Why is the TERMS and CONDITIONS safari link in the downloads tab under iTunes?
Please remove it because its a useless place for it and its confusing for customers
It is there so you can see the terms and conditions.
Tap another button if you do not want to see it.

Hi! I tried to instal whatsapp thro istore and it displayed the terms and conditions page. But the problem is there is no save or agree button. I am stuck in this page. I need help. This is a iphone5. This was after I upgraded to ios7.
It is hardly Apple's fault that Epson can't/won't update their driver, but at least Epson suggest that you use the Gutenprint driver, which in any case is far better that what Epson offer.

3. the page linking should be
First --> Next
Next --> Next
4. In the Text element identified in the step 3.
Write the following code
/: NEW PAGE LAST
/: INCLUDE the standard text created for the terms and conditions in SO10
Check the syntax for the command but the logic will be the same.

If you are on the Downloads tab in the iTunes app on the iPad and you're just see the T's & C's link, then that means that you haven't got any outstanding downloads waiting - your content should have downloaded into either the Music or Videos app.

I am in the process of updating my iphone4 to ios 7, it has completed the process but i can"t get past the terms and conditons page although I have agreed to them both - can anyone help?

You must goto Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings ... this worked 100% for me and once that is compelte go back and try to pass the terms and conditions, you will see the "agree" button in the bottom right hand corner -
I can't press agree in the terms and conditions?
I recently just got a macbook pro and at the apple store the worker set up an apple account for me.
I opened itunes for the first time to redeem a gift card and after signing in a message popped up saying "this apple id has not yet been used with the itunes store. please review your account information."
After clicking "review" I was brought to a page that says "to begin creating your apple id press continue".
After the jump I was brought to the terms and conditions page.
At the bottom I clicked the box that said i agree but the button that actually says "agree" is not highlighted, meaning it's unclickable.
there's two other buttons that are highlighted and clickable and those are "back" and "cancel".
I'm not sure how to get around this, can anyone help?I'm just guessing, but is there more than one box that needed to be checked that you might have missed.

i try to purchase an app from the store it tells me to agree to the terms and conditions i get to the end at page 56 an there is no agree to submit so then i can not purchase anything
Debit cards don't really work with the iTS, though they slip through time to time. You need to use a real credit card or GCs.

I use Norton 360 Premier as my antivirus protection and when I select the link Norton 360 says that it has blocked a known Malicious Web Site. Go to the Norton detailed report and it shows that the site pagefreezer.com is known for Phishing Attacks.

What is going on with itunes update? I keep getting the message that updates are available for itunes, safari and icloud, but when I accept the terms and conditions and the install 3 items message, it keeps going back to telling me there are 3 updates available and have to accept terms and conditions again without it ever installing!! I am using a PC with windows vista. Have not had this problem till December when I got an ipad and had icloud installed, don't know if there is a connection.
I can't offer any help but it soulds like Apple goofed with the latest update. Many of us have the same problem. I may wait a week or so to see if Apple responds.

I cannot access iTunes on my iPad. When I click the iTunes button, it shows terms and conditions and when I click the terms and conditions link, it takes me to the Internet and that is it. Kindly help.
If you are just seeing the Terms and Conditions link in the Downloads tab then that just means that there aren't any downloads waiting. If you want to browser the store then can are you not able to tap on the other tabs at the bottom of the app ?
If you are looking for your downloaded and synced content then they won't be in the iTunes app (that is just the store) - your music, audiobooks and audio podcasts will be in the Music app and your films and tv shows in the Videos app. -
It's not jailbroke or anything but it says the terms and conditions have changed. When I agree, it says your session has times out. Try again. But it doesn't give me an option to try again and has a done button underneath it. I press done. The textplus app says "Waiting..." and is gray. What can I do to download this app?
iTunes has to contact Apple to send your agreement to the new conditions, but your security software has to allow this contact. If blocked, you'll get a time out message.
