i just bought subscription for 1 year and now i notice the took 1 dollar from my acount again ?
so i just want to know why and i want my money back ?
plus how can i delet my card information from your unsecure website?

1$ charge is a test to ensure the authorization of credit card. This amount is returned to customer's account.
Credit card information is not stored anywhere with us. We just have the last four digits of the credit card with us. Rest of the information is deleted from the system after use and instead a token is used which is secure and is not customer's credit card number.

You've checked the purchase history on your account (Store > View My Account, Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11, menu option on your computer's iTunes), and have you made any in-app purchases or have any auto-renewing subscriptions ? Each time you add or change the credit card details on your account then you will recieve a temporary store holding charge to check that the card details are valid and that the card is active, as described on the page that you posted from - it should disappear from your card within a few days (though it varies by card company, and the weekend may extend it by a day or two)

I'm sorry you weren't able to make a purchase using your store credit. To purchase items on the iTunes Store with your store credit, your account information in your user profile needs to be corrected. I'll walk you through this process to get you back up and running in no time.
1) Visit the My Apple ID website at: http://appleid.apple.com
2) If the site is not displayed in your preferred language, click the Change Language link in the upper-right corner, type the name of your language in the field that appears, then click the Save button.
3) Click the "Manage your account" link.
4) Type your iTunes Store account name (which is your Apple ID) in the Apple ID field, type your password in the password field, then click the Sign In button.
5) Click "Addresses" in the column on the left. If you have multiple shipping addresses, remove any out-of-date or duplicate addresses by clicking Delete. Also, make sure the state or province field is filled out correctly for each address. To edit an address, click Edit. Edit all of your shipping addresses and make sure the appropriate state is selected in the State drop-down menus.
6) Now click "Phone Numbers" on the left. The area codes should be in the area code fields and the phone numbers should be in the phone number fields. If an area code is missing, or if it is in a phone number field, your account information may not save properly.
7) Make any other necessary corrections, then click the Save Changes button.
8) Click Log out in the upper-right corner. When you make your next purchase on the iTunes Store, you will be asked to review your billing information. At this point, you can change your information or simply click Done at the bottom of the screen to proceed. Have you checked the purchased history on your account ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.
Or haave you added or changed your credit card details on your iTunes account ? If you have then each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.

Rajagopal.pngr :- It is only a holding charge, it is not a permanent charge. If it isn't refunded within a few days or so (and it quite possibly won't be over a weekend) then you can query the charge with Apple.

To create an Apple ID without a credit or debit card, there is a specific series of steps that have to be processed in order to allow the payment to be set as none on creation of the account.
Creating an iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, and Mac App Store account without a credit card

If the specific steps have not been processed, a credit or debit card will be required to complete the setup the account.
However, it can be removed and payment method changed to none as long as there is not an outstanding balance.
