If your problem persists get yourself a micro USB cable (sold separately), you can restore your Apple TV from iTunes:
Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
Reconnect the power cable (only for Apple TV 3)
Open iTunes.
Select your Apple TV in the Source list, and then click Restore.

As you have Mac OS X Snow Leopard, you haven't got a compatible MacBook Air, so you can't use AirPlay Mirroring. However, you can use a third-party app as AirParrot to mirror the MacBook onto your Apple TV > http://www.airparrot.com

Why isn't my apple tv syncing my Youtube subscriptions?

Recently, I unsubscribed from some channels, and subscribed to some new channels. When I went on apple tv to watch some of the new channels, it showed the old subs. It did not show any of the new subscriptions, and showed channels that I had unsibscribed from from another devise. Usually, it syncs correctly. I tried restarting it a couple of times, but that failed. I reset it to the factory settings, but that didn't fix it. It has been about two weeks now. Is there any way I can make it sync correctly with my YouTube account?

I am having the problem where my subscriptions show up in youtube, but they do not update to the new videos. So for example, if I go to my BBC subscription it does not show any new videos past like November somthing. Then other subscriptions will list some new videos but not others. I am really puzzled by this.

We are in R12.1.3 with AP.B. We create a payment check and the total line number is 40 lines. It has reached the maximum line number of 34. So, the check printed with two check numbers. One check number is NEGOTIABLE with the actual dollar amount, and other check number has a void overflow attach with 0 dollar. We can't see the void overflow check in the Payables Payments form. I also don’t see the void check number in the ap_checks_all table. Where is the voided overflow check? Why can I see it in the payment form?   Can anyone help?

Please see note 944149.1: R12: Why Aren't Voided Overflow Check Numbers Visible in the Payments Window in AP?
As part of the note, they explain:
In R12, you can see the voided overflow checks in the Payments tab of the Payments Manager and on the associated Payment Instruction Register, but not in the Payments Window in R12.   When questioned about the change, Development's response is:
    "AP is in charge on invoices, and its users need to know only that invoices were paid, not how they were paid. IBY is in charge of the details of payment processing, and its users need to know exactly how invoices were paid. That dichotomy explains why IBY stores overflow document information but does not pass that information to AP.
    We understand, of course, that the AP user (in charge of invoices and invoice selection) is often the same as the IBY user (in charge of the actual payment process). That's why, instead of forcing the user to go to the IBY responsibility and Dashboard, AP provides the Payment Manager dashboard, which is queried from IBY tables. (As noted in the bug, the overflow documents are visible in the Payment Manager Dashboard.)"
Enhancement Request Bug 6665668 has been filed with Development to change the code to allow the void information to pass to AP so it can be seen in the Payments Window, and in more AP reports."

I have an iPhone 4 and someone I know who has an iPhone 4S, we both got the same recent update (iOS 5.1) and they have "4G" and I do not. Why is that?

That is only displayed on the iPhone 4S, that is why. It has to do with the iPhone 4S's ability to connect to the higher speed network.

Why are all my Apple devices not connecting to the web?

I have an Airport express and has been working fine up until recently. Now none of my Apple devices are connecting to the web. They all find the network no problem and all connect however they will not connect to the internet. The strange thing is that our Windows laptop works fine but absolutly nothing from Apple, this includes a 2011 MacBook pro, iphone 3gs, ipod touch, Apple tv and 2x 2nd gen ipads. I have reset the airport and set up a new network, it worked for one day and is back to how it was. Any advice would be great

I seem to be having a similair issue. I have an AirPort Extreme and my iMac connects fine but now my Kindle and Netflix are unable to connect to the Internet? They see my network but just can't connect to the internet?
I used to have my cable modem connected to a Vonage phone router, which then connected to my Airport. Everything worked fine then. I recently canceled my Vonage service and removed the phone router. Now my cable modem is connected directly to my Airport. Did removing the phone router casue my problem? Do I need to re-set something to get my kindle and Netflix to work again?
