i play a game on facebook and when i went to the game last night the screen was way to big how do i make it back to normal size again.

I am so upset. Please read my messages from my postings. This has nothing to do with SIM Card, Hard Reset, Apps, Google Gmail Account, nothing. I have gone thru all of this and NOTHING has fixed this. I went to the store today and spoke to the manager on duty. He said he had to try and duplicate the problem before he could help me. I showed him "screen captures" I did, told him it's out here on the board, etc. etc. Needless to say I ended up coming home with the same phone, "he" erased the phone and started over again. Well guess what, it's not a error with "MY" Gmail account being corrupted because if that is the case Mrs. Hayden14 has a bad Gmail account too. If you guessed it, the phone just crashed again! I was able this time to capture a report with ALL the history in it and saved screen captures to PROVE to him this is not a joke. Even the report says "Crash". This time it was something else I don't even or ever have used. I have also wasted over a day , yes a full work day on this without question.
I have had to get the run around for the last day. This is totally ridiculous, including them putting me on hold for 55 min. Oh, that's another funny story. Anyways, tomorrow morning I am going to the Verizon store one last and final time and I hope they decided to do the right thing and give me a phone that does not crash and works. It would be handy at work for me, especially where I work at. I hope hope hope someone listens to and helps me. I would love for them to see me walk in, take my phone and say to me were going to get you another phone, hand it to me, see if it works and prove it's the device. I don't hear anyone having this issue on other phone types so sounds like its the phone type.
I have had 3 phones now in the matter of 2 weeks. I am sure the FedEx charges will add up to a cost of a new phone at some point and start to outbalance your requirement to give me the same phone when it has the same problem.

You will need to restore it. It may not sync, but the iPad's sidebar has to appear you can restore it and it will be as the last time ou synced it to iTunes. For more info:

Such symptoms bode serious hardware issues and you shouldn't think about fixing it yourself when you are still in waranty. Get to an Apple Store, like the other poster suggests.

One way to test is to Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, Test for problem in Safe Mode...
PS. Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive
Reboot, test again.
If it only does it in Regular Boot, then it could be some hardware problem like Video card, (Quartz is turned off in Safe Mode), or Airport, or some USB or Firewire device, or 3rd party add-on, Check System Preferences>Accounts>Login Items window to see if it or something relevant is listed.
Check the System Preferences>Other Row, for 3rd party Pref Panes.
Also look in these if they exist, some are invisible...

Since pse 9 can only use up to camera raw 6.5 and the d600 needs at least 7.3 and the d800 needs at least 6.7, you can use the
8.6 adobe dng converter to convert those files to dng copies, which then pse 9 should open.

If a tool is acting up, one suggestion is to reset the tool.

Does it not work either way? Sending and receiving? Did you check the settings and make sure that nothing has changed? If you can receive email, but not send it, check the outgoing mail server setting. Make sure that your username and password are in there.
Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Your email account>Account>Outgoing mail server - tap the server name next to SMTP and check in the primary server and make sure your username and password are entered and correct - even if it says that the password is optional.

I have a variety of apps in Launchpad and I have them arranged just how I like them but then I shut down my MacBook Pro at the end of the day and the next day my apps are in completely different locations. Why does my iTunes window freeze and wont close until i shut my computer down, when the "iTunes is not the default media player" message appears? and how do i fix this? i just want to fix my music, but it freezes and i can't use my computer correctly.

You could try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
If that doesn't work then other things to try are a restore via your computer's iTunes, and then reset back to factory defaults. If none of them work then you may need to contact Apple.

Why were the older entries in my calendar erased and how do I get them back?

All of the personal entries into my calendar are gone. The only entries still appearing are all Holidays and all personal entries for the last quarter of 2014. All entries made for the rest of 2014 are gone. I checked The Cloud and they're not there either. Why did they automatically delete and how do I get them back?

Thanks so much, you are absolutely correct. I must admit that I didn't realize that meant past entries on the calender were swept away after a certain period of time.
The setting is fixed now (thanks to you), but is there any was of retrieving the data that was erased ??
