Why is my 4S getting hot now that I have switched to ios7?
Any plans to rectify this with a software update?

Thanks but I've already done this and all the various other tips that appear on here (turning off location settings, app functions, siri etc etc)
It's quite annoying as I feel that I can't use my phone to it's full potential for fear of casuing damage.

Why does my phone get hot at time's?

It doesn't happen every day, put there are times my phone gets hot even when I'm not using it then the battery drains fast and I have to charge it again. It's not the battery area that gets hot.

There is no damage to my phone. This is the second Samsung Galaxy S5 that I have received. The first one did the same thing, then went dead.  I only charge my phone at night when I go to bed and unplug it in the morning. When it does get hot, for some unknown reason, I have to charge it again during the day just to have cell phone access. It doesn't happen on a daily basis. It's just concerning as to why the Samsung Galaxy S5 is doing this.  Teffanie M Stark

Yes. you should keep your media in iTunes, and indeed you should also keep a backup of your library as well. if you have the device set up for manual management then the content would remain on it when deleted from the library, but you would have no way to restore the device if there was a problem.

How hot is "hot?" Notebooks run hotter because they have compact cases that cannot accommodate big 120mm fans like a desktop machine. The safety shut-down point (protects the processor from damage) is in the range of 200-212F. Under this is OK. Mine is running a processor temp of 135F while I post this
You need to get software that reports actual temps. The free Dashboard widget iStatPro is here:

and will give you handy temp readouts. Then we can tell if you have a heat problems.
The case bottom is part of the heat dissipation system. It's supposed to feel warm, just like the radiator of an automobile. You should always use the computer in such a way that air can get under the case.

Since IOS7 has not been released yet, you will not get it installed in your new I Pod if you buy it now. However, you will be able to install it free of charge when IOS7 is released, probably this fall.

My IPad gets hot. I don't mean warm, I mean really, really warm on the front and the back. You can feel the heat through the case I have it in. Last night the battery was about dead the the IPad was so hot I took it out of the case trying to cool it off. Is this normal?

No, and it may signal trouble. It's the battery that gets hot, if it overheats, it can kill itself and the device with it.
If you have had it for a couple of years, time for a check up and maybe a new battery. Cost about $100

Depending on the Apps being used, some required much more output/work from your iPod's hardware, which in turn could bump up its overall temperature. If it seems a little above the norm, I would suggest taking it into your local Apple store to see what they say.

Why won't my music work with iOS7?

I recently imported Now 87 Disc 1 onto my iPhone 4S with iOS7.1. I imported the music onto my PC with iTunes 11 and put it onto my iPhone with CopyTrans Manager v1.002. I opened the Music app on my iPhone and when I opened Now 87 [Disc 1] not only was the artwork missing but I found that the tracks names were grey and next to each of them there was a red circle with a red square inside of it. When I tried to play the album it skipped all the tracks. Just to be clear, the music is from a CD. I bought it a couple of days ago and when listening to it on my stereo didn't experience any issues at all. I also had enough storage to fit the album in there.

Why do I always get redirected with customer support?

So today I went on the phone with Verizon just to figure out why my internet speed has been slow because I finally got the time too. I used to get around a 2.5 - 3 Mbps speed connection and now I only get a 1.5 Mbps or so connection. This originally happened after a Verizon tech agent came to our house and said that our speed was "too high and it shouldn't be that high" when my internet connection dropped. So he went over to the cable lines down the street and lowered my connection and then comes back and says its fixed. Now he didn't fix anything or do anything for that matter. I had to login MYSELF into my Verizon account on my modem which brought the internet up again. So basically, I paid for the Verizon agent to come and lower my speed and gained nothing from it. However, I still pay the same price as before for the 3 Mbps connection...
Now I went through the customer support on the phone to talk about this and they redirected me again and again and again probably at the very least 6 or more times. Everytime I got to a technical support, they would redirect me to a billing support and so forth. I told my problem over and over to no avail. All I want is my 2.5 - 3 Mbps speed again which I used to have... I STILL pay for the 3 Mbps connection when I only get around 1.5 Mbps now.
I feel like this is it... I can't handle this anymore, everytime I go to Verizon customer support I get redirected at least 5+ times for over 2-3 hours just to get one problem fixed. Half the time these morons don't even know what they're doing and just redirect me over and over again.
I'm thinking of simply changing to another ISP.

Before you change ISP I would demand a refund for the period of time your speed was subpar. It is true that for a number of different reasons your line may no be able to give reliable higher speeds. If you want to save some $$ look into the 3/1 FIOS plan, that is what I have. It is not an obvious choice on the VZ web site but the price is very fair IMO
Hopefully by posting here one of the verizon reps will "hook you up" no pun intended.
