Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

Today When I tried to open the app store on my ipad I found out that's the store is not working,,, It's giving me the loading screen like for ever without any error message. So I tried my Macbook and my iphone and it was the same,,,, I thought it was from the connection so I tried several different connections and It was the same.
Any Idea what is going on with the app store ?

The App Store app on your iPhone in your iPad is a different App Store than the app store app on your Mac. You use the same account for both app stores. So I would guess that the real issue is perhaps something to do with your Home Network. You might try rebooting your modem/router. Also, turn off any antiviral software, firewalls or apps such as Little Snitch.

Now that i have updated to ios 6 on my ipad 2 a lot of my apps included the app store is not working properly! What could this be???

Ok I don't know why in the world everyone else has access to the App Store and almost anything they want. Guess what I have access to? Yea that's right I have access to nothing that they have! I believe that their iPads are glitching and that might be how they got access to them! I hate how I don't have any access when I don't have access to anything that they have access to! They have almost no restrictions on their iPads and I have all the restrictions that the school sets!

Why was wattpad deleted from the app store?

I found out that an app called wattpad was deleted from the app store. I have the app but it keeps crashing whenever I try to open it. Some people told me that if you delete the app, and re-download it from the "purchases" tab on the app store, it will work again. I have tried this three times and it crashed every time. Wattpad developer here. We ran into a serious crash issue in the most recent version, which I'm assuming is what you're experiencing, so we pulled it from the App Store to prevent more users from updating to the version that crashes. We submitted a new version and it will be back in the App Store as soon as it's approved.

Force close the App Store app and reset the iPad. No data will be lost when you reset the device.
In order to close apps, you have to drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.

Just purchased OS X Mountain Lion but in order to down load I have to have the App Store App on my Mac. Please help.

10.6.6 was the 1st to support the App Store, 10.6.8 is actually needed now as a minimum.
Install it & update to 10.6.8 so you have the App Store to buy & download the huge 10.8 Installer.(10.9/Mavericks is the only download available now without specially calling Apple).

On your iPad tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account - that should give you a payments link on your account's page. Or on your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should also be a payment link.

Not sure what you mean by "not working" so without further information it's difficult to make a suggestion. As a shot in the dark.....
Sign out of your ID in Settings>iTunes & App Store, restart the iPad and sign in again.
Or ....You can try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your app preferences and device settings again.
