Why is my Ipad working by its self
I had my Ipad for about 2 months and then the WiFi said No WiFi. I took it in to Apple and they replaced it with a new Ipad. When I got home and set up my new Ipad from my back up, it started randomly working by its self. It will type random things go on to random websites, click on random apps. It happens while I'm using it and when I'm not using it. Has this happened to anyone else and what should I do?
It sounds like a hardware error. You can try resetting the device by holding the Home button and Power button for about 10 seconds until the device powers off and the back on. If it still continues you will want to take it back to Apple for another replacement.

Have you followed the procedure correctly? [Hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons down together for 10 seconds or so (until the Apple logo appears) and then release. The screen will go blank and then power ON again in the normal way.] It is app and data safe!

I have recently uploaded the new update for iPad and it is now significantly slower and I liked the old themes better,this latest update has made downloading and surfing really slow anyone else experiencing this or is it just me?

Your iPhone doesn't require as much power to charge as your iPad needs so there is a possibility that the charge could have a problem even though you were able to charge the phone. If you can try a different power adapter and still have no luck, then the only thing left - IMO - is to contact Apple support and see what they advise.

I'm not trying to be a nitpicker - but what you described is a hard reset and your post gave no indication that you tried a software restore - which I referenced in my post. That's why I suggested the restore.
Many times restoring the iPad to factory settings can help "revive" the device. If you have tried restoring according to the two support articles that I directed you to and still have no success, you are probably out of luck getting any further help on this site. That's all that you can try at this point at least AFAIK. -
I got my ipod for christmas this year its the 4th generation.It keeps turning the volume down by its self,when i try to turn it up it does not work. It wont let me i dont know why so i cannot play music on my ipod which defeates the reason i got it.Also when it turns the volume down its self or i on the rare occasion that the volume works and i turn it down the speaker comes up and will not go.It stays there which is making my ipod difficult to use.Its been doing this for about a week now.I used it alot and i feel lost without it haha. it looks like that when it is locked and when its unlocked it looks like thisHave you checked the volume button? It might be physically stuck. To determine whether a hardware repair is needed, you need to follow these steps:
1. Try doing a hard reset:
Press and hold both the Home button and the Sleep/wake button simultaneously for about 15 seconds and release when the Apple logo appears.
After that: test the device to see whether the issue is solved.
2. If the issue is not solved, you should backup the device and restore it as new.

NB: set up as a NEW device because a software issue will be in the backup.
If the issue persists after restoring as new, you should offer the device for service.

Make sure the wifi signal is strong enough as the iPad uses twice the normal bandwidth (receiving youtube video and sending it to the Apple TV).
if it isn't strong enough, try to move your wifi router closer to the Apple TV room or get an additional router. -

iTunes says my computer isn't authorized to play one of the songs I just downloaded, but all the rest of them work. That song works on my iPad so why won't it work on my computer or my iPod? It says my computer isn't authorized to play that song so I type in my password and it pops up with a menu saying my computer is already authorized and it skips to the next song. No matter what I do it won't play that song on my laptop or my iPod.
Could be a Corrupt download of that song...

The kit is firmly inserted in thhe iPad's dock ? You could also try a reset and see if it's recognised after the iPad has restarted : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
I haven't had problems using the kit with SD cards from Canon cameras . What capacity is the card, and it's an SD or SDHC card - if it's an SDXC card that's formatted as ExFAT then it won't be recognised -
I recently bought a lightning to 30 pin adapter for my new iPad so that I could continue to use my 30 pin to VGA cord, but when I plug the VGA cord into it it says it is not supported. They are all apple products, so why doesn't it work?
If it is a lightning to 30 pin adaptor, and you have a 7th Generation Nano it has to fit the Nano.
