i had the latest version as a free trial but then after I paid it is the old light grey one can anyone help?
What is the version number reported in the About option of the Help menu? You might just need to change the preferences. There are a few different color schemes to choose from.

I think you mean Photoshop CS2. Photoshop 2 is from around 1992. The old Adobe activation servers were taken down. CS2 is about a decade old Adobe made a new download for old customers that legal customers can download and install. Download Acrobat 7 and CS2 products

Why wont the new version of aperture work with Nik complete software. I uninstalled and re installed Nik and it still wont work.
I believe that Nik is having trouble adhering to Apple's "identified developer" requirements.

Fast backup for iTunes library (Windows)
Grab SyncToy 2.1, a free tool from MS. This can be used to copy your entire iTunes library (& other important data folders) onto another hard drive or network share. You can then use SyncToy periodically to synchronise or echo your library to the backup. A preview will show which files need to be updated giving you a chance to spot unexpected changes and during the run only the new or updated files will be copied saving lots of time.
If your media is all organised below the main iTunes folder then you should also be able to open the backup library on any system running the same version of iTunes, regardless of the drive letter or path it appears on.

The drop down menus in Photoshop CC 2014 are too small to read without using the magnifier. They are OK in Photoshop CC. I have been unable to find anyplace to adjust the font size. I have Windows 7 Pro. Looking at the Photoshop version history, it looks like this problem comes and goes as Photoshop is updated. It should be an easy fix.

I'll assume you mean Flash. If you're sure you've installed the latest version of Flash, take each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. After each step, relaunch Safari and test. For a "missing plug-in" error, start with Step 5.
1. If you're only having trouble with YouTube videos, sign in to your YouTube account and load this page. You may see a link with the text "Leave the HTML5 Trial." If so, click that link.
2. If you're getting a "blocked plug-in" error, then from the menu bar select
▹ System Preferences… ▹ Flash Player ▹ Advanced
and click Check Now. Quit and relaunch your browser.
3. Triple-click the line below to select it:

I ordered Microsoft Office 2011 with my Macbook Air, but only the trial version came installed - and no product key for the full version was ever emailed to me or included in the shipment. Three calls each to Apple and Microsoft have not solved this and I am at wit's end. Each company blames it on the other - I don't care whose fault it is, I just want the product key so I can use Microsoft Office! Please help.

I have an academic version of Final Cut Studio on my laptop and recently purchased the most recent Full version of Final Cut Studio. Do I need to uninstall the academic version before installing the new version? I ask because this is not an upgrade, but a completely new version.
I'm with Jim on this. It always seems to work out better if you do not install over another version. You can use this app (freeware - thanks to Jon Chappel) to completely remove ALL Final Cut Studio apps and components: http://www.digitalrebellion.com/fcsremover/
Once that's done, install your newly purchased version.

There are no keys, there is no trial version of OSX (ML or Mavericks) and Mavericks is free

Why does the new version 5 of firefox show up all the graphics on my web sites with a huge wide black border? They should be narrow and yellow!! I use iWeb for my web sites on an AppleMac iMac 22" wide screen.
That is unfortunately a bug only in Firefox 5 and will be fixed in Firefox 6 (Aug).
