Why is Muse not saving?

Question

Been using Muse for a while now. For some reason everytime I use it lately–the past week or two (since the last update)–once I begin working on a pre-existing site I've already made with Muse, Muse will not save any work or changes I make using the ‘Save Site’ and ‘Save Site As’ functions. I am working with Muse on a Mac using OS X 10.7.5. This is very frustrating as I cannot do any work at all as of late and save the work I've done or the changes I've made with any of the sites that I've previously created using Muse. This is very bad when I have clients waiting on me, too.
Also, when I go to Quit, Muse then asks me if I want to save or not, and even when I select that I do, nothing happens. In fact Muse does nothing at all. It does not save or quit. Even the option to quit then becomes grayed out in the menu and unable to select. The only way I can get Muse to close from this point on is to Force Quit the program from within the Mac itself.
