Why is the metadata being removed when I export videos from Lightroom?

I have a video with several virtual copies each trimmed to play a different clip from that file. Each of those clips (virtual copies) is tagged according to the content. I then export the clips with the intent of deleting the original file (which is mostly footage I don't want to keep). But when I export the clips all the metadata is being removed. In the export profile I have it set to export all metadata, and I have it set to add new files to the current catalog.

I'm having the same issue with all videos, not just ones with edits. I can verify with exiftool the original capture time is not exported.

Select them in iPhoto and export (file menu ==> export) and use one of the options to set the file name of exproted photos

Photo Stream does not sync when I export pics from Lightroom to Uploads folder.

I am using a PC. When I export pics from Adobe Lightroom to the "Uploads" folder iCloud does not sync with my phone. If I export pics from Adobe Lightroom to any other folder and then move them to the "Uploads" folder everything works like it should. Is this an iCloud glitch or is this me? Thanks in advance.

Updating PhotoStream automatically after making changes to pictures in Aperture is something I'd be interested in as well. As far as I know, this can't be done right now. Has anybody come up with a work around for the moment?

Why does the image go blurry when I export my file to jpeg from Illustrator CS6?

Hi,
I have created an image on illusrator CS6 and am ready to save it.
I have saved it as a pdf format and the image stays as a sharp vector image and not blurry at all.
But I also want to keep the image as a jpeg. So when I go to export the image from illustrator CS6 as a jpeg, the end result comes out blurry and not sharp anymore, but more jagged on the edges of the image.
Is there anything I can do to keep my file as a jpeg with it staying as a sharp crisp image?

It removes the hairline on the face, when I add more anchor points. Why? And how do I correct it?

I borrowed the image below for an HDR workshop I ran at the 2010 PSNZ National Convention, to demonstrate a method of removing halos. You'll remember that halos were a serious problem with early HDR, and while the halos in this image were caused by over sharpening, they are perfect for demonstrating this technique.
It relies on the fact that halos so often tend to put a lighter tone between the two areas where sharpening is being applied. Whether that is the sky abutting a dark line of hills, or the rock and little tower as in this image. I've uploaded it at the size it was supplied to me at (about 2700 pixels wide). So
Click to open the full image, right click and copy, and paste into Photoshop.
Select the clone tool, and set its blend mode to Darken.
Try to sample on a line horizontal to where you want to clone, to give the best tonal match, and start cloning.
Because the sky is darker than the halo, it overwrites it. But the rock is darker than the sky, so it has no affect.
It works even better if you clone on a new layer also set to Darken. No masking, just Photoshop blend mode magic.
You can also fix the little tower. Use a great big brush — just remember to sample horizontal to match the horizon.
Back then I was using the same trick with CAs after forgetting to fix them in ACR, and having done too much work to start again after spotting the problem.

When I asked where it went, I found this answer: "That Print window will show every time you go to print something in Firefox 3.6+ versions, the option to suppress that window from appearing and the user to be able to print "directly" was removed." Tried to reinstall 3.5.5 but couldn't. Not liking 3.6 at all

Took a tad more than just "going to Customize. " First thing to do was figure out where "Customize" might be. Just guessing, I clicked the three-horizontal-line box at far right end of the address bar. Downloads was on that menu. But I want it on my toolbar, where it used to be at far right of address box. At bottom of the Menu screen there was a bar, Customize. Clicked that and got a screen where I could move Download and other icons around by clicking on the icon, holding, and dragging. But that didn't get it on the toolbar. Finally, out of curiosity I right-clicked the icon to see what would happen. I got a small box giving me choice to Move to Toolbar. Clicked that. BINGO!!! Also figured out you can do same by clicking View/Toolbars/Customize, then right click any icon you want on Toolbar and put it there. Thanks for starting me in right direction.

Why are website icons now removed when history is cleared?

Just a very quick question:
Why are website icons now removed when you clear the history in Safari?
I have noticed this in the current Lion (and Mountain Lion) versions, this happens, when in previous versions they remained after clearing the history.
Is there any way to change this?

Search term "Clear History".
"Clearing your history also empties caches, removes website icons, and clears the list of recent searches. Website icons are small graphics that help identify sites on the Internet. You see them in the address and search field, the bookmarks list, and other places. You can see your recent searches by clicking the magnifying glass at the left end of the address and search field when it’s empty".
That is how clearing history works in Safari 6.
There is no way change it.

When i export from lightroom slideshow and choose the 1920x1080 resolution the end product is a very small video in the middle of a black background. i have double checked and do not have any borders turned on. Another option would be to export from the library but lr mogrify does not seem to put text overlays on video either. Any input would be welcome.

I found the solution .,,,
1) click on your current plan and press done your payment details will appear .
2) the first section is your plan and there is a botton "change" click on it
3) it will take you back to the upgrade options
4) press on the downgrade options
5) choose the 5 GB and the done botton will be enabled
6) click on it you'll back to the step number 2 , here read carefully you'll see that your changes will take effect after the current plan expired with the date.

I dont know if you have your music on your other computer was on itunes, but if it was, make sure that you signed into your itunes account on your other computer. If you are signed in then your music should show up in your library.
