Why is it that whenever someone text me i only get the message like 15 minutes later

i text somone and they reply right away but i dont get the message like 15 mins later

It is just server delay. Nothing you can do about it.

What blue bubble are you trying to turn on? If you mean that the Send button will not work, go to Settings>Messages>Show Subject Field>Off. Make sure that is set to off.
If you send an iMessage, the texts between the devices appear in a blue bubble.
iMessages only work between iOS devices and they are different than the standard text messages that any cell phone can send to another cell phone.

Usually if you have some kind of hardware failure there is some beeping during POST or most motherboards now have LED indicators to produce and error message based on the type of failure
So if its bad memory, not place properly, mismatched, processor not inserted properly, mismatched voltage or voltage connector not present etc it beeps or generates the error id.
Power supplies can be tested for failure. There are some walk throughs for testing just them with a switch, paperclip or a jumper (I'd suggest not doing this if you are not familiar with the dangers of electricity).
Memory can be tested with memory diagnostics programs like Memtest+
Processors can overheat if the proper precautions have not been taken usually you will get a POST beep or error code for that.
If the motherboard has no response then do the basics first:
Check power connectors and power supply. Once you determine that is not the case move on to other items like graphics cards in all the way or memory.

What are you trying to use as your payment method, credit card, debit card ... ? If it's a debit card then I don't think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method in all countries - from this page :
You may be able to use other payment types in your country, like debit and Maestro cards.
which implies that they are not accepted in all countries, and there have been a number of posts about them being declined.
For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are. Anytime I try to print in Firefox a Microsoft KB article that is 1 page, I always only get the first page.

Anytime I print any Microsoft KB article, I only get the first page worth of text. This is very troubling because the articles are typically long, and I only get 1 page. The second page always comes out blank (even though in IE it will print out multiple pages with all the text).
My specific example today is listed in the URL below. This example will only print to the "DIR" command, I don't get the full page printed out.
Anyone else have this problem? Anyone have a resolution? I hate having to hit up IE just to print a single article.
I updated to FF 8.01 just to make sure, and I have tried different printers and even computers, to no avail. Even the print preview has the issue, only the first page worth of text is printed and the second page is always blank (even if there are 3, 4, 5, etc pages of data to be printed).
I have also tried the Firefox Menu -> Print command, and the "on-page" print command. I have seen moderate success with highlighting all the text that I want to print and going to "Print-Selection" but it is ugly.
Any feedback or assistance is greatly appreciated.

Why is it that when someone calls my dad's phone, the incoming call shows up on both our screens?

Whenever someone is calling my dad, we both get the call. It only happens when we are close. It only happens when the calls are for him. It happens even when the other person is not doing a multiple call. Does it have something to do with us having the same Wi-Fi? He has an iPhone 5 with iOS 8 and I have an iPhone 5c with iOS 8.

It has to do with you and him sharing an Apple ID. This is not a good practice. Create a new Apple ID: http://appleid.apple.com.
You could also go to Settings > FaceTime > iPhone Cellular Calls and turn if off, but ultimately you'll probably run into other problems down the road by sharing an ID.

Why is it when I purchase a song, I only get the preview?

I was importing music to my Windows XP and one song only downloaded the preview, even though I purchased the whole song. What's up?

Logic has an automatic backup feature, so that if the Mac crashes, you may have a good chance of re-loading the project you were working on.
After you save a project file, the backup is no longer needed, so it is sent to the trash.
I am pretty sure that is what you have noticed.

I have an issue that I cannot open Firefox, and I get the message "Firefox is already running..." and it says I need to close it or restart my computer.

Apparently there is a problem with the "profile", and on this support page, it has a link about working with the profile...if you go to that page, is tells you where the profile is, and the many things it does...but it does NOT say actually how to fix this problem. It tells you to go the the Help tab at the top of the browser, then select "Troubleshooting", and then under Profile, select "Open Containing folder"...which brings up the folder with all the files...but from there...it doesn't say what to do. I also have gone to the Start tab at the bottom of Windows (Windows XP--I've got Firefox 3.6.9) then Run and opened the profile box...but there are no instructions on what to do to fix the problem. I can open Firefox only by going to Crtl-Alt Delete and opening the process tab and ending the Firefox process...but this is not a fix. Help! thanks...

You need "sysinternal's process explorer", it is free and can replace the Microsoft process explorer, that you get by "CTRL+ALT+DELETE". Either program will allow you to kill the instances of FF that didn't die as they should have, when you closed them. Sysinternal is easier to use, it is a graphic display with many options. Do not push "CTRL+ALT+DELETE" twice unless you want to reboot, that is its default behaviour under Microsoft.

Some phones can only send and recieve SMS messages. If the recipients phone doesn't support MMS they won't be able to recieve a text with a photo.
To get your photos in Photo Stream, you'll need to setup iCloud. Check out this Apple article for more info -> iCloud: Photo Stream FAQ

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the dodgy tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:

Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the items that are not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the items, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items.

Why is it that when sending text messages, sometimes they go through in blue and sometimes in green? What does that mean ?
My second question is, at times after sending a text it says: Sent as a text message.....I'm thinking, really? that's what I thought I sent in the first place !

Good question!
Blue messages are iMessage conversations (Apple's messaging service)
Green messages are SMS - standard text messages.
SMS is the acronym for Short Message Service.
MMS is the acronym for Multimedia Message Service (audio, pictures, video can be added to messages).
With MMS turned on, you will see a little camera icon in the bottom left corner of your screen when you are in the Messages app. Also you will see the word iMessage where you type your text.

The price for Downloads is no different and even if it was I am happy to pay. This also applies to Movie rental which is crazy and extremely restrictive. I a supposed GLOBAL community why does Apple do this.

You can buy ONLY from the itunes store of your country of residence (As proven by valid billing address of credit card) and ONLY while inside the borders of that country.

Why do I get the message that my operating system is not supported?

My computer is running Windows 7 - 64-bit. I have the latest softwear on both my iPhone and my iPad. I have installed Edge Inspect on these devices and have the Google Chrome edge inspect extension installed. I have been able to enter my passcodes for both devices in the Chrome extension. Why do I get the message that my operating system is not supported just yet?

This is VERY interesting ... even though I got that strange message, once I linked my iPhone and my iPad to the Google extension, it worked! Whatever I display in Google Chrome automatically displays in the Edge Inspect app on the small devices. This is neat! The only problem that I can see is that Adobe needs to replace the error message with information about how to use the application.
