Why is the screen from my Apple TV doesn't go past setting date and time and the screen stays black

My Apple TV screen turns on black and stays on setting date and time a few seconds after that it stays black but on light is still on and nothing else happens,I can't get it to do anything else!I just moved and have a new router and I think that might be the reason but I don't know! Please help!!!!

I have the same issue and seeking an answer...
I have already reset my ATV3 to factory defaults twice and connected it directly to the router, but the problem remains the same... BTW, I connected it to the two routers of two different networks I have at home... It reacts the same to both nw....
Any ideas?

Suddenly I am unable to transfer songs from iTunes to Garage Band. When I try to bring the songs over to Garage Band they will not drop into the track. They immediately go back into iTunes. either use the Media Browser in GB, or drop the actual song file into the timeline (cmnd-shift-r will reveal the file from iTunes):

You can use the same appleid that you purchased the apps with on the phone for the App store. Settings> iTunes & App Store and continue to use the other id for everything else allowing you to have access to your previously purchased apps. You can then either sync or download the apps without paying for them again.
It can be quite handy having two appleids - it can be quite useful if you can manage them correctly. One id for the store and one for imessage is good for privacy if you have the same id in use on another device.

Hi.
I would like to reset the iPhone of an ex-employee. I have the phone (willingly handed back as part of his leaving process) and it has no restrictions or passcode.
However (and crucially!), he is refusing to disassociate the phone from his Apple ID, thus rendering it useless to us.
It is an iPhone 4 on 7.04.
Is there anything I can do? Is there information I could show to Apple or our carrier (and phone provider) which would allow them to reset the phone?

Sadly, the phone has been sitting on someone in HR's desk for the past six months so we're kinda past that now!
I'm assuming he's either moved away from Apple or set up a new Apple ID as there's nothing going on on the phone.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: How to back up
. Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode if necessary to allow the restore.
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

You would need to go to Settings>iTunes & App Store, tap her ID, sign out, then sign back in with your ID. However, if she has turned on automatic downloads, download previous purchases or signed into an iTunes Match account using her current ID, she would have to wait 90 days from when she first did this to change to another ID. She can, of course, sync your music to her device using iTunes without changing her ID association.
