Why is my Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 not in English???
I just purchased the Adobe photoshop elements 10 from the Mac App store and without even changing the settings or anything, it just launched in polish or german or idont know what language....I have no idea what to do...PLEASE HELPPPPPP
Other people have reported this from time to time. Try deleting it and then downloading it again (you won't have to pay--the link is in your purchased items). If that doesn't fix it, try contacting apple using the Report a Problem link in your receipt. (Since it doesn't use the regular adobe installer, there's not much you can do prior to installing to make sure it's going to install in the correct language.)

1. Clean the superdrive with a proprietory CD/DVD lens cleaner that uses tiny brushes.
2. Perform an SMC reset:

I operate a windows 8, 62 bit computer. I have ordered and downloaded the following product for AU$129 Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 (Windows,English) on the understanding that it would convert PD files to word. It is not doing so. Is this a wrong order?

Thanks for response. I purchase Photoshop Elements 10 from App store, the first install is ok-in English, but my computer reset for some problem, so I installed it again. But this time, it's not English version but the other that I cannot recognize. How can I do? I forgot to save the serial number, where can I check it?

The language is tied to the serial number. Did you purchase the software directly from Adobe?

New Mac: Why are CC and Photoshop Elements not working when Lightroom and Reader are fine
Last week I changed computers (swapping an old Mac for a 13-in MacBook Pro Retina running OSX Yosemite 10.10.3. I copied all my data over to the new machine using Migration Assistant.
All programs work fine (including my copy of Lightroom 3 and Reader XI). But my CC and Photoshop Elements 10 do not. I have tried uninstalling both, but whenever I try to reinstall PE10 from its disk or download it just stops almost at the end. I then I get an "initiation failed" message, along with a request to download the now defunct "Support Advisor" app!
I cannot download Adobe Application Manager, or the CC desktop app either - for the former I get an "initiation failed" message, along with the "download Support Advisor" app" message again! For the latter I get a message saying "Adobe Creative Cloud Is Needed to Resolve this problem - however it is missing or damaged." Then I get a message and a link to download Creative Cloud. Then when I've downloaded it and I click on the installer... it runs for a bit and then I get the message again: "Adobe Creative Cloud Is Needed to Resolve this problem - however it is missing or damaged." And I get a prompt and link to download the CC app. Guess what happens next? And so it goes on. And on and on, in a tedious circle.
This is incredibly annoying and frustrating as I have work to do! Anyone have any ideas what's happening?

you should uninstall and clean whatever you've done, Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
then dl the cc desktop app to your new computer and use it to install your adobe cc programs, Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe CC trial
if you have non-subscription adobe programs, use the installation files for them:

Why can my Adobe Photoshop Elements 6 ever find my internet connection for updates etc.
For some time, my Abobe Photoshop Elements always tried to register (already registered on Adobe website) every time I open it, and it can never find my internet connection!
Which operating system are you using?
The registration and updates don't work in pse 6, so there is nothing to do but keep the registration window from always appearing.

If your using a windows system, you may have to run pse 6 as an administrator once for the above to work.
Right click on the pse 6 shortcut and select Run As Adninistrator -
Why won't Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 register to my Adobe ID?
I've tried to register the product to my account from within the program (going to Help > Register Product) but it still does not appear in my products and services on my account. This is an issue because I have lost the serial number and have switched laptops. I would like to get Elements 9 on my new computer. Please help.

I don't understand your question so let me try to dissect it step by step:
1) You have already got PSE8 on your machine but you don't have the serial number. Is this correct? If so, have you still got the DVDs for the product? The serial number should be on the sleeve or the case of the DVD so you can search for it.
2) You say you want to install PSE9 on a new laptop so I assume you have got the DVD and serial number for it. Is this correct? If so, what is the problem you are having when trying to install it?
3) You haven't said what is your operating system so please reply with this info so that further help can be given. As to getting the serial number from the old machine for PSE8, you can use Belarc Advisor tool for Windows and this can retrieve the serial number though I am not sure whether it will work for PSE8 because it is a very old program (about 4 years old) and Belarc may not be as sophisticated as it is today. These tools gets developed almost daily and earlier versions were not so good. -
why does adobe photoshop elements 6.0 not show up for a download choice of putting my photos into my computer, I'm on windows7. I'm sure it did when I first got my computer. Could it be that I have lots of other photo software that may be interfering?@@
If you open the Organizer and go to Edit>Preferences>Camera or Card Reader, do you have Auto Launch Adobe Photo Downloader on Device Connect checked?

You are rude, to say the least. It is adobe's fault for marketing it as compatible. Yet another reason why I want nothing to do with adobe. The fact they marketed it as compatible when it is not is what I have a problem with. I am not blaming the software, I am blaming the company.

I already purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 11. Had it on a laptop with Windows 7. The laptop motherboard crashed. I was told by Adobe rep that I could re-install on a new computer. My new laptop is Windows 8 and the software will NOT download. Why?

New Adobe Photoshop elements 11-can not share pictures. I do use AOL email. Get error of "Elements 11 Organ. has stopped working, I have looked into sharing tab and my only option is Adobe email settings. I do have outlook set up to work on computer running windows 8.1 Please help, Mainly use to share pictures. Thanks!

Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 for Mac does not show up in Applications. Tutorial for editing from iPhoto shows selecting the Adobe software in Applications. Am I missing a step in registering product?
I answered my own question: There's a difference between "download' and "install." Hunt for "install" (1.5 hrs in my case) and line up your passwords, Adobe ID, etc, then install. Took 15 min. The right choice shows up in Applications. Now it's on to figuring out why photo selected for edit in iPhoto does not show up on screen in Elements.
