Why are regional calls not in Five Cents plan, but instead are 21 cents/min.?
Why are "regional calls" not included in Five Cents/minute calling plan, but instead billed at 21 cents/minute !??!
"Local" calls are 9 cents/Call, everywhere else in the U.S. It is 5 cents/minute on the plan. So regional calls are much more expensive than calls to Hawaii!!
Also how do I find what is the "regional" area (for Manhattan, New York City), and what is the "local" area? I have the latest operating system, but can't get my printers added. Why does the software update say that drivers for my printers are not available? I have the drivers installed from the CD but can't add the printer because it wants to go through software update.
It's pretty difficult to offer suggestions when you say nothing about your Mac, the version of Mac OS it's running, or the models of printers you have. This forum, however, is intended for questions about old, pre-G3 hardware, so unless you are asking about an very old Mac, this is not the forum where you'll be most likely to get help with your problem. I'd suggest you ask this question in the forum for your model of Mac or version of Mac OS X it's running. Why is the black iPhone 4/4S more durable than the white?
I've owned both a black and a white 4S
The black was much more durable, mine flew out my hand and hit the tap, no damage just a big scratch to the back glass because thats where it hit, but it did make the back loose
I had a white, and it smashed the back like 2 inches off concrete, I'm serious.. That's how fragile they are...
I Now have A Galaxy S4
Why is the black iPhone more durable than the white? I never understood that...Not sure what causes it, but here are your choices:
1) bring it to a 3rd party repair shop and see what they say
2) pay $149 for another replacement
3) do nothing
4) buy a new phone (iPhone or otherwise)

Start with your finger at the bottom of the screen (about even with the home button) and swipe in an upward motion. There should be a row of icons at the top of a grey field. if the quarter-moon icon is bright white, tap it. If it was (and still is) dark, take the iPhone in to be evaluated by a qualified technician.

After the last iPhone 5 update, the calendar date do not match the respective weekday. i.e. November 1st 2013 is marked as Saturday on the iphone.
I have this exact same issue!
I was on 2.0.1 running fine until late last week, noticed emails would not show up unless I had opened them in outlook. I thought I ran into a bug so I upgraded to 2.0.2. Now I can sync my email if outlook had them opened previously, but no calendar or contacts at all. I don't think my exchange admins will move me to another server, any other ideas?
I love my iphone but if these features don't work I can't use it. I would appreciate any ideas. -

Has any had difficulty downloading an installing the latest IPhone 4 update on ITunes?
When I try to install the latest IPhone 4 update in ITunes, it downloads the item but at the very end I get an error message telling me the server timed out and to check my internet connection. I did all this and there are not internet connection issues. I think I tried all the obvious solutions so far (e.g., I tried the process again, I closed the program and restarted it, rebooted the computer, I tried to "download only"), but the same problem keeps occuring. Any one else run into this problem? or have a solution?

The Youtube app is now cleaned away from the IOS 4.3.5
Any help would be appreciated.This still doesn't make sense. The iPhone 4 may have come with a number of different versions of iOS out of the box depending on when it was purchased and how long it had sat on the shelf.
If you can't find it, check restrictions and make sure you haven't locked it out. -
I need to restore my ipad but it won't restore because the software isn't updated and you can't update the software because it is in recovery mode. What do I do know?
I would take it to the apple store to get recovery mode taken off.

I'm trying to update my software to iTunes 10.5.2. I click on the install button, click the Accept button, the software checks for updates, and then I am back at the original download screen. I can't seem to get past this loop. Any suggestions?
If I go through the setup that you suggested, won't I screw up the existing software on my system?
No. The iTunes installer will first uninstall the existing version of iTunes and then put in the new one. (That's actually also what happens when you use Apple Software Update to install a new version ... it just doesn't show the uninstall phase like the iTunes64Setup.exe or iTunesSetup.exe does.) -
