Why is sound coming out only from the subwoofer?

I installed Win7 Ultimate on my HP Pavilion DV7 4180ea and now sound is only playing through the subwoofer. If I plug the headphones or my sound sistem sound is perfect but without them sound only comes out of the subwoofer. I NEED REAL HELP, please don't start with "Have you installed the sound driver" or that kind of s**t. Thank you in advance.

Please try to check this link to see if you have missed any troubleshooting step, that might help to understand or resolve the problem.
If you only installed Win 7 Ultimate, and you have the sound driver installed and sound works on the headphones and external sound system you have, i can only think about the internal speakers being disabled r not being set as the default device.
They should be fully functional. CHeck if they are disable, not sure if you have checked that already but, i dont see any other reason for them not being working.

Check the audio settings as well, in control panel, for that icon you say you have on the system tray bar, check if you have a control panel for that sound feature and see if you have any setting related to default playback device, and make sure the internal speakers are selected.

When I play in on the timeline & view the sequence in the canvas, the music came out on both sides of my earpiece.
When I export it using QuickTIme, the sound only came out on the right side of my earpiece ?
I check both the sound lines in the timeline & they look identical.
Any ideas why ?

Sorry Ian, I should have make myself clearer. When I said the sound only come out on the right side I meant this:
Say there are 5 sections in my clips.
Section 1 & 2, exported file when played sound only come out from the right ear piece.
Section 3,4,5 exported file when played sound came out from both left & right earpiece.
Section 1 & 2 and Scection 3,4,5 is playing the same song except that the same song starts at section 1 and 3 respectivley. (meaning at beginning of section 3, I drag the same song to the audio track to repeat the same song)
Any ideas ?

Could be a hardware problem. You need to first restore the device to factory settings and see if that does the trick. If not, you will have to set the phone up with a repair via applecare or making an Appointment with the apple retail store.

I just purchased a 6 and there is a static sound coming out of the speaker when it is idle. I have the sound on low and turned off and it still makes the static sound.

Couple of things you can try but it looks like you may have to take it in
1. Settings --> Cellular --> Change "Enable LTE" to just "Data" if available
2. Toggle your ringer off and on
3. Settings --> General --> Accessibility --> Toggle Noise reduction off and on
If none of the above works - consider taking it to Apple

Little parasite noise sound coming out of the Ipod when charging

When the Ipod is plugged to the wall charger, there's a little parasite sound coming out. It's barely audible but I wonder if it's normal?

This is a normal sound when charging the iPod, in fact almost all electronics give off a faint buzzing sound when charging. It is nothing to worry about, and will not affect you're iPod in any way.

When I watch Cable Television (not using the Apple TV), all 3 channels work fine so I know that the speaker connections are fine.

I had problems with streaming until I changed the WiFi channel that I was using. The original one conflicted with my neighbor. After that, MOST of my streaming problems vanished. Occasionally, a movie would pause for more buffering and I eventually ran an ethernet cable from the Apple TV to my Apple Extreme (to eliminate the Wifi). I have not had a single problem since then (except to repair the drywall after running the ethernet from one floor to another). :-)

The Bookmark Favicon Changer add-on is currently installed on my browser [ESR 31.2.0] and it seems to work, although imperfectly. Yet the add-on pages (https://addons.mozilla.org/) do not list it at all, as far as I can see. What's going on?

The developer was flaunting the rules that AMO operates under. AMO cut him some slack, and provided a month warning about uploading an updated version. '''Then''' that extension was downgraded, and after warning the developer again and not getting a response from the developer Mozilla disabled the listing for that extension. All he had to do was to upload a new "fixed" version to have that extension enabled again.
Fair or unfair, the rules are the rules. Violate the rules and you're liable to be tossed out. ''I use 6 different extensions that aren't hosted at AMO; two were pulled from AMO years ago due to "new rules" similar to what this developer didn't like and the other 4 were never hosted at AMO for one reason of another.'' And at least Mozilla doesn't do like some of the App stores and restrict add-ons to being installed '''only''' from the Mozilla Add-ons website or Market Place as will soon be known. Add-on developers still have the choice to host add-ons on their own website, and users still have the choice to install add-ons from any website that they want to.
As far as "notification" goes - why would Mozilla want to do that? Mozilla didn't like a "call" the developer was using, so why should Mozilla contact users? And how would Mozilla even go about contacting users? There's no "registry" of users for each extension that is kept by Mozilla, and IMO keeping track users like that would violate each users privacy. Who wants to be tracked in that manner?

Yes, he would have to have jailbroken your phone to install malware. If you see an app called "Cydia", that would indicate conclusively that it was jailbroken. I would recommend restoring the phone as new using iTunes. It is your best shot at removing a jailbreak.
You should also change your network password, your email password and your FB password as well as passwords to anything else you've used from the phone. Put a lock code on the phone.
Your best defense against this sort of thing is to NOT give your phone to people you don't trust.

Weird sound coming out of x61 when on battery

Hi all,
I need advise, when my x61 is on battery only , there are werid sounds coming out but when its on battery and power or just power , the sound disappear.
I try changing to another battery, the same thing happen..
I really need help.

I also have a terrible sound coming out of the left side of my computer when on high performance battery power. (I started a thread... however no responses)
I sent it in, they replaced motherboard and hdd, now I sent it back to get the fan replaced.
I guess my biggest question is, what will Lenovo do to fix this? (assuming the fan doesn't fix the noise problem)

Hello, everybody!
I´m facing a weird problem on my application. I have a button that
takes action only from the second click on. My vi has several buttons,
all of them have the same type, and all of them work properly(since the
first click) except one.
I gave up a few minutes ago...any ideas?

Well this sounds quite strange. The best way to help you is to comment your vi. I think a picture is not enough, as we have to see the behaviour.
