Why is my new iPhone not connecting to att?
The phone synched alright but haven't been able to connect to att all day. Help!
Do you have NO SERVICE? I had that problem, too. Just called AT&T but they are closed.
Turn it off all the way . . . press the home button and the on/off switch until you see the apple. DO NOT USE THE SLIDER BAR. Wait a few minutes and turn it on. Worked for me!

Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
However, after your remove the Apple software components also remove the iCloud Control Panel via Windows Programs and Features app in the Window Control Panel. Then reinstall all the Apple software components
- New cable and different USB port
- Run this and see if the results help with determine the cause

I know that iCloud backs-up apps and other stuff to your phone incase you want restore from a back-up if you start a New iPhone. My question is if I start a new iPhone (not use the restore from back-up option) and redownload apps like (Games, Instagram), would my pics show up on Instagram and would my Games show it was saved and the acccomplisments will remain from the last place I left out.

Icloud or itunes backup, only backs up app data, not the app itself.
so if you restore as new, then there is no app data on your phone, you start out new... -

Go to settings/itunes & app store tap on the apple ID then view Apple ID then tap on payment information and check that all is correct

Since you use the work "pairs", I must assume you're talking about bluetooth.
Unless you're trying to use the personal hotspot to tether the computer to the phone, you can't do that...
You can only use bluetooth with a computer for tethering. Bluetooth file sharing is not supported. Neither is bluetooth sync. -

Can your iPad connect to other Wi-Fi networks? If so, is it possible that you may have configured your AirPort to restrict access to the iPad by including the iPad's MAC address in the AirPort's Timed Access Control settings?
