You can delete the Extension Manager CS6 installation folder directly, then go to http://www.adobe.com/exchange/em_download/em6_download.html to download the 6.0.7 full installer to install.

Jeff I've been running into a similar issue like this but with 6.0.5. I had to re-install Premiere for a different reason, then right after the install attempted the update. Failed at that point. Then i downloaded it manually and tried installing but it still failed. It seems, according to the log, that It can't find a certain file, but i'm not sure. Any chance you could help? My latest log is below with errors in red. I posted in the Premiere forum, but no responses yet.

Colinwilcox81 do you consistently see the same error every time you try to apply the update? If so then please remove all installed Adobe applications and run the CC Cleaner tool. You can delete the Extension Manager CS6 installation folder, download and install the 6.0.7 version from http://www.adobe.com/exchange/em_download/em6_download.html.

PaulGenerally, that error code indicates a missing file in you current install of PS6.
I would deactivate PS6, then uninstall PS6, then use creative cloud to install PS6. AAM will install PS6. Then, while PS6 is running, got to the help menu and select "update"
After this you should have PS 13.1.2 installed. PSCC will not be available to 17june
Be sure you a have a standard perpetual copy to install should something go wrong.

I downloaded updates and installed manually, had to mess around a bit.
Start the updater from the program first, then install from the download.
Also, moved plugins that are for Premier from common plugins directory,
to the Premier plugins directory. Stopped the error I got launching After Effects
that said to reinstall the plugins.
