Why is RotoBrush incapable of Remembering Propagation

When I pan through frames that I have RotoBrushed (CS6 Version 11.0.0.378) it won't remember which frames it has propagated.
You know when you've done some RotoBrush work and you're reviewing it.....so you pan through the frames without making further alterations.
At first it has to propagate them - which because I'm using such an low-end Macintosh takes a long time - but then after that you can go back to that frame and it will load almost instantly.
Well today it has "decided" to stop being able to remember that it propagated frame-number[x] even though it did it literally seconds ago!
This is infuriating. Please, help.

First, install the bug-fix updates. You should be using version 11.0.2, not 11.0.0. The updates included many fixes.

As Navarro mentions, you can freeze a Roto Brush span to keep it from needing to recalculate each time.

Why doesn't my computer remember me? I have to sign in to comcast everytime. This didn't use to happen.e

I have Comcast set as my home page. For some reason every time I open my browser now, I have to log in. After I log in I check the box that ask to be remembered, but it never does remember me. This use to work in the past. Is there a setting someplace for this?
I have Windows XP Professional.

* Websites remembering you and automatically log you in is stored in a cookie.
* You need an allow cookie exception (Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: Exceptions) to keep that cookie, especially for secure websites and if you let cookies expire when Firefox closes
* Make sure that you do not use [[Clear Recent History]] to clear the "Cookies" and the "Site Preferences"

Why Solaris 10 could not remember my new configured IP?

Hello, All,
My problem/question is that:
Solaris 10 on T2000 server seems not remembering IP configuration,
I searched the past posts, there are some topics related, but after all that
suggestions/solutions I've tried, it still doesn't work.
What I wanted to do:
1. Add a logic IP address on ipge0,
e.x.
ifconfig ipge0:1 plumb 10.1.200.69 netmask 255.255.0.0 up
check with ifconfig -a
it is up running
2. Add a new NIC,
e.x.
ifconfig ipge3 plumb 192.168.1.11 netmask 255.255.255.0 up
After reboot, it is back to all the original configuration which ipge0 only has original address,
and No ipge3 configuration AT ALL!
BTW. I have configured /etc/inet/ipnodes files
/etc/inet/hosts
/etc/nsswitch.conf
/etc/netmasks
/etc/resolv.conf
Please suggest what i missed here?

Thanks for the reply, yes, I did create those files, and you are right, I missed "hostname.ipge3" file

Now, some how, the virtual NIC ipge0:1 always gets the wrong Netmask, and BOTH ipge0:1 and ipge3 have to be manually brought up after reboot, here is a copy/paste after system reboot, you can see a different Netmask and "No up" status, please ANY Idea?

Why can't adobe reader remember my page?

I have the settings set to open the last display page when I open the file and it normally works fine. But sometimes all the files in my computer will restore to the original status like it shows the first page and the font is very big. I don't know what I did and it seems to happen randomly. Can anyone tell me why this is happening? It's pretty annoying. Thanks!

This is a known issue with the Adobe Reader plugin on Mac OS:

Why won't my PC remember History, when that is what I programed it to do?

Everytime I go to "Edit, Prefernces, Privacy", then under HISTORY: Firefox will:
And here is where I select "remember history" and then click "okay" at the bottom of the page....but it doesn't stay that way! When I go back to check in the "Firefox will:" section, "use custom settings for history" is there....and NOT what I told it to do...which was to "remember history".
So, HOW do I get it to remember history like before? This has never happened to me before....so please send me an answer via email so I can get this resolved. Thanks :-) !!!

Firefox shows the "(Never) Remember history" setting if all the history and cookie setting are the default.
Make at least one change to the default setting if you want "Use custom settings for history" to stay selected.
Otherwise Firefox will revert to "(Never) Remember history" if you return to the Privacy tab.
The choice "Use custom settings for history" will stay selected as long as not all settings are the default to make you aware that you made changes.

Why doesent Firefox does not remember Emails and passwords? Seems this issue started when 4.0 came out.....

