personal or group in Aperture, Imovie, motion and the schedule shows to future times.
3. What is going on that I cannot receive training in any of this popular topics. WHAT'S GOING ON?

If there is an upgrade to any of macs products that you own they will notify you when there is an update. To check if you have any updates go to the app store and click on "Updates", or open the program you want to check and click the "check for update" option in the dropdown menu. Hope this helps.

I'm sorry that you ran into trouble with syncing fonts to your Creative Cloud application. Please try these troubleshooting steps:

Have you tried redownloading them by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

Is there any way the apple store can transfer all of my music from one ipod to a new ipod?

i have an ipod touch and i want a new ipod classic but not all of my music is on my itunes library if i brought the itouch to the apple store could they transfer everything? thanks

The music sync is one way - computer to ipod. The exception is itunes purchases. You can transfer itunes purchases from ipod to itunes: File>Transfer Purchases

In my Itunes account, I can not see my list of songs in my files, nor can I look for individual songs in the Itunes store. Basically, anywhere there are list, I can not see them. What can I do to fix this problem?

I am having trouble with my Itunes account on Windows XP . I can not see any list in my music files. The songs are there but I have to click on each song to see what it is. Also, in the itunes store, I can not see any pull down list or use my search bar. This happened when Itunes updated it's look. I can pull it up on my phone and see all of my purchased music. Nevermind - I answered my own question, which is I CAN"T READ ANY BOOKS I purchased in iBooks on my MacBook Pro. If I want to read on my mac I have to use Kindle or Nook. Which means any book I've already purchased through iBooks has to be read on my iPad. Kind of a drag because there are times when it's more convenient for me to read while I'm sitting with my Mac.

Apple puts some stock photos in iPhoto on the computers and iPhones in the Apple Stores. Who are these photos of?

For instance, who is this kid? He's on all the iPhones in the apple stores right now. There are about 20 photos of him in an album. Anyone know?

- On her iPod go to Settings>iCloud and turn off contacts and other things if you want.
- On the iPod go to Settings>Messages>Send and Receive and add here own email address and delete the Apple ID email address. Also uncheck yur phone number if it appears. The only way to delete the phone number is to use an Apple ID not associated with the phone. You do that in Settings>Messages>Apple ID
You can go to Settings>FaceTime>Yu can be reached at and add here email and delete the Apple ID.

Why does my iTunes player crash everytime I try to play a TV show that I purchased in the Apple store?

I purchased a TV show from the Apple store. I am trying to watch it on my PC through iTunes. It downloaded fine and I was able to open it last night. Today I tried to watch the same episode that I opened last night and the player lauches and then throws an error message and shut down the entire program. Can anyone help?

Question About Buying a Charger at the Apple Store

My Powerbook's charger is broken (the piece that goes into the port snapped off) and I was wondering if it is possible to purchase a new charger at the Apple Store. I know I can just order one online, but if I buy one at the store, I won't have to wait for them to deliver it. I am currently borrowing my sister's charger, but she needs to use it as well, so I want to have a new one for myself as soon as possible. I also need to know if the Apple Store accepts cash, as I do not have a credit card (my dad has one, but I don't know how soon he would be able to go to the Apple Store as it is a few hours away from our home).

Alex, it will be worth your effort to locate the phone number of your local Apple store and make sure they have the charger in stock before you make the trip.

Oh one last thing If you would have ordered it online you would have had it the next day. 2 different times I have ordered online, a charger like your after and an Airport Extreme Base Station and both arrived the next day FED EX.

I have a ethernet cable that is at least 10 years old, and I use it all the time. Nevertheless, if you want to buy one, just order the cheapest one you can find. I don't think the Apple Store sells ethernet cables that are somehow better than any other ones.

I have an old ethernet CAT5 cable. I see they sell ethernet cables in the store. Will one of these cables they sell in the Apple Store give me a better connection, especially since my ethernet cable is pretty much destroyed.
