Why is the Table empty.. :|

Hello All,
I learnt that in our Portal database, there is a table named "<b>WCR_WEBCNODESTAT</b>" which contains all data related to user interaction with EP...meaning one can retrieve data like 'currently logged users' with its details, etc.
But when I navigated to this table, it was empty.
How is this possible? If yes, please explain the reason?

Dynamic table i have created with same structure as of internal table which is getting exported....
thats why i m surprised how come structure mismatch.....i have checked in debugger, structure is same.....for both the tables,
Can you/anyone give any example of Exporting internal table to MEMORY ID and getting it back (IMPORT) into dynamic internal table of same structure...

Why do the table borders in MS Word appear thicker in PDF?

I am trying to covert a MS Word document to PDF using Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Professional. The word document contains tables with thick (1.5 points) outer border and thin (1 point) cell borders. When I convert this to PDF, all the borders in the tables appear of the same thickness and thicker than what they are in Word.
I request your kind help in figuring out how to convert it to PDF so that the tables retain the original formatting done in Word.
System info:
OS: Wondows XP Professional, Version 2002, Service Pack 2
Processor: Intel Pentium M (1.70 Ghz)
Ram: 512 MB

One thing that you might want to try is to change the printer resolution to 300 or 600, rather than the default 1200 dpi. I am working from memory, but it is under the advanced tab I think and you will find a screen that appears to be a list of items. One is the print resolution or such. The default on that is 1200dpi and it is often a source of this problem.
It may be also that WORD and Acrobat extrapolate for the screen differently. So what you see in WORD may actually not be what is being produced.
Not sure I much more help to give, but see if that leads you somewhere. If you can't find it, let me know and I will look on my other machine.

Why is the table so slow?

When using a table with a large number of cells (e.g. 20 columns and 800 rows the table becomes very slow. Is there a way to speed up?

Probably that problem is that you haven't created any data dependency between writing to the property node and executing the main loop. If you place a sequence structure around the writing to the property node to make sure that it happens before executing the loop it should help. See example. hope this helps.

Why is the spreadsheet empty when users download to Excel from ALV grid?

Users are seeing SAP GUI transaction results display in the ALV Grid when running an SAP Report; however, when they click the Download to Excel icon the spreadsheet is empty. When they use List...Export...Spreadsheet, the spreadsheet is filled.
This seems to only be happening with 'Z' transactions. Standard delivered transactions are OK.

Hi there
In addition to what Peter advised, my own guess as to why they are disabled (grayed out) is probably because you don't have more than one defined? It would make sense that unless more than one of each was present, they would be unavailable.
Now if you *DO* have more than one of each defined, I'm at a loss to explain why they might be presented in a disabled state.

Why does the table I make disappear when it goes over a page?

Whenever I make a table that is a bit too large for one page, the content just disapears under the second page, leaving only the bar down the side visable. I've made a header row, and ticked 'start with header row', but it is immune to all efforts to continue on the second page. I have had to resort to literally making a new table on the second page. What am I missing?

You're right, of course. Version 5 has been around long enough now that I believe it's a good guess that questions, where the version isn't specified concern the latest version, even if the poster hasn't updated their profile.

TS4403 I uploaded all my photos to icloud but why is the folder empty on other computers?

I am new to iCloud. I added my photos to my iCloud from my laptop but when I added iCloud to my desktop there was nothing in the photo stream. how do I find te photos and use them from my PC?

iCloud is not a photo storage service, so you cannot upload "all" your photos.
iCloud's Photostream feature is a temporary storage service which is for wirelessly transferring photos taken on one iOS device to other iOS devices and back to your computer for permanent storage.
Photostream only stores a maximum of 1000 photos for a maximum of 30 days. This is to give you enough time to download the photos for storing permanently.

Why is the pane in the iCloud System settings empty?

Preview pane problems are frequently video card/driver problems. Make sure drivers are up to date.
If you purge cache in tools/cache/purge cache for xxx folder does that change anything?

I can see the aedat in EKKO .
Why some documents have not AEDAT value field populated in EKKN whereas other Purchase documents have value for AEDAT ?

Hi,
Basically EKKN is the table which shows the item level details like Account Assignment in Purchasing Document and EKKO is the table which tells about the header information of the purchasing document.
As document creation date does not refer to header information the table EKKN would not shown up the creation date.This may be one of the possible reason.

Why table getWidth and setWidth is not working when resize column the table

i want to know why the setWidth is not working in the following code,
try to uncomment the code in columnMarginChanged method and run it wont resize the table.
i cont set width(using setWidth) of the other table column using getWidth of the main table column.
and i want to resize the right side columns only (you can check when you resize the any column the left and right side columns also resizing)

actually what i want is, when i resize table column it shold not automaticaly reszie when table resized and i dont want horizontal scroll bar, meaning that all table columns should resize with in the table size(say width 300)
if i make table autoresize off than horizontal scroll bar will appear and the other columns moved and i want scroll to view other columns.
please suggest me some way doing it, i tried with doLayout() no help,

Why is the FactAdditionalInternationalProductDescription a fact table in the AdventureworksDW2008R2 database?

Was wondering why this table is a fact table in the AdventureworksDW2008r2 database? It has no measures that I can tell.
Here is the schema for the table....

Yes, I think it should be a dimension also.
The dimDate table has translation for month, dyas, etc in other languages. They don't put those translations in a fact table. Also, fact tables have measures, you can not perform math on those columns except maybe count...
The only thing I could think of is maybe it is some sort of intermidiate table... like if you have a many to many and need a one to many for SSAS, but still trying to wrap my head around some of these concepts.
I have just been studying this stuff for about a year or so, so wasn't sure. Studying for 70-463 hope to get MCSE someday too.

System forces user to enter valid value on clicking empty customised cell in the table. it should not happen eventhough cell is previously empty.

Set the table property visibleRowCount property using a context attribute in your code. Set it to the value node (data source) size.
e.g

Why is my book rejected because of the table of contents?

Why is my book rejected because of the table of contents?
I have submitted a chidlren's book, so there are not multiple chapters. There is only one "chapter" which is teh entire 40-page book.
IBook Author automatically creates a table of contents, which just has one chapter.
When I click on the chapter, it does not go to the next page. So once someone downloads the book from ibook, they are stuck on the table of contents page.
That seems to be a big reason for why it is getting rejected, although the actual text is cryptic:
6.1.4. Incomplete/Inaccurate Functional Table of Contents
The EPUB's spine in the NCX is used to create the table of contents in iBooks and provides a direct navigational link to the appropriate sections of the book. Since it is a key element to the customer's interaction with a book, all EPUB spines must contain a complete listing of all chapters or book sections.

If you know what makes it not work....fix it.
The text is simply picked out from the nearest applicable cause.
