Why is it preparation CDs for OCP are gone?

Looks like the preparation CDs for OCP are starting to disappear and all preparation are just Instructor led. Oracle should bring back the CDs for those with less money.

Perhaps they will return on blu-ray for enhanced experience Or perhaps they need an update to 11gR2. Or perhaps the web team made a mistake with the website.
