Why is my in-App purchase cannot be completed?
I check my billing address and payment information, to make sure they are right. My app id was a Chinese account and i switched to an American account today. I changed my security questions and payment info but when I was trying to buy some game tokens in a game then the system told me that my purchase cannot be completed. Would somebody help me to figure this out?

Pete, you have found like many before you, that eventually software becomes out of date, where software developers at different points no longer support old versions of their product, which eventually fossilizes your computer. It is inevitable.
You have heard of dog years, well computer years are even shorter, which makes your seven year old laptop certainly middle aged. It is still useful, running the applications it always has, so keep it. But online its years will show.
With the internet, new software developments affect browsers, and plugins, with java, flash etc.
Software development is often in step with hardware innovation, and most Apple hardware is not very upgradable and Apple don't support things for very long.
This leaves you with a an old PowerBook that will still be good for the things it does, though it will have increasing limitations with some modern internet media sites.
Mozilla no longer support 10.4 Tiger but fortunately there is a group who have kept it alive with their version of Firefox,

When trying to make an In-App purchase it says Purchase cannot be completed. Why? It has always worked.

By doing exactly what it said to do and what you have alrready done:
"Please contact Itunes Support to complete this transaction"

I can download from iTunes and from App Store, but when I'm using app, hayday, I cannot purchase . I get an error message stating, " your purchase cannot be completed " and to go to this forum for solution. Any suggestions??

Any type of app or in-app purchases keeps giving me a message saying my purchase cannot be completed. I have money in my account and my software is up to date. Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > View Apple ID > enter your password > set Country/Region to US if your account was created in the US.

I can connect to the itunes store through the itunes store app, but when I try to make a purchase within Clash of Clans a box comes up saying my purchase cannot be completed, and another saying cannot connect to itunes store. HELP!

I am trying to make a purchase with in my game apps like Csr racing but I keep getting a notice that purchase cannot be completed and to go to apple/ iTunes support. Found nothing on my specific question so posting this to see if anyone else has experienced this and found a solution.

Why after few in app purchases I get a message that "your purchase could not be completed" when I try to do more in app purchases?!?! It's annoying!!
Sometimes rapid purchases look suspicious if you have a credit card attached to your account. Store credit takes a minute to catch up depending if the balance is low on the account. May want to check balance or with credit card company.

1) SignOut from Your apple itunes account
2) Again Sign In Your iTunes Account
And you can turn off your wifi/internet from your iphone and again turn it on
