Why isn't iCloud showing up in my preferences? It still says MobileMe and I have already cahnged to iCloud...

Entourage is not an email account. It is a mail client that gives you access to your email accounts. You need to determine the email account in Entourage and then configure your iPhone to use those details. See Account Settings under the Entourage menu in Entourage.
If you want access to the contacts and calendar in Entourage you need to enable SyncServices in Entourage (in Preferences). This will then sync contacts and calendars to the Mac OS X Address Book and iCal applications, which can then sync to your iPhone.

Why isn't icloud showing up as a folder in the notes application in OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion?

I would like to try migrating my notes which I have previously kept in gmail over to iCloud under OSX 10.8. However, although I have correctly configured iCloud in the preferences panel, I don't see the corresponding folder in the notes application. I do see my gmail notes and other imap notes, but not the icloud notes. I also see MobileMe, although I never used it, and it also asked me if I wanted to move my local notes to iCloud when I first started the application (useless since I had nothing there). Any idea how this is done?

For anyone who found the thread, I finally solved this by turning off notes in the iCloud settings and turning it back on. Then MobileMe disappered and was replaced by iCloud.

Instead of joining it from the list, click the WiFi icon at the top, and click join other network. Fill in everything as needed. Before I went through network diagnostics and all of that stuff in system preferences, and then I tried the "Join Other Network" method, and now it works like a dream.

The Interface that connects to the Internet, needs to be drug to the top of System Preferences>Network>Show:>Network Port Configurations and checked ON.

System Preferences>Network, click on the little gear at the bottom next to the + & - icons, (unlock lock first if locked), choose Set Service Order.
The interface that connects to the Internet should be dragged to the top of the list.

Apple promotes the rental service as being able to allow viewers to watch, start/stop, content on all account related iOS devices.

Why isn't it working. When I download a app it says it's complete but it's not showing up in my home screen on any pages. What should I do?

On your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, your photos will appear in the Photo Stream view in the Photos app. If you're using iOS 6 or later, you can find your photos by tapping the Photo Stream tab and then tapping the My Photo Stream album. In iOS 5, your photos are in the Photo Stream album.
On your Mac, they appear in the Photo Stream view in iPhoto or Aperture. In iPhoto 9.4 or later or in Aperture 3.4 or later, open the My Photo Stream album in the Photo Stream view.
On a PC using Windows 8, from the Start screen, select Photo Stream. On a PC using Windows 7 or VIsta, click theWindows Start button, and then Pictures. Click Photo Stream under the Favorites menu in the panel on the left. Double-click My Photo Stream to view your photos.

Why isn't iCloud pushing iCal entries to iPhone?

I have enabled iCloud on my iPad and new iPhone. When I enter a calendar entry on my iPhone, it syncs with the iPad, but when I enter iCal entries on the iPad, they don't show up on my iPhone calendar. Anyone else experience this? Have I missed something in setup?

Why isn't iCloud appearing in my iPhone list of mail accounts? Works on iPad.

I setup iCloud & configured it on my iphone 4S & ipad2 (both iOS5). Contacts & calendars both appear to be update fine on both but Mail & Notes doesn't.
I have enabled mail on the iphone but it is not appearing in my list of mail accounts but it does on iPad. Settings are identical.
I already have a push email on my iphone (work), am I only limited to one push email account?

Settings/Mail, Contacts, Calendars - iCloud is listed at the top, Mail is turned on.
Mail/Mailboxes - iCloud is not listed as a mailbox
Identical settings on iPad but it appears under mailboxes.
iCloud is set to Push email (under Advanced settings), along with my work email.

Why isn't Calendar showing me directions in OSX Mavericks?

I recently upgraded to Mavericks on my macbook pro. I wanted to use the new calendar feature that showed you the location and route to an appointment. However, when I add a location to the "add location" part of the calendar event, nothing happened, it simply displayed the address that I had entered. Any help?

I have the same problem. I tried using this feature this morning but nothing happened. Hopefully someone can help us out.

General, touch Id and pass code doesn't show fingerprint for an option, and touch Id is greyed out. How do I set up the fingerprint security?

You need a passcode in addition to a fingerprint. Do you already have a passcode set up?

Why isn't iCloud syncing emails I send from my various devices?

I thought that iCloud was supposed to sync all emails sent from my desktop, my iPad, or my iPhone. I don't see that a message that I send from my desktop is appearing on my iPad or iPhone.

iCloud doesn't sync mail. Whether or not sent email appears on your other devices depends on the type of email account you have, not on iCloud. If you are using an IMAP account such as iCloud email, Gmail or Yahoo, or and Exchange account, you will seen any changes on one device (such as sending, deleting or moving email to a folder), reflected on all your other devices. If you are using a POP/POP3 account you won't. Sounds like you are using a POP account. If so, you would need to switch to an IMAP or Exchange account in order to keep your email in "sync" across your devices.

Why isn't Mavericks showing up in the purchases section of the App Store?

After I tell the App Store to Install App, the button changes to say downloading, but it never appears in my purchases. It also does not make any progress with the download.

You need to click Download.
Check Gatekeeper.
Open System Preferences > Security & Privacy then select the General tab.
Select: Mac App Store and identified developers
If that area is grayed out, click the padlock icon to make changes. You may be prompted for your admin password before proceeding.

HT1689 When I'm using iTunes through my iPad, it constantly tells me "this article is not available in the Australian store" Why isn't it showing me the Australian store in the first place? I'm pretty sure my software is up to date.

I have found tones of documentation that stays that it indeed compatible, so...
So ignore the Apple support people.
They make loads of mistakes regarding compatibility and are likely the last people that you should ask.
Also, when Apple discontinues a product, or, release a new product, they don't always list compatibility of older parts with newer machines. Also, they don't test the parts, so they don't say that the parts are compatible with new machines.

I don't want to have songs that are in my icloud show up on my phone but i still want them on my icloud is there anyway to do this?

I don't like having songs that are just in my icloud on my iphone, I don't want to delete them from my icloud completely though in case I want to later add them to my computer on another device. Is there anyway to just prevent them from showing up on my iphone?
