Why is the cloud giving me edited versions of my songs?

I have a great collection of music that contains explicit lyrics and had them all go to the cloud. In just attempted to listen to 2Pac's All Eyez On Me, within the first few lines I noticed that I now had the edited for content version. There is no way I can listen to 2Pac without the curses. Has anyone else seen this?

Why is the Master File names as Version?

When I import a file into a new project and apply an adjustment a new 'version 2' is automatically generated. This is correct. But why does the system name the original Master (which remains unchanged) as 'Version 2' and shows the adjusted file as the master?

Why does the cloud icon not appear in safari

Hey,
iMac, Safari Version 6.0 (8536.25), OS 10.8.1.
Safari doesn't have the cloud icon, though I am signed into iCloud, and Safari is turned on in iCloud. I am using iCloud to sync contacts and that works. But when I try to turn on the sync of notes I get told to go to the app store and get the latest iOS. Which I already have... (Open the App Store and update to the latest version of OS X. After updating, you can turn on Mail and Notes.)
The app store has no new OS X of course.
Any ideas?

Thanks, the option is there in Customize Toolbar and it is set to appear on the toolbar, it just doesn't appear.
Although... The iPad can now collect the tabs.
Am I misunderstanding this? Are tabs on the iPad not supposed to be visible on the iMac?

Why does the .dmg file for newest version always download as corrupted?

When I try to download the newest version of Firefox I do not get the window where you are to drag the Firefox icon into the applications folder. When I try to manually open the dmg file I get a dialog box saying the image is corrupted.

What version of OS X are you using?
If you have OS X 10.3.9 or earlier, the last version of Firefox that works is Firefox 2.0.0.20, if you try to install a more recent version you get the message about a corrupt download.

Why does the cloud keeps clicking off when i try to back it up ( iphone 5)

I am having trouble backing up to the cloud. I have called Apple support and they tried to help. I turned most apps off, did a reset of wifi, tried doing it by plugging into wall, but it kicks off. Any other suggestions?

Try deleting your last backup and try backing up again. If that fails, You may have an app that is preventing the backup from succeeding. To locate which one, go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage, tap the name of your device under Backups, under Backup Options tap Show All Apps, then turn them all to Off (including camera roll) and try backing up again. If it succeeds, then the camera roll and/or one of your apps is preventing the backup and you'll have to located by process of elimination. Turn the camera roll On and try backing up again. If it succeeds, turn some of your apps to On and try backing up again. If it succeeds again, turn some more apps to On then try again; repeat this process until it fails. Eventually you'll be able to locate the offending app and exclude it from your backup. If it's the camera roll that's the problem, import your photos and videos to your computer (see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083) and delete them. If you want some of them on your phone again, put them in a folder and sync them back to your phone by selecting the folder on the Photos tab of your iTunes sync settings and syncing. Why does the waveform disappear after editing in Sound Booth?

It happens consistently with CS4 on 2 different computers. I right-click the audio track and select Edit in Adobe Sound Booth, and SB opens the audio for editing. I edit the audio, and it updates the audio. I know it does, because when I play back the edited section, it's correct. But the waveform is gone! I tried playing around with the display style -- disable and enable waveform, keyframes, etc. -- but the audio track doesn't display anything. I have to exit out of Premiere and re-start it to see the waveform again.
Anyone else experience this?
Also: when editing the audio in SB, is there a way to substitute the PP audio track with a multi-track? I know I can export a multitrack as an .aiff and import it into PP, but I was wondering if there's a way to link it.

Thanks for responding, but the thread you mentioned seems to be about a mirror-image problem: waveform not appearing in Sound Booth. In my case, SB is working fine and displaying the waveform properly, which is why I posted my question in this forum, instead.
The problem I'm having is the waveform not appearing in PPro. This doesn't seem to be a case of "it isn't a bug, it's a feature", because exiting and restarting PPro makes the waveform reappear. So it looks like it is a bug. Unless I'm doing something wrong or have a conflict somwhere.
BTW, I used to use Audition, but it had too many hardware issues and wouldn't run under 64-bit Windows. Have you tried it under Vista x64, or with dynamic links to PPro or After Effects? It seems that PPro, AE and Flash have been designed to work with SB rather than Audition.

Why is the public Flash Player download version different from the SDLA download site?

Since last month, FP 11.1.102.55 has been available for the public to download and install. But the http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/fp_distribution3.html still has 11.0.1.152.
What gives?

Why is the cloud truncating my drawings?

The last two times I have tried to upload my PDF drawing files, the right side of the drawings sheets (all sheets have been truncated and the information that is on my original PDF is not on the uploaded file.

My GF has an iPhone 8g 3GS. She would like to load her iTunes library onto her phone but is worried she won't have enough space. With Apple's new Cloud service, should she be concerned?

I would certainly not rely on this for my only backup. You should always maintain a backup copy of everything you do not want to lose.

I borrowed a hard drive from a friend that contains many thousands of songs. Somehow when tranferring these to iTunes I managed to get several copies of each song. How can i do a bulk delete of all the copies leaving just one version of each song?

I have the same problem. I keep backups on a home server and this is where my library pointed to. I changed it to the local drive and now I have two copies in the library. I need to either bulk delete or clear the library (without deleting the files) and then rebuild. How do I do either of these things?

Why does the music app on my phone keep skipping songs?

My music app on my iPhone 4S keeps skipping songs. It will show the album
cover for a second then it will skip right to the next song and sometimes it will
skip multiple songs. For example, once it skipped over an entire playlist and
went to the screen at the end when it showed all of the songs in the playlist.
I have update 6.0.1 and I haven't used the music app since the last update.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Mine is 18.2Mb it gets to about 37mb tops, Try logging out of the app, remove all apps that are running in the background then shut your phone down and restart, if that does not work hold the power and home button and do a hard reset. You shouldnt loose any data at all but make sure you back up anyway before hand, its just like a forced reboot of a computer really.

How do I download all the music from the cloud at once? I have 1700 songs and have to click on the cloud symbol for each. Anyone?

Use list view, select the first item in the list, scroll down and shift-click the last to select all, Ctrl-click and select download from the contextual menu.

Is anybody out there have iTunes Match problems? Such as: trades your music that you did not purchase from iTunes into edited versions of a song.

This is very annoying and utterly frustrating

At the moment, you have two options as far as I know.
1. Just live with the issue until Apple resolve it.
2. Turn off iTunes Match. You can just turn it off on specific devices and sync in the old way via USB.
I'm afraid that is it really.
