Why is my video fuzzy in Youtube?

I have now created and uploaded three new videos using my ipad 3 and imovie.
However, the video quality is not great at all and seems rather fuzzy. In fact, I have uploaded to youtube the 'large' version and the 'HD' version and they both appear the same (or maybe I don't know the difference...haha).
Any advice?

And that in turn affects clarity.
The great thing with You Tube is that it automatically scales to the device, or bandwidth.
So if you're wathing on a slow connection, or an old computer You Tube will show it at a much lower size and quality.
The faster your internet and teh better your screen/computer the better the video quality.

Since you seem to have tried mostly everything, apart from exchanging the motherboard, I'd say you have at least one option left, and that's to reinstall Windows from the recovery partition / recovery discs. That might solve the problem, if this is due to a software-error. General updates etc. might not work to fix such problems, but a clean install should.
If that doesn't help, I'd say the problem is somewhere either with the CPU or the motherboard, maybe bad connections or some sort of malfunction that prevents the computer from coming out of the 100% CPU usage.

Can you open up your Real Player and tell me what version you have? I think Real Player 15.0.6 is supposed to fix this problem. There was a conflict between Real Player and Flash this whole summer that broke Flash videos. Real Player released a update that might help in your case.
If that doesn't help, I think a addon might be to blame here. So do this:

From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab.
Click: Remove All Website Data
Now open System Preferences > Flash Player then select the Advanced tab.
Click Delete All under Browsing Data and Settings
Not empty the Safari cache.
From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Advanced tab.
Select: Show Develop menu in menu bar
Now click Develop from the menu bar. From the drop down menu click Empty Caches.
Now try a video. If that didn't help, click: Request HTML Player here > YouTube

Why all do videos stop when i maximize them on youtube ? i can only hear sound. It hasnt happened before. It works with other browsers. I wouldnt like to change mozilla.

Why does Mac Safari stutter playing YouTube videos?

While playing YouTube videos (or other streaming videos) in Safari
using both Snow Leopard and Lion, the video's stutter and stop.
When I use the Google Chrome browser, the videos play perfectly.
I can find no way to set the buffering values.
I don't feel that this is a hardware or network problem.
This is very annoying, Apple please fix this.

You posted in the correct forum... Most YouTube content requires the Flash plugin. Try troubleshooting.
Quit Safari.
Open System Preferences > Flash Player then select the Storage tab. Click: Delete All
Now uninstall the Flash plugin then reinstall new > Troubleshoot Flash Player | Mac OS'
Very important to uninstall the currently installed Flash plugin first before reinstalling.
Launch Safari From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Empty Cache
Now try a video.
BTW... if you have the ClickToFlash extension installed, that can prevent Flash based video from streaming. It can also be installed as a plugin in /Library/Internet-Plug-Ins.
And check to see if Safari is running in 32 bit mode. Right or control click the Safari icon in your Applications folder then click Get Info. If the box next to: Open in 32 bit mode is selected, deselect, quit then relaunch Safari.
BTW, this is not an Apple issue. Flash is third party software for which Apple is not responsible for developing or updating. That's Adobe's job.

hi Brandonacker, you probably need to install the adobe flash player plugin for those sites to show video content, which you can download from https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html (use the windows exe-installer for plugin based browsers)

If you can see their site...it about 99.9%, you have the flash plug-in...But, for lack of doing anything else... re-install the flash plug-in...At one point in installing the plug-in, make sure you close out all bowsers.....

Make sure you are using the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.
A suggestion:
Go to YouTube, open any video and press pause (don't do this while video is playing).
Click the ctrl key or “right click” the mouse in the middle of the video window. The settings for flash player will pop up.
Select the video settings then select "enable hardware acceleration."
Press close.
Now RESTART YOUR COMPUTER not just Safari if that is your browser of choice.

Placing a video from URL - Youtube

Youtube converts videos to MPEG-4 H.264 format which is suppose to be supported for the placing a video from url tool in InDesign CS5.5.
Does anyone knwo why this does not work? I nwo that it can be done by creating a flash player, but not interested in the extra work.

You cannot link directly to the video stream on YouTube - the URLs point to an HTML fragment which in turn loads an instance of their player widget, so InDesign doesn't see it as a valid rich media format.
The only legal way to play YT-hosted videos within a non-HTML document is to implement their public API within your own Flash project, and embed the SWF as a rich media object. Joel Geraci wrote a SWF wrapper for use in PDF files which does this.

Thanks .Ralph. The problem is only on the iPad 2only. I have an iPad 1 as well and it never had the problem. The only videos that I have tried are you tube and the tutorials on apple.com. I have absolutely no problem on either of my laptops or desktop PC's. Only the iPad 2. I am a new Apple user, so not very familiar yet with the product, but this is an absolute deal breaker for me. With Apple's reputation I was not expecting any such problems and it is beyond my skill set to solve it. Very frustrating. Again, no problem with you tube videos. I don't watch movies, so am not a Netflix member and haven't tried that yet, only you tube videos and apple.com tutorial videos. I have to watch those on my laptop. Again, I found a fix to the you tube problem. It was a link to a site. www.youtube/html5. html5 video player trial that you click on and once done, the videos on the you tube app started working great. They were doing the same thing as the tutorial videos prior to that. No such luck with the other web videos, at least the ones that i have tried. Hope this is enough info and understandable. You might check out the html5 site. I didn't thoroughly understand why, but it worked. You may understand it better. I am a proficient user, but far from an I.t. Pro. I have read Many posts with similar problems, but no simple solutions and the ones I did try didn't work. Speed tested well. Channel is set to auto and always different than neighboring networks, usually channel 11. Tried disabling QOS as suggested....no good. I am completely stumped. Any help is greatly appreciated.
