Why is the money i received from a buyer not in my pending balance? PLEASE HELP

I shipped an item to a buyer internationally who paid me through paypal. I recieved a message from paypal saying that the payment is in my pending balance and temporarily unavailable. The money would be available to me in 24-34hrs. I went and checked my pending balance or availability a day after and both had a balance of $0.00. I made sure that I sent a sent a picture of my reciept the same day I shipped the item to an email that was given to me (within the email of confirmation that I mentioned above) so the payment could be released. I also have not recieved an email saying the payment was cancled. I am confused as to where the money went. I checked my information and it was all correct. Can anyone help me please? THIS IS A TYPICAL PAYPAL SCAM.
They encourage you to use paypal and often ask you to send the item as a gift to a relative somewhere often Nigeria.
You will get/got a "fake" email that looks as though it is from paypal.....it isn't.
It will say the buyer has paid ...you won't have been paid.
They will tell you that the payment is released when you provide paypal with a tracking/shipping number......this won't happen.
They also threaten legal action...have a laugh at that one and ignore it as its rubbish.
Paypal NEVER tell you to send trackable, they advise it for seller protection etc but it is not compulsory.
Paypal NEVER tell you to send an item before the payment is showing in your paypal account.

You must initiallly activate iCloud from an IOS device or a Mac. You cannot inititally activated from a PC.

Why I lost all the apps needed to be update in the app store icon while I have not updated them yet? Please help.

I am using iPhone 4, and I had about 50 apps needed to be updated, which is stated in the App Store icon. I have not had time to update them until today. However, when I was ready to update all the apps, I found out that there was not any apps in the App Store icon needed to be update. Does anyone knows why? Please help. Thank you very much!

This morning I had the same issue - even though I have pending updates, the app store badge is gone and it says all apps are up to date. I, like many others I'm sure, selectively update apps based on reviews. I'm sure there is either an app store refresh/update on Apple's end or a run on the app store causing errors or issues.

Firefox not responding to the "Home" and "End" keys. Instead of scrolling the page, it's reverting to the beginning of a text line or not responding at all. Please help.

Why is the movie I bought from itune can not rewatch?

You own it. You can watch it a million times if you want to do so. The videos app is misbehaving. Try this first.
Quit the videos app completely and reboot the iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the recents tray will appear with all of your recent apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

If Nancy's advice doesn't make it pop up as a window, you may have it set as a tool bar, in which case, hitting Ctrl+F2 will make the tool bar appear/disappear.
To turn it back into a floating panel, click and drag the dashed line on the far left of the Insert tool bar and pull it away from the top. You can leave it as free floating or drag it to another edge until it highlights the edge and drop it to dock it to whichever side of the screen you prefer.
