Why is my payment method for itunes always declined? i used many mastercards but still it declines my payment method, what should I do?
apple is not accepting my payment method ,I also used many mastercards but it is always declining it is very annoying what should I do?
The quickest way to get an answer to this may be to contact your card issuer directly, it may be that they are having issues with their payment gateways. Also a good idea to do what Ralph9430 suggested as well though.

There is another option if you still know your ID's password. Call Apple directly and ask for the Account Security department. They will need to verify that you are the account holder, but they should be able to force a reset for your security questions if they do so.
For security questions they are required to get a support pin for the account from you. You can get one by going to appleid.apple.com (no www in front) and signing in using the Manage Apple ID button. The support pin is in the bottom-left corner of the password and security section, but don't generate it until they ask you to.
You will still need to verify one other piece of information with you once this is done. At this time, there is no other way to reset the security questions without having added a rescue email before losing them. An Apple Retail Store would actually need to call in for you too, so don't worry about not having one.

I tried to join ALECKS. I received a Java warning that Google has not fixed a problem that makes Firefox running on Windows unstable when using a Java version = or > 7.0. I don't want to follow the Alex recommendation to use Chrome or Explorer; using the ALECKS path to install a 6.x version of Java didn't work for me. I want to use Firefox as my only browser. If that is not possible re: ALECKS, I will use the Khan Academy in lieu of ALECKS.

Create a NEW account using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before.

Using those instructions you may also be able to select PayPal if that is allowed in your country. -

Why isn't Taiwan listed for iTunes U educational content? We have content ready, but nowhere to put it. What do we need to do to get Taiwanese schools affiliated? Asia in general is underrepresented and Apple should be pro-active and get more schools from this part of the world involved in iTunes U.
Sorry, but none of us here, who are all just fellow users, know why Apple has not yet expanded iTunes U to other countries. All we know is that they haven't. When, or indeed if, they will expand to Taiwan is unknown.

It sounds like you have a credit card saved to your Apple ID payment information and you would like it to be removed from the account and set the payment method to None. You should be able to do this with the following article:

To the best of my knowledge, Windows is not capable of setting a specific sound card based on the app being used, it's all or nothing.

You cannot use that ID without a credit card. You did not create your account correctly. There is very specific way in which you must create your account if you do not want to use a credit card. If you don't have a credit card, you will have to start all over again.
1. You will have to sign out of that ID before you can create a new one. Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID>Sign out.
2. You cannot use the email address that you used for the first ID that you created. You will need to use another email address now
3. You have to download a free app in order to start the new Apple ID process.

Apparently you can have 5 computers registered for iTunes. I have 3 active computers but I guess I have other computers that are still activated that I no longer use and I no longer have as they crashed. Is there a way to delete or see what the other computers are so that I can go in and delete them? I've tried to email Apple directly but apparently I need my hardware # and obviously I do not have that # since I don't have the equipment any longer. Any help is greatly appreicated. Just open up iTunes on your computer -> Go to the iTunes Store -> Click your e- maill address (top right corner of the window) -> Type in your password for your Apple ID -> Under Computer Authorisations (underneath your Apple ID account balance and address) -> Press 'Deauthorise All'
-> This will deauthorise all computers and devices from your iTunes account -> you then need to re- authorise any computers/ devices you would like to use with your Apple ID for iTunes content -> to do this, select the Store tab along the menu at the top (where 'File', 'Edit', 'View' etc..... are) -> Then click 'Authorise this Computer' -> Type in your Apple ID -> Voila!
For any iOS devices (non- computers) you wish to re- authorise, these will automatically do so when you go to play iTunes content, download an app or anything like that on those devices!
