Why is the Spry image slideshow not showing all of the thumbnails?

Hi, I have a problem with the Spry image slideshow with filmstrip. I downloaded it and inserted all of my pictures and thumbnails. When I load it up in Firefox and IE seems to work perfectly.
However when one scrolls through the images, some of the thumbnails are not displaying. Also, sometimes some of the images won´t display at all. I have double checked the files and they are
all the correct size (100x100 for the thumbnails) and they are all available in the proper slideshow folder on my webpage. I am at a loss as to what the problem is, since it works fine for the other

Spry Image Slideshow not showing if less than 2 photos

I have the
Spry Image Slidshow working properly on my webpage. The problem is that I am dynamically populating a dataset with data from the database using a category id of the photos. If there are at least 3 photos then the control is rendered properly to the page and the photos start showing as a slideshow and all is well.
If there are less than 3 photos the thumbnails render properly but the waiting screen for the viewer just stays black with the image loading going. the Play, Next, and Previous buttons never render either. If I click on any of the thumbnails the picture is shown in the viewer but the slideshow will never play.
I think if there is only one photo it should be able to be displayed as a slideshow as well but not really do anything. I think if there is a limitation of at least 3 photos this needs to be fixed. Thank you for any help anyone can give me on how to get this to work with less than 3 photos.

I realize the previous post is a little dated, but I'm having the same problem described above. Does anyone know how to maintain slideshow functionality with fewer than 3 images? Obviously, you don't need a slideshow for just one image, but I have several pages on my website where it would be nice to cycle between 2 images. I'm guessing this would require some modification to the SpryImageSlideshow.js file, but I don't know enough about JavaScript to even tinker around with it. Any insight would be much appreciated.

Spry image slideshow not displaying as expected

Hoping someone in this forum can help, as I have previously posted this problem in the Spry forum, but I only got one answer and it didn't seem to fix the problem.
I used the widget browser to place a copy of the 'spry image slideshow with filmstrip' widget on to one of my web pages. When this page displays, there is a big gap (like excess padding) above the main image (between the outer frame and the main image frame). I can't see why this is happening or what bit of HTML/CSS to tweak to sort it out.

The problem lies with stylesheet.css. If you delete that, you will see that the slideshow will display as expected.
When doing a layout for the page, just look at the basics. In your case you have got a header, a sidebar, main content and a footer, all within a width of 960px and centered within the viewport. The basic CSS for the layout would look like

Some email images do not show while using the icloud web app. I can see the images on my IOS devices and in gmail but I only see a small gray box in the icloud web mail app. Load HTML images is checked in preferences.

I've seen the opposite issue. My wife recieved an email with jpg attachments. She couldn't see or print them on her iPhone 4S but they showed up fine in iCloud or in the mail app. I had her forward the email to herself and then they showed up. I assume there is an issue with how Apple is processing the attachments and resending causes them to get reformatted in a way that makes them easier to handle.
So yeah. Seems like some bugs. Hope Apple fixes them soon.

Spry Image Slideshow not being nice, please help

Ok, first off, web design novice so please keep it simple for me. I'm trying to set up a portfolio page for a photography website using the Spry Image Slideshow Widget with Film Strip in Dreamweaver CS5.5. The problem occurs when I try to set the width and height as a percentage. Width, no problem, but when I try to set up the height as a percentage, the slideshow disappears and I'm left with just the thumbnail film strip. To clarify here's what I'm doing - in Adobe Widget Browser in the "Frame & View Port" Tab, Change Frame Width to 70% and View Port Height to 70%. In the Live View pane of the Adobe Widget Browser, the slideshow frame changes size with the window as expected, but go to Dreamweaver, open up a blank HTML page, Insert: widget.. and bam, no slideshow, just a row of thumbnails. Thrashing around in the dark here, please help...

Viewer does not show all of the clip

Import routine:
MTS format from Canon > Converting to Quicktime with Voltiac software. Resolution 1920x1080.
Impossible to set correct In and Out points in the Viewer as the whole clip is not shown. Can change the duration of the clip in the Timeline as the whole clip is shown there. After rendering there are no problems in the Canvas.
Anybody got a solution? Would be much appreciated!

I'd be converting to 1440x1080 because FCE does not support 1920 without rendering.
At any rate, why the whole clip does not show up in the Viewer and does in the Canvas eludes me.

