Why is word not receiving the full document from reader?
When I convert a PDF document to a word document, some of the document is coming across correctly. How do I fix this?

I have upgrade ios 6 to ios7 on my iphone 5. I do NOT like it at all. I want to come back to the previous version. why is it so complicated? Why can I not find the instruction strait from apple? This is the worst possible upgrade ever. It make me think of when ericsson got sold to Sony....drastic PC change.
I would like to have simple instruction on how to downgrade.
It feel like a change that I did not ask for , ok I push the upgrade buttom, but really this is the worst update aver!

I am trying to create my Apple ID, but not receiving the verification link from Apple,. I get the email but NOT the link,. I have triple checked my email address and all Apple account info, all of which are correct. Any suggestions?
Where are you trying to create it?
Go to appleid.apple.com and create it there. Type the country name in the space and a dropdown should appear. Nigeria is clearly available there. -
Why does iPhoto not recognize the .jpg pics from a Kodak C875 now? I can stick my memory card in the iMac and import them that way, but iPhoto will not import the pics from the camera.
There have been many issues reported with Kodak cameras - serach the forums for them
Actually the best practise is to use a card reader to import your photos, verify that they are imported ocrrectly and wait at least one backup cycle and then use the camera's format command to reformat the card and erase it - this assures no lost photos and always having the card properly formatted

Why am I not receiving the recovery email for my apple ID?
I could not remember my password for my Apple ID, so I used the iForgot feature and requested a recovery email to reset my password. I've done about 5 times and it keeps saying that the email was sent but I'm not getting any emails??
(And yes, I've checked all my email accounts, and the Spam folders as well--nothing from Apple regarding the password reset is there.)Hello, eshara_a.

I understand that your Apple ID needs to be reset, but you are not receiving the recovery email. Since the spam folder has been checked, I would recommend seeing the section labeled Get Help in the article below.

IOS 4.2 email attachment word file not displaying the full document
I have just downloaded iOS 4.2 and have noticed that an issue that bugged me on the iPad has now made it's way to my iPhone.
Every day I receive an email with an A4 size word file attached, that contains a full page table. When I viewed the attachment on my iPad (running iOS 3.2) the last column of the table would be cut off. If I viewed the same file on my iPhone (running iOS 4 or earlier), I could see the whole document.
The issue didn't annoy me when it was only on the iPad as it was more important for me to view the file on the iPhone, but now the issue has crossed over to the iPhone with the update to 4.2, the last column of the table in the document is being cut off. Changing the layout of the file is not an option.
Any ideas?I am having the same issue, getting the message "Presentation can't be opened." since updating ipad and keynote to latest version.
Have apple commented on this yet? -
I have an iPhone 4s, not jailbroken. I was able to update to 5.0.1 when it came out last year. When 5.1.1 came out, I noticed that I never received the
notification that a new update was available. I updated my 2 ipads and my wife's iphone 4. I didn't bother looking into it, since I didn't feel the need to update to 5.1.1. Now I want to update to ios 6, but when I go to Settings > General > Software Update. It checks for updates , but still shows me that my 5.0.1 is up to date. I plug into itunes and check for update there and it still indicates that 5.0.1. is up to date as well.
Does anyone know what this is happening and how I can update to ios 6?

1) Are you able to logon to certview and confirm your status there?
2) Do ALL these exams show under your prometric testing history under a single Prometric Id.

I think with the switchover to Pearson Vue there have been some delays. Also for some the post is not as good (and sometime post goes missing, people move, etc). However if you are able to access certview this is worth doing to ensure Oracle has the passes (and certifications) you expect recorded under your Oracle Testing Id. (That said some people can have difficulities accessing certview ... but certview should normally show where the problem lies).
(Please note my suggstions are not authorative as I dont work for Oracle).

Also please note you should have received a PL/SQL Developer OCA Certificate as well .. did you receive this? Also you have passed 3 exams in a short amount of time ... it isn't impossible to these 3 exams close together but it may be a little unusual to do so. -
Not receiving the 486 message from CUCM to Genesys via SIP trunk.
I have setup where Genesys is used along with CUCM 9.1
Below is the snapshot how it will look for call flow.
PRI----V.G----CUCM---SIP trunk (created in CUCM)-----Geneys server.
Query here is for outbound call from SIP softphone to PSTN, where if the PSTN user cancel the call.
the SIP phone is still assuming the call is continuing and after 40 sec its getting disconnected.
after looking in to the sip traces... it looks like that SIP trunk from cucm is not sending the user busy message 486....
(checked in V.G and its giving user busy)...but in the CUCM its not getting sent to the genesys...
After some time in genesys server itself send the 480 Temporarily Not Available message...
I assume I should get the 486 message from CUCM to genesys when the PSTN party disconnect the call without answering.
Please assist.From logs what i can see is after one min call legs stops transmitting and receiving packets.
You certainly need to check this Genesys support for this behavior , as far as I know there is no problem either with the CUCM or with VG.

Client not receiving the software update FROM SCCM 2012 R2
We have SCCM 2012 R2 installed and configured for SUP.and i have synchonice the SUP with WSUS server in the same which is there in the same machine.
Now i can able to deploy the software update from SCCM 2012 R2 without any erro to the windows 7clients, but client side when i check there is no update installed in the clients , but seems there is no error in the client logsHi,
I'd start with running a "Software Updates Scan Cycle" from the configuration manager control panel applet and check the log file Windowsupdate.log, WUAhandler.log.

Please..Did you ask to have your Apple ID password reset? If not, it's a scam. Do not click on any of the links in the message, and delete the e-mail. It's also possible that an attacker is trying to gain access to your Apple ID. It would be wise to enable two-factor verification on your Apple ID:

Why am I NOT receiving the reset emails for my security questions?
I've forgotten the answers to my apple id security questions, and am now unable to puchase any new music or apps because my settings require two step verification.
Over the span of several months I have requested multiple emails to allow me to reset my security questions and I NEVER recieve them.

I requested resets for both my apple id password and login and recieved those emails without problem, but not once have I recieved the reset email for my security questions!
Can anybody help me with this, or do I really have to call and or go down to an apple store to sort this out?They are going to your Rescue email address, which is not the same as your Apple ID address. RSUSR002 not giving the full story (from an IT Auditor)
From an IT auditor - old hand at IT - new to SAP
I run RSUSR002 and input S_TCODE as the auth object and SE30 as the program name.
Mu userid appears on the resulting report, as someone who can run SE30. But, when I try SE30 I am blocked and told I'm not authorized (good).
So, where do I look, to get the truth about which transactions our users can REALLY execute? At the moment it looks qwide open, but clearly its not. Do I have to buy Virsa ?!+"Is there any clever report/program out there that will tell me that users A + B can successfully run transaction XXXX - i.e. something that will dig a bit deeper and go to the auth objects for these transactions?"+
RSUSR002 is reasonably clever for this, even more so if you have synchronized the UST* tables with the USR* tables. But reasonably clever does unfortunately not make it reasonably easy nor anywhere near complete. The question is which objects/fields/values to check using rsusr002 to get the correct answer for the risk you are auditing, considering that the user might have many navigation paths available to get there, possibly also from other clients or systems. You get most of this tricky information from the authority-checks in the application coding, the SU24 check indicators, some customizing settings when used, and some system parameters.
In the case of SE30, it has nothing to do with the transaction code, considering the risk. (You are probably blocked because of an S_DEVELOP 03 check at start of SE30 - go to SA38 or some other report starter and run report RSHOWTIM or use the "performance analysis" via the menu of SE38. Same thing... sort of)
