Why is my purchased iTunes content not available for re-downloading.

I had one of those dreaded hard drive failures and lost my iTunes music collection. I'm not worried as it was backed up but I went online to view my purchased content and noticed one of the albums I bought isn't listed. I verified that it's still availble on the online store but I can't re-download it for some reason. Is there some reason an album would not be listed and available for download? I did check and it's not hidden either, it's simply just not there.

Hi jeffr0, the majority of the print apps available on the ePrintCenter are developed by third party companies and as such may be subject to certain restrictions in terms of the countries where they are available.

  • Why an Error Message "Valid size not available for this Creation" in Elements 10 Photo Collage

    I have several image editing programs, but I bought Elements 10 specifically to do things the others wouldn't.  I wish to make a photo collage but all I get when I try, after following the instructions in the "help" and "Elements 10 for Dummies" is an error message stating "Valid Size not available for this Creation."  A meaningless phrase anyway because nowhere does it request a "valid size." Please will someone tell me the magiac words to make my lovely collage automaticaslly, or shall I revert to doing it manually on one of my other excellant image editing programs?

    It will vary from title to title, sometimes they won't be removed at all.

    I recently purchased an Apple TV (3rd Generation), and I began scrolling through my previous iTunes purchases under the TV Shows menu. I noticed that many of my older purchases do not show up. Most notably, I had purchased a season pass of Battlestar Galactica's third season in 2007. Now, when I look at my purchase history in my iTunes account, it shows up as purchased; the page in the iTunes Store for that season also shows it as purchased. Is it unavailable for iCloud streaming because I purchased the SD version, and not the HD? I feel as though it should be available for iCloud playback regardless of its resolution.

  • Purchased TV series not available for me to download

    I purchased the TV Series 'The Wire Series 1'.  I downloaded the episodes.  However these would not sync to my ipad for some reason.  I purchased many TV series and never had the problem before.  I though to retry the download having deleted the original download files from my Windows PC.  Now when I go to the iTunes Store, click on <Purchsed>, this series does not appear in the list.  Whne in the iTunes Store I search for the Wire Series 1, it shows as purchased but there is no download option againt the indivudual episodes or the main <Download all>
    How can I get this download going?

    And when you deleted them from your computer, you deleted them via your iTunes library, not just the files from your drive e.g. they aren't still listed in the TV Shows part of your library ?

    I just tried to change my jnlp to use 1.4.2 and it will not auto download from Sun. Does anyone know if/when this will be available?

    Yeah, I'd rather not have had to do all this work too.. I'm not clear on wether Sun intend to deprecate this JWS feature in favour of Java Update which should arrive with the next 1.4.2 revision. It's certainly true the support was even worse than I feared before I pinged the autodl server responses - jvms that used to work have vanished, indeed the whole international jvm request service ("http://java.sun.com/products/autodl/j2se/international") seems to have been suspended.

    Because the iTunes App Store only sells iOS apps. Look in the Mac App Store or the developer's site for Mac OS X applications; some applications haven't been written for Mac OS X.

  • ITunes library not available for two computers on shared external hd

    On our home network, using Airport Extreme, we have and external hd, and two mac laptops connected. We have all music in an iTunes music folder on the external hd plus the iTunes Library on the external hd. iTunes will only allow one laptop to connect to it and the says this every time I try to open it, "The iTunes Library file is locked, on a locked disk or you do not have write permission for this file. How do I get permission for the other laptop?

    yeah you can keep your itunes library file on your local laptops, and keep all your actual music files on the external drive. then like said before, uncheck the box that says "copy files to itunes music folder" in the itunes prefs on the Advanced tab
    this way you each have your own itunes library, but you're sharing the same music.

  • Why is the droid iprint app not available for my HTC Hero marketplace?

    I can see the iprint app from the driod market place website, however when I search the marketplace from my phone it is not found. I cannot download it from the android website as my device is not found (I have already contacted the android tech support to resolve this issue)
    I connet to the internet through my droid phone via easy teather, which the printer cannot seem to use through a wireless network connection.
    Why the hell, did hp not enable internet acces through a **bleep** usb cable??!!!

    The iPrint app is no longer on the marketplace but is very soon to be replaced with a much better app. You can find more information about this here. As far as being able to access the internet through a usb connection, as I understand it the printer uses the usb connection's full bandwidth already so it would not be able to print/scan if we gave it the ability to transmit the internet connection.

    Three Playbook apps I purchased (Dead Space, Madden and SimCity), are not showing up in the Uninstalled list in App World so I am unable to reinstall them. How can I get them back?

  • Why is my purchased serial number not accepted in the downloaded trial version?

    I purchased an upgrade to Elements 10 from Elements 9 and downloaded a 32 bit version instead of a 64 bit version.  The only way I found to re-download was to download a trial version.  Entering the serial number provided by Adobe gives the message that it is an invalid serial number.

    Did you enter the Elements 10 serial number?  Have you checked your account to verify it is the same serial number you have registered?

  • "show package content" not available for keynote docs

    Anyone have a work-around for this? It still works for applications, but keynote docs either changed the way the supporting files are saved or for some other reason I can't get into the package. Is there another way to open the package besides right-clicking and using the drop down menu?

    Thanks... so how do I get inside to view/edit/rename/change elements? That was such a handy way to find a graphic and insert a new one, change it etc. without having to re-do it in the software. Also, if I'm trying to get an image from a keynote doc will it let me "save as image" like ppt does? I haven't found a way to do this, that's why I always open the package and get the image that way.
