Why is my payment declined when I'm trying to download free apps?
Does anyone know why when my card details are entered it keeps declining my app store purchases free?

If you have an existing ID, & you don't want to use a credit card, you'll have to redeem an iTunes gift card. If you don't want to do that, you'll have to create a new ID by following the directions here, EXACTLY:

I do not have my card for sometime now .
I do not understand what the problem is .I have had this problem myself. It means you had/have insufficient funds on you iTunes account from a past purchase. Say you bought a $5 app but you only have $4, it won't let you get any apps free or not and won't let you update apps.

Sometimes when I'm trying to download an app from the app store when it is trying to load I get the error message cannot connect to iTunes store. I am on the internet. Any ideas?

Every Apple ID has to be verifyed and have payment credentials.

When I am trying to download an app, my friend's APPLE ID is popping up by default as he had used it first after purchase of the instrument. How to change this default ID to my ID?
All purchases are forever tied to the Apple ID that originally bought them and will require it to update in the case of Apps.
If you don't want to be using your friends Apple ID, I suggest the following:
Settings->General->Reset->Erase All Content and Settings.
Then set up the iPad with your Apple ID as new.
Alternatively you can just go to Settings->iTunes & App Stores->Apple ID->Sign Out, and then Sign in with your own.
But again Apps will still request your friend's Apple ID to update every time. -

Sign in to your Apple ID and correct the problems with your credit card.
An approved form of payment is required in your account even though the apps are free. -

Based on what you have said so far there is no way to answer your question. You must have a valid payment method on file with the iTunes store, even to download free apps. The payment method is used to verify who you are. The profile information in your iTunes account must match the information for the credit card you have entered. -

HT1918 Error message when trying to download free App
When trying to download a free App I am receiving a message that my pay pal payment method can not be verified. I checked my pay pal account and my payment method is accurate and shows verified but this should not even matter because my default payment method on iTunes is a credit card.

K when I'm trying download an app called gun bros or any other app is disappears. Lately my iPad has been a bit buggy and it's not jail broken I do need some help as I've looked it up on the Internet but no luck so I came pls help me out.
Ps it's on 4.2.1 quick isn't listed for the operating system so I put it up here.Have you got age restrictions set in Settings > General > Restrictions so that the app is being hidden when it's downloaded ?

I recently did a clean install of windows7 after returning from Europe and installed Mozilla firefox being fed up with microsoft and google .
Fire fox seemed to be working ok but 7 out of 10 downloads were failing, and it seemed that every ebsite entered in the address bar turned into a question.
There was no save shortcut, or paste buttons just a set of to me useless buttons first html, last html, then when I tried to contact help all of a sudden I got a "install fonts" notice and the enter key stopped working,
and any action key was also disabled without advising me.
It appears that either Mozilla or someone doesn't want me using firefox.
I also noticed that the clean disk and other utilities didn't work and that the temp and temp internet folders were empty when I tried to open them but they actually had some 25 megabytes in them when queried as administrator. I also noticed a quick flash reference to Jscript=void,
and my 32 bit computer suddenly started up as a 64 bit Turion.
scan and system clean said machine was clean.
Whats going on here?