Well ever since FF 4.0 came out it doesn't seem to want to remember all my emails and passwords, once in a great while it will scroll down and show my email but once i click it it doesn't even place my password in, Such as accessing my email or logging into an account on the web such as Facebook, MySpace or anything like that, and i have to re-log in every single time when i used to do click, click Done, Id like to continue doing that...

Why doesn't my playlist remember what's already played?

i'm sure this is a dumb question, but i'll shoot, anyway:
i use my 160GB ipod classic in my car. i have a large playlist set up (3,000+ songs). however, every time i turn off my car, change to the radio or otherwise switch from that playlist, the playlist starts again from the beginning. while it's still technically random, i often hear certain songs over and over again simply becasue the playlist doesn't "know" they've already been played.
i have it set to shuffle, which is what i want. but i would like the ipod to remember which songs in the playlist have already played. is there any way to do this?

actually, mine does do that too. i should've been more clear. i didn't mean when i turn the car off or the stereo off - i meant when i switch from ipod to radio, for instance, or switch from one playlist to another.

Why doesn't mountain lion remember my external display settings?

I'm a teacher. I have a 13" early 2011 MBP with mountain lion (10.8.1, clean install on new SSD). I have external monitors in my office and at home. I want them to be the primary when plugged in (with the menubar/dock, and the MBP LCD on the left as the secondary display). When I'm in classrooms, I want the projectors I connect to to be the secondary display (with the MBP LCD on the right as the primary with menubar and dock). Snow leopard remembered all of this for each display. Mountain lion doesn't. Projectors almost always come up mirrored even if I've connected to them before and reset it.
To make matters worse, the displays menubar option is gone in Mountain Lion. Argh........

Ok, I think I found a solution. I disabled the new clamshell mode behavior by using
sudo nvram boot-args="iog=0x0" and rebooting, make it work like snow leopard. Since, it seems to be remembering my 3 displays (classroom projector as secondary on the left, office monitor as primary on the right, and home monitor as primary on the right). The downside is if you connect everything with the lid closed and get only one display, opening the lid does nothing and there is no easy "Detect Displays". Maybe I can write an applescript to easily detect displays.

Why can't I uncheck "remember passwords" in Security options

When I go to "Options" - "Security" the "Remember password for sites" checkbox is checked and the whole line is in a grey color and won't let me deselect the checkbox.

I am not in Private Browsing and I'm running Norton version 6.4.0.9. I recall unchecking it back when I first installed 18 (or maybe it was 17) but I think it greyed out after an automatic update???????

Why would my ipad not remember a password to a network?

I just got my new ipad about 2 weeks ago and I really love it. BUT, it does not remember any previous password. As soon as I am out of range and come back, I have to connect all over again to the router and put in the password. Any ideas??

1. Turn off router for 30 seconds and on again
2. Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings

Why wont my xfce4-panel remember its settings?

I'm using xfce4-panel in Compiz Standalone, so there is no xfce-session manager or anything.
I put the clock plugin on it and changed the display to digital, but it just wont remember its settings when I close and reopen it.

If you are exiting the panel via ending your Compiz/X session, then Xfce Panel will not save its settings because Compiz does not gracefully end its process before it terminates and the panel crashes.
You will need to exit the panel from its Exit menu in order for Xfce Panel to save its settings, then re-launch it.

Why won't the appstore remember any of my app purchases?

So i recently restored my ipod touch running ios 5.0.1.. because all the wallpapers that come with my ipod were black... so one of you told me to set up as a new ipod touch, which worked. i got all my wallpapers back. Instead of going to itunes on my mac and getting all the apps i wanted. i went to the appstore and got the apps i have had before. But for some reason it didnt say installed next to the apps iv bought before. Like angry birds, doodle jump, cut the rope, fruit ninja, tiny wings, E.C.T, i was on the same itunes account and after i got them it did tell me the update was free because i owned the previous version but for some reason when i went back to the appstore i went from 15 dollars to 6 dollars. PLEASE HELP.

I just recieved a resolution for my problem. Apple sent me a new "terms and conditions " notification to accept in ITunes. I "accepted" it and now my music collection is streaming again as normal. I guess the service just stopped temporarily until I accepted the new terms and conditions. Im satisfied now. Thx Apple! :)
