Why is the old app version is showing even when the app was deleted and downloaded again?

There is an app that I downloaded, which we updated (as we made this app) but when we did, the updates are not showing on the app. I deleted the app and downloaded it again but still the updated version is not showing. I tried downloading the app from another phone and the updated version is showing.
I have tried to research on this and found this link which I found to be most helpful but even after following the steps the old app is still showing on my iphone 4s:

Sometimes the battery life may be at, say 80% while it is at 100% charge;
so the numbers may indicate a replacement battery is needed. An Apple
Store with genius bar, or an authorized Apple service provider could be
helpful in determining the battery and charging system health and also
provide a replacement battery. Figure a computer more than a few years
old may be due for a new battery...
If you call ahead to discuss an appointment with a genius or specialist,
be sure to note your product serial number and ask about replacement
battery availability, since that option should be present should it need to
be replaced. Not sure if they'd want to check the magsafe adapter, too.
Hopefully an SMC reset may help, if not see an authorized Apple specialist.

Sometimes I can't get out of Day view in iCal. There is no where on the screen to select month view, even when I close it out and go back into iCal.

Sometimes I am locked in "day" view in iCal. There is no where on the screen to choose "month" view, even when I close it out and open again. Tapping anywhere on the screen or scrolling doesn't help.

Give this a try:
1 - delete the iPhoto preference file, com.apple.iPhoto.plist, that resides in your
User/Home/Library/ Preferences folder.
2 - delete the contents the following folder: User/Library/Containers/com.apple.iPhoto
3 - reboot, launch iPhoto and try full screen again.
NOTE: For Mavericks and Yosemite, go to your Home folder and use the View ➙ Show View Options menu to bring the this window:
where you can check the Show Library Folder checkbox.

When i try to restore my Back up using Itunes this is the message i get - "Unable to restore backup as the software is old - Please setup as a new device and then try to restore your backup" - Please advise. If i do so are there any chances of loosing my data. At this point in time i would be happy if i could just retreive my contacts list. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Nope - you cannot restore a backup from a newer iOS version on to a device running an older iOS version. The reverse works, but in your case to use your backup, you must update to iOS 7.0.3 - no other option if you want to use that backup.

What I mean is still track my stolen one. I don't know if this will make sense to you but I'm thinking that if I restore the back up data on this phone..on my stolen phone it will like forget the icloud account or something and think this phone is the stolen one so when I go to track the stolen one, it will show that phone as the one I have now because I restored the back up from that phone.

You can go to Settings/iCloud and delete the account, then create a new iCloud account. You can still use the same account for the app store though.

I am trying to move all itunes files to my new laptop and was able to do with home sharing, however I now have no idea how to keep the itunes on my new computer when I dispose of the old as all files are inaccessible when the old computer is disconnected

I wouldn't use Home Sharing for this. These are two possible approaches that should work.
Method 1
Backup the library with this User Tip.
Restore the backup to your new computer using the same tool used to back it up.
Deauthorize the old computer if you no longer want to access protected content on it.
Keep your backup up-to-date in future.
Method 2
Connect the two computers to the same network. Share your <User's Music> folder from the old computer and copy the entire iTunes library folder into the <User's Music> folder on the new one. Again, deauthorize the old computer if no longer required.
Both methods should give the new computer a working clone of the library that was on the old one. As far as iTunes is concerned this is still the "home" library for your devices so you shouldn't have any issues with iTunes wanting to erase are reload.
I'd recommend method 1 since it establishes an ongoing backup for your library.

Why will the IPOD let me put the passcode in. It is totally locked even after we connect to itunes

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

Just updated to 7.1 and the location service is always on even when the app is not running.

Wasn't like that before. Its draining my battery.. Discovered that Foursquare was the one causing it. Reinstalled the app, that problem was solved.
Did the same with "Amigos" app, but the geofence is always on...

Creating PDFs using Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro and can only see the first 10 pages in PDF even when the page numbers on bottom state 10 of 13 (or any number greater than 10).

PDFs create great, unless they should be over 10 pages and then it appears the data was converted to PDF by viewing the page numbers at the bottom of the PDF but you can only view the first 10 pages in the pdf file.

Could you please let me know what exact dot version of Acrobat 9 and OS you are using.
Have you tried repairing Acrobat from the Help menu?
Acrobat 9 is an older version and incompatible with new OS versions, so I would suggest you to try using Acrobat XI (latest version) and check for the same.

Why do apps from the old Apple ID still show in the new ID's cloud?

I set-up a phone with a new apple ID, but the apps from the old apple ID still show up in the cloud. I thought that the phone was entirely re-set, but apparently, the old apple ID is in there somewhere. How can I correct this?

Delete the account, log back in with the new AppleID and password to reset the iCloud account in your iOS devices.

When aligning to center, a white line of space is there even when the artwork fits to artboard

This is what happens when i have multipel artboards and i align to center, some of the artboard have this white space, even when the artworks themselvs fit perfectly.
when i move the artboard, so does the white space
another funny thing is when i align to center of artboard the art is my mask moves so the art is simply not in center anymore.
last but not least, even then the smartguides tells me it is aligned with the other box, it looks fine and all but when i let go to place it, it moves down under or above.. and both of lines have been exported, Align to Pixel Grid is off, i have uncheck align new objects to pixel grid and unchecked the all snap to..
Anybody knows what is going on?

The iTunes Store listing of your podcast is simply reflecting the contents of your podcast feed. Make sure all of the content you want displayed in the iTunes Store is still contained within your feed.
Are you able to supply your feed for reference?

IWork and iLife apps are _not_ showing free in the AppStore anymore. Why?

Just uppgraded to iOS 7.0.3 on my new iPhone 5s. iWork and iLife apps are _not_ showing free in the AppStore anymore, only the Buy (for a price) option is there. Why? These apps used to show up free for me earlier, but i didn't install them due to the reported system instability they caused. That instability is reportedy addressed in iOS 7.0.3 but the apps are not free anymore, are they? Looks like it's not what was advertised...

Ok... rebooting my iPhone 5s one more time after upgrading to iOS 7.0.3 solved the problem - after the reboot all the iWork and iLife apps are showing free in the AppStore again... Good deal!
