Why is my billing info say incorrect security code when I try to download a app?
Please help I have looked every where on line & can't figure ths out
It's referring to the 3 or 4 digit security code on the back of your credit card. Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorizations have the correct information on file.
And/or try contacting iTunes support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/

Are you saying that you can't remember the answers, or that you don't want them to be asked ? The questions are now part of the security features of the store and they can't be removed.
If you want to change the questions and you can remember their current answers then you can login here and change them : https://appleid.apple.com
If you can't remember their answers then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Security' and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within about 24 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox) - but some recent posts are saying that Apple have temporarily suspended the reseting of security question/answers whilst account security processes are improved, so it may take longer. -

EVerytime I fix the code it tells me it's still wrong and I can't get any apps until its fixed.
Yes, for Visa and Mastercard it's on the back. American Express it's on the front.
I'd go into your account settings to make sure all your credit card information is correct.

I am trying to download the facebook app for my iPad, but when I do I get a message telling me that I don't have enough local storage. The settings screen tels me that I have 4.9GB of available local storage. What am I doing wrong?

Why does it say invalid security code when I'm prompted to sign in. I have intered my security code from my credit card several times. It will not allow me to use the app store, even for free purchases.

I'm being asked the answers to security questions when I try to download an album but I've never gave the info originally. How do I get past it ?
If you log into your account are you able to set them ? Go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side are you able to select the questions/answers ? If not then is there a reset link beneath the 2 questions ? (The reset link will only show if you have a rescue email address on your account.)
If not then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

After you reset the password did you go to Settings>iTunes and App Stores and sign out and sign back in? You have to.

The message doesn't mention IE or Chrome - it mentions language/platform.
