Why is it taking over 10min. to receive a response from the direction "Contact Us"?
ON 2/5/13 I received a reply from Tyler Downer containing three links to use to download
updates. The link to update Flash Player 11.5 has expired. What is the comparable link
for Flash Player 11.6?
I also need a link to update my Adobe Reader which will not download anything on-line.
Where did you click "Contact Us"??
Adobe software now has updaters built in. Try the following:
* Windows Control Panel > Flash Player > Advanced tab > "Check Now" button
* Adobe Reader (10 or 11) > Help > Check for Updates...
Or you can download from their sites:
* http://get2.adobe.com/flashplayer/ (uncheck unwanted extras)
* http://get.adobe.com/reader/ (uncheck unwanted extras)

My daughter has had her Razr for about 9 months now. About two weeks ago she picked up her phone in the morning on her way to school when she noticed two cracks, both starting at the camera lens. One goes completely to the bottom and the other goes sharply to the side. She has never dropped it and me and my husband went over it with a fine tooth comb. We looked under a magnifying glass and could no find any reason for the glass to crack. Not one ding, scratch or bang. Our daughter really takes good care of her stuff, but we still wanted to make sure before we sent it in for repairs. Well we did and we got a reply from Motorola with a picture of the cracks saying this was customer abuse and that it is not covered under warranty. Even though they did not find any physical damage to back it up. Well I e-mailed them back and told them I did a little research and found pages of people having the same problems. Well I did not hear from them until I received a notice from Fed Ex that they were sending the phone back. NOT FIXED!!! I went to look up why and guess what there is no case open any more for the phone. It has been wiped clean. I put in the RMA # it comes back not found, I put in the ID #, the SN# and all comes back not found. Yet a day earlier all the info was there. I know there is a lot more people like me and all of you, but they just don't want to be bothered so they pay to have it fix, just to have it do it again. Unless they have found the problem and only fixing it on a customer pay only set up. I am furious and will not be recommending this phone to anyone. And to think I was considering this phone for my next up grade! NOT!!!!

If you have anti virus software installed, disable that.
Turn off the Firewall in System Preferences > Security & Privacy
Check your internet speeds just in case > Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test
Try not using other applications that require downloading files while downloading media from iTunes. -

ghost network to boot.. Go into your local Police Station, tell them your iPhone has been Stolen & give them All the info you have,, then claim on your house insurance.......If your "Find My iPhone" is On and you still cannot trace it...

Taking an age to receive e-mails FROM Mail
Hi there
We have a G5 1.8 Ghz (Late 2005 model) running Tiger with latest version of Mail .
It's taking ages to receive e-mails FROM the G5 – even in-house e-mails that aren't going outside the building. PINGS to and from this mac are about 0.2-0.4 ms, so no problem there.
I can send an email from another mac TO the G5, and they'll get it in a minute or so (obiously clicking 'Get mail' so we are bypassing the 'Check for new mail every X minutes' in the prefences), but the reply won't make it to another mac (despite the e-mail appearing to send quite quickly) for about 10 mins.
Any ideas??Your email should be treated the same, but that assumes the third party has only one mailserver. If they have more than one, it could be setup to send out email at different intervals than the other(s). It could also be something entirely different.
I would call that company and tell them what's happening, and ask if they can help track down the cause or source. They are managing your email, after all.

RamWell, I finally figured it out. When trying to receive text messages from my iPhone pals, I would get a failure message and a suggestion to update my profile. When I selected that option, the phone would sit for a long time trying to connect and then fail. I went into my settings and was able to force an update. Lo and behold, all of the backed up text messages started to down load. It seems as though when I received the texts from my friends, the system was aware that I had not received then and they were held somewhere in the cloud. Then they were continuously resent until I fixed the problem at my end. They all downloaded over night and the problem has been resolved.

We are testing an app at work and Push notifications are not getting delivered to certain devices (iphone 4S/ios7.0.4 and ios7.0.3 - Push never worked for these two devices for this app). Received OK responses from Apple PUSH services, but notifications not delivered to these tow devices.
PUSH notification were delivered to some of the other iOS devices: (iPhone5 / iOS 6.1.4 and iPhone5 / iOS 7.0.3)Sounds like you have a battry issue but don't want to believe it.
If a car was running fine on one tank of gas, then you filled it up with another tank of gas and it began to run funny, one might suspect that tank of gas. But let's just say coincidence blew a valve-- would you think the new tank of gas was the culprit?
BUT WAIT!! It just might have been! The gas could have been of higher octane and put more more strain on the valves; you know, like going from 87 octane (OS6) to 93 octane (OS7) and showing you the engine was on the edge of compromise.
Sometimes you have to go with common sense. If everything else is ruled out, it must be the battery. And if it runs fine one moment in OS6 but immediately ***** in OS7, I'd believe my battery was suspect-- though comfy-- in OS6 but the OS7 showed its true power.
Moreover, if you had the answer-- or didn't want to believe someone's more competent advice-- why did you even call? You've already shown that you don't know much when you asked if you could go backwards after setting up the new OS as a new phone.
Additonally, if you're such the know-it-all, but yourself the $29 battery and put it in yourself. It's a piece of cake.

Ever since I enabled iMessage on my Mac Airbook, I can no longer receive text messages from the iMessage people on my iPhone, only on my iMessage now!! How do I get the messages to reach both iMessage and iPhone??
We are suffering very similar issues when communicating from my iphone to a friend who has both iphone and iPad enabled.
As long as I reply to an existing text chain, then it is visible on the target iphone. If I SMS the phone number, it gets routed to the IPAD!! And NO, I should not have to disable imessage when I want to send an SMS!! -
Why I can only download 20 photos for last month from the photostream while I have more than 3GB photos kept in iCloud? My iPhone was stolen and the photos in it are very precious to me. Many thanks.
On a new device you can only download what is currently stored in "My Photo Stream" in iCloud. iCloud keeps up to the last 1000 photos, but only the photos, that have been added during the last month. Older photos may be removed, when the time is up. On other devices you may be seeing older photos as well in "My Photo Stream", that will depend on the available storage on those devices, and when the Photo Stream has been enabled on those devices, see: My Photo Stream FAQ - Apple Support
If you are seeing other photos in the Photo Stream on other devices, that you want to save, mail them to you from the other devices.
Have you tried to restore your iPhone from the last iCloud backup of the old phone? The backup will contain the photos in the Camera Roll, but not the photos in Photo Stream. iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes -
I receive daily emails from the NY Times, which I read from my Ipad. Some of the emails will show all of the stories available, and some will only show a few lines in the body and the rest of the email is blank. Any ideas of what I need to do to fix this?
Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray before doing the reset.

That does happen. It depends on how hard the server is being hit, as well as the connection speed of your system. If you are on a windows system, you will want to disable any antivirus or firewall software during the download.
