Rebooting your iDevice
Hold down the Sleep (On-Off) and Home buttons together for about 10-15 seconds or until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears - then let go of the buttons. The device should begin to start up.
Now try entering the information again. See if it works now.

i followed these steps but im getting same context menu for both KM End User and the KM Administrator .
Assign the role Content Administrator to the user km_admin. This is needed so that km_admin can change

Now, login with user km_admin. Navigate to the Km Folder reports_kmFolder through Content Administration
-> Km Content. Click on Details link of the folder reports_kmFolder.
Go To Settings -> Presentation. Click on the tab u201ESettings for You‟-> Click on button u201ESelect Profile‟.
Select the radio button corresponding to u201Elayout Set‟, and choose u201EConsumerExplorer‟ from the dropdown.
Click u201EOK‟.
Select both the check boxes corresponding to Items Affected as shown above, and click u201ESave‟
Now, remove the u201ESuper Administrator‟ role from the user km_admin and login with this user.
How rto resolve this????

Most likely the user km_admin still has system principal roles assigned, even though you removed the Super Admin role, you should check that this user doesn't have any other admin roles, otherwise it will be considered a System Principal user and will therefore still have access to all content. Try creating a new user with just read access to the content and you should see that it will not be able to make any changes etc.

How do I use the same profile for two users on the same computer

I use my laptop both at home and at work. And in each venue I use a different user log on. But I wish to have firefox use the same profile for each user log on. How can I get firefox to point to the same profile for each user?

Note that only one user (Firefox instance) can use a profile folder at the time, so if you would switch the Windows user to another account then you would first have to close Firefox.

It is possible that you downloaded the Creative Cloud trial of Lightroom. The perpetual license key will not work. Uninstall the version on the second computer, this will not interfere with your catalog, preferences and personal files.
Download the appropriate version from the link below and install, your license key will be accepted and everything will be fine.

I had the same trouble today, I kept entering the sky password but would not accept, my iMac and iPod work ok but just could not get my iPod to work. But I found the fault, the password is case sensitive and mine on sky is in caps, the up arrows on the keypad put the caps on,but after each letter you must put the caps back or it wil revert to lower case, I hope this may help you

Yes. Reset network settings. Head to Settings -> General -> Reset and tap Reset Network Settings.

I've just upgraded my iPad 2 with iOS 5, I'm trying to set up the messages app to send text messages. It's telling me that the email address that Im entering can't be verified because it's already in use. Well, it's the only one I have, am I able to use the same one that I've been using all along?

It is up to the app developer to decide if the app should work in landscape mode or not. This is also true on Android phones, by the way.

As Kappy said, each of you should have your own account. By default all programs are installed in the Applications folder so all users on the computer will be able to use the software. With a few restrictions data you want to share between two users can be placed inside the Shared folder - look inside the Users folder for it. Data that gets placed in the Shared folder will retain the owner/creator's rights so if you want other user(s) to be able to do more than open the document you'll need to change the permissions of the file to include that user.

My phone crashed yesterday when iTunes tried to add an upgrade to it. The upgrade didn't work and instead it wiped my phone back to factory settings. When I try to restore the phone it asks for a password, I type in my Apple id password and it tells me it is wrong. Shouldn't it be this password? Not sure what I am missing...

Your backup file is encrypted with a password that you set, and unless you can remember that password, you won't be able to use the backup file.

When i plug my iphone 4 into iTunes and try to sync the music, it prompts a window that says if i sync music his, from his iphone 4s will override mine and erase my music.