When I start keying in a name in the email, it comes up with the person's address, which shows it is synced. How do I engage the contact list from the email like I do on my old account (where a contact list icon shows up, along with the "attach" and other icons) ?

With the New Message window open, go to the View menu and select "Customize Toolbar...".
In the screen that opens, drag the item labelled "Address" into the Toolbar area of the New Message window, then click the "Done" button.
That item should be then added to the Toolbar for the New Message window.
Note that the main Mail window and the New Message window (as well as the separate message window if you open a message that way) use different toolbars - the settings/inclusions for one do not carry over to another.

I have just installed a new hard drive in my imac intel 20" (2006) and now the hard drive does not show up in the 'select destinations' folder of the install program.

I have just installed a new hard drive in my imac intel 20" (2006) and upgraded the memory and now the hard drive does not show up in the 'select destinations' folder of the install program. I can see the hard drive in the disk utilities window however it wont let me do anything.
It is a seagate 1TB SATA II drive however it is displaying it as a 7.3 TB.
If anyone has any suggestions I would be happy to hear them.
I have tried to erase and partition and get the same error message each time, 'Input/Output error'.
I have tried starting the thing with the install disk which is Mac OS X (Tiger?) which came with the computer. No good.

Thats correct. I can see it in the list however when I attempt to erase it or partition it it's like it's not being found or recognised and it throws up the input/output error message. I am pretty sure that the sensor it attached correctly and it is a SATA drive. I can see all the infor regarding the drive when disk utility is open and it all looks good but I cant access it or do anything with it. It's taunting me!
The install disk is in the drive and the install program runs right up to the point where you have to select the location for the install and there is just nothing in the box where you have to select the hard drive icon.
I have my suspiscions about the drive but any help would be appreciated.

How old is the MacBook Pro? AirPlay is only supported on 2011 and newer models, due to the requirements it has in hardware for graphics acceleration.

Why are my Spry Image Slideshow slide titles not appearing sometimes?

I inserted a Spry Image Slideshow with Filmstrip Basic widget using 3 photos to try it out. It is working fine except for the slide titles.The slide titles appear in Firefox and in Opera, but not in Safari. Haven't tried it in IE browsers yet.
Any idea why the titles are not showing up all of the time?

I'm not sure how true this is..... Then again I'm not sure I totally understand this whole cloud thing yet. But I have 742 photos on my photo stream on my iPhone and only 144 of them on my iPad. I turned off photo stream on the iPad and turned it back on and it loaded even less then the original 144 pics. I'm at a loss. They were all synced with my iPad until recently. And if this statement is true about syncing only the new ones since turning on photo stream then my iPad photo stream would have loaded zero pics. What happened?

Where are you looking at in iTunes? Did you click the small black triangle next to your iPod under Devices in the left hand pane of iTunes to bring up a submenu of content. Click the on Music one. Is all of your content listed there?

2 issues in LI2, slowing and freezing during developing, slideshow not showing all images.

1. Lightroom Is slowing down during normal development.
I only have 3500 photos in this catalog and am working on 50 to 200 photo in Raw format at a time,
When Opening and beginning a project the program worked fine but after a few hours of adjustments the program slows and then freezes for minutes at a time forcing me to shut down the computer and restart. I have a 1.5 TB hard drive and have moved the bulk of my files to a backup drive freeing up the MAJORITY of the hard drive for processing. I have been threw the 8 ways to speed up Lightroom and an finding the problem persisting. IDEA'S?
2. LI's Slideshow is not consistent in showing all the images.
after going through the slideshow's setting and playing the slideshow, LI will show some photos and not others and start over at random order. Idea's?

Images that are edited in Photoshop will be displayed automatically in Lr only when the image-file saved in Photoshop is the same as the one opened from Lr.
You say you open a JPG from Lr, then edit it in PS by - among other things - adding some layers. Layers are not supported in the JPG-format so you have to either save it as a psd or as a jpg-copy.
In either case this is not the same image file as the one opened in Lr, so it will have to be imported into Lr to show up. If you would flatten your image after editing in PS and then do a <save> to your JPG - not a <save as> - it will show up in Lr.
PS: the only exception is when you open a Raw image from Lr in PS and you save it in PS in the file format specified in Lr for external editing. The saved file will automatically show in LR.
